Nice clean and if you go early, no wait

Vacuums work great! James, the attendant does a good job keeping everything working and keeps the lot clean.

I have been going here for quite a while. I've been out of town for a few months and a phone using their services the other day to be a little substandard. At least as it could be measured by the washes I've had there in the past. The place is still neat and clean and well-kept. It may have just been an off day for the washer. If it is though it's the first time I've experienced that. It's their fault. They set the standard very high in the past. I've come to expect better.

It does a great job but price keeps going up $15.00...expensive!!!

Automated wash does so-so job of cleaning your car, but the highlight of the place is the towels and vacuums after. Vacuum very strong, works well. Moist towels to wipe down exterior, interior, and wheels. Spent a while there after and car looked great by the time I left.

Maria Karpyn

Didn't have to wait long and free vac.

Car still dirty

It is ok. I had bird poop on my car and the car wash didnt get it off. The vacuums are great and the complimentary towels are helpful.

This is a brushless wash. It will only rinse off surface dust. Does not clean anything. It has towels if you want to wipe your entire vehicle off afterwards. Might as well do a manual wash somewhere else if that's the case.

Fast and effective. Since you also get towels and use of a vacuum, it's a good price.

Randy McDaniel

This is a no touch, drive through spray carwash. Will only take the pollen or dust off your car. You get free towels to dry the remaining water off you car but you will see how much dirt remains on your car after using them. Free vacuums which work well.

Best car wash I've ever been to. The prices are really good as well. ($6, $9, $12, $15) It also comes with free vacuums and towels to wipe down your car, so it can truly look clean and fresh.

Cleaning cycles too short compared with others.

I used the wash on electric road several times and you definitely need the two towels to finish cleaning your car because the laser wash just doesn't get it clean on its own, now my real problem is the lot attendant , he runs you off the lot before you can finish whipping your car off, no other car was in the vacuum area and tells me after 7 minutes that I need to wrap it up and move on, I let him know I was not finished and there were no body waiting or needing the spot I was in, he starts mubling to himself and walks around, I continue to finish drying my car then a lady pulls two spots away and he walks over to her and tells her the whole story making her feel uncomfortable and tells her to take all the time she needs, I'm finishing up and about to leave and the lady approach me and tells me what the attendant said and she let me know her son had a similar issue with the attendant. I guess if my car was mostly clean and I was a female then this would be a great car wash for me. Off to better washes for me. God bless us all.

$15.00 wash left the car exactly the way it looked before spending 15.00 Not happy won't be back.

Update: Called the number listed on the reply....manager gave excuses of there have been problems with the bay (the other one was down for repair), its a touchless carwash so it wouldn't get any dried bird poo, etc. Supposedly the owner to call me to refund my $$....we'll see if it actually happens. Just as dirty going in as coming out! $15 down the drain...waste of time & money

I had a cleaning emergency tonight! I hit a skunk on the road and it stunk up the inside of my car. I needed to wash the skunk guts & residue off my car quickly to prevent it from infiltrating my cabin any more getting the smell stuck inside forever! Thank god Car Lovers was open. I drove all the way from the opposite side of Roanoke to use a touch free wash. I appreciated the wash being open late until 10pm so I could make it. Although since I was sitting in the parking lot past 10pm trying to troubleshoot the skunk issue, I did see a few missed sales from cars driving in, seeing the screens were off, & leaving. A 24 hour wash would be amazing. Some other good points are the free vacs conveniently hung from above and the free towels for drying. The free towels provided were soaking wet so they were worthless for drying your car. Now on to how well it washed my Equinox with “The Works” $15 wash I got, it did a B+ job of washing the dirt off. That is the best cleaning job I’ve seen from any of the touch free washes I’ve visited. I did still have some dark film visible in places and could feel a little grit on my car when I ran my hand across it. The worst dirt left behind was on the rear end on top of the bumper and on the ledge below the back window. I know those areas are commonly missed by all touch free washes so I set my expectation accordingly. What was most important to me this visit was the underbody wash to get the skunk yuck off. It seemed to clean some of it off so afterward you could only smell the skunk from a couple feet away from the car instead of 10 feet away like before the wash. I really wanted to go back in for a second “The Works” wash just to see if it would get off any more skunk but it was 10pm by then so they were closed. Feeling like I needed to wash it twice was the skunk’s fault, not their car wash. Their vacuums have great suction when they are working properly. Where I was really disappointed was when the smaller vacuum hose fell out of the overhead hanger when I had just started vacuuming. I switched to using the bigger vacuum instead but it wasn’t sucking up very well, so I checked the attachment. Of course some other customer had sucked pieces of trash up the vac blocking the airflow. This wasn’t the car washes fault at all but added to me not being able to finish vacuuming. Update: I’m lowering my rating from 3 to 2. I never heard back from the number I called to finish my vacuuming from my first trip. I left a voicemail & the owner says he called me back but I did not receive a call. Fastforward to tonight, my car was needing washed again. I made my second trip to Car Lovers, bought the deluxe wash ($9), the vacuums turned off shortly after my wash, & didn’t get to finish vacuuming again!! The same areas that didn’t get vacuumed the first time when the vac broke didn’t get vacuumed again since I always vacuum in the same order. I called the number again. This time I got an answer. The guy claims the vacuums automatically cut off after a certain time (he neglected to specify exactly what that time was which is not help for planning purposes). He said the signs posted say car wash closes at 10pm. I thought if I got there before 10, I’d be good. I wouldn’t have assummed that they would take your money ($9, $12, $15) and not allow you to finish vacuuming. If they want you to be done vacuuming by 10pm so they can shut off the vacs to comply with the noise ordinance, then they need to take the last car through the wash at 9:30pm. He reiterated that the signs are clear but it is inconsitant because last time I was there the vacs ran for a long time after the wash itself closed. So how was I supposed to know that the cutoff time changed? I’m going to go try to find a coin operated vacuum somewhere so I can finally finish the job. $24 spent there so far to still have dirty floorboards. The owner offered me a complimentary wash/vac in the future but I’m leaving to go back to FL early in the morning so I won’t be able to return- hence why I wanted a clean car for the trip!

First off, this used to be my go to car wash but recently I have had a run in with a employee that claims to be the manager. First time was when I had a gmc truck three or four leafs flew out the back, I was ask to make sure the back was clean before the wash - that is reasonable to ask so I did so. Second time was me using to many towels. I used four towels and since then there has been a sign that says two towels only that is also reasonable to ask of me so I complied, even though on another occasion he told my Girlfriend she could use more than two towels that it isn't a big deal. The third time this same employee, approached while I was using a spray wax that you wipe off saying I couldn't use there towels since it will ruin there washer when cleaning the towels, even then I remained calm and complied with that rule. Today 01-24-18 I had just pulled out of the wash not being there 5 mins the same employee approached me saying I couldn't wax my truck where you vacuum, this time I had my own towels. I then went jerk mood on this employee asking why he was harassing me I haven't been there five mins he says there is a 15 minute limit. At this time, a lady chimmed in saying she been there longer than 15 minutes saying no one has told her about a time limit, there is a time limit and on busy days I've have always pulled over to the next parking lot to finish cleaning my vehicle. Today for the time I was there, there were multiple spaces open to dry and vacuum. I have multiple vehicles and been using this place since they opened and I'll never return due to the employee harassment! I did cus this man and if you read this I apologize for that but you have been a jerk to me and you should know it! My vent is over this place I no longer recommend!

Spent $15 to wash my jeep to get the salt off from the snow last week and all it did was smear the salt around. It looks dirtier than when I went in. Now I need to go find another carwash to pressure was all the soap off that it didnt rinse off. All the trashcans are over flowing and the vacuum wont even get a toothpick off the floor board. What a waste of money and time.

Lois Peters

They provide you with towels to wipe your car down and tire towels as well
