I went to look at some vehicles on the lot the other day and the experience I had with the salesmen was not good. They were very short with me and I could tell all they wanted to do was make a sale. I'm happy to take my business elsewhere.
I own a 2001 Toyota Celica , purchased at C&C 15 years ago, which I dearly love!! Now that she is getting older (137,000 miles) she requires some extra care. Recently she needed some worn out parts replaced and C&C completed the work with the same care and expertise they have provided since the first day I drove her off their lot. Because of their continued excellent service, I remain one of their most loyal customers.

Went in and wanted to test drive. 3 employees looked at me and just walked right past to do other things. Disappointed.
My salesman was very friendly,helpful and understanding. While there were some unforeseen circumstances with my trade-in during our transaction, we were able to work through them and finish on a good note. The dealership itself is very large,clean and well organized from my point of view. I'm very happy with my new truck and plan to enjoy it for many years to come.

I purchased a Toyota Tacoma from this dealership last Thursday and within four days of having the truck I was having steering issues. The intermediate steering shaft was binding up and making it hard to control the vehicle. I called and told the dealership but they acted like it wasn't their problem. I finally got them to take a look at it and they then told me that it would cost 200 dollars if I wanted it fixed right then and there or I could wait for them to buy and receive an aftermarket cheaply made part the following week and they'd fix it for free. The big problem is I was supposed to be in Montana starting a new job this past Friday. They were very rude with me and also after giving them a 1 star review I was told I needed to change my review from a 1 to 5 star! I will no longer be doing any kind of business with them again.

After striking out at Car dealers in Charleston we had to go up to Ohio to get our daughter so we checked C & C Dodge and sure enough they had the truck I was looking for. Craig L. Our sales guy made the process very easy plus they fed us some delicious lunch on a Saturday Afternoon . Everyone was so nice and helpful and trust me I don’t like walking in car dealerships but this was buy far the easiest time I have ever had. I would recommend Craig and crew at C & C if you need a new vehicle. Plus if you go on the weekend they will feed you.
They had my sister's car..kept putting her off as to when it would be ready...kept making excuses....They had it for over a week. Thank goodness she and my Mom had access to another vehicle.

Great service and parts Department, treated me right and worked with me when I had a failure of a part and needed to get warranty service. Didn't jack me around like the other local Dodge dealer . They would be my first stop if I need dealer service on my Dodge Truck again.
Took my 4Runner in to have things fixed before moving to Colorado, everything they worked on I had to have the Toyota dealership in Colorado repair correctly at my expense. Incorrectly replaced my transfer case causing my 4WD to fail and will not fix a problem they created. Horrible service.

The worst service center ever! Dropped my corolla off for a recall and received a call the next day not only telling me that they did not have the parts for the recall, but also that my car made a loud "screeching" noise when they turned it on and that it needed a new timing belt, which would be $130. I declined the service because I had never heard this screeching noise, did some research, and found that my car does not even have a timing belt, it has a timing chain, which lasts much longer than a belt AND would cost much more than $130 to replace (also, my car only has 29,000 miles on it). Picked up my car, and it made no noise whatsoever. They tried to charge me $130 for nothing and DID NOT EVEN FIX MY RECALL.

Took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation, while renting a car from their rental department which is great. During the process they found that the brake pads needed to be changed, said I should do it before I needed rotors. Once I committed to that they said I needed rotors. All of these calls were made. Then when I picked the truck up the check engine light was on. It was not on when I dropped the truck off. In their inspection of the truck, apparently the brake pads were much more of a priority than the glowing orange light on the dashboard. When I called they said if it's not on the service order they don't do anything about it. Mind you, THEY called me about the brake pads, and again about the rotors. If you're looking to have paid services done to your vehicle in Marietta let me recommend Cole's Tire and Supply. Even though they're listed as a tire shop, they can do it all. The manager Scott is great about communication and will do a thorough job.
The service center here couldnt take a broken string and tie it back together. Complete waiste of time and money. I had to eventually take my truck to a real mechanic after three trips here for a brake job.

When my jeep needs fixed they are right on for getting me an appointment, getting me in, they contact my insurance company so there is no need for me too. Depending on the part (s) needed I'm in an out within 1 to 5 day (s). Great staff, great service department. Better than other places I've been too. They're in the money making business and will do/say anything to make a quick buck. Be very cautious when purchasing a vehicle from here.
My husband and I drove two hours from Columbus to purchase one of the Jeeps this dealership had for sale. We worked with Jason and he was nothing but helpful and great with walking us through the process. This was a very hassle free experience, which is different from other dealerships we've worked with in the past. Would definitely recommend!

This concerns C&C service center on 7th street, Parkersburg. On May 1st I arrived in town after being away for 4 weeks. I realized my truck needed inspection, so I stopped at the first inspection station, which was C&C. They had my truck for 1 hr, during which time 8 customers came in whose vehicles failed inspection and they were returning after having them fixed, to get their inspection sticker. This should've been a red flag, but since they already were pulling my truck in, it was too late. After another 30min, the mechanic came into the waiting area and said he needed to show me my truck. We began to walk around my truck, first the drivers side, the back, then the passenger side. And he telling me all the issues my truck had that would fail inspection: brakes, shocks, and my tail light. As we were walking on the passenger side, he turned his head to tell me about my front brakes and he tripped and fell and busted my passenger mirror off the truck. His whole body hit it and the mirror hit off the floor of the garage and shattered. He laid there and said, and I quote, "Oh, and that mirror was loose also." He was saying this before he could even stand up. I began to ask him what he thought he was doing, and he began to stand up. When he was upright I asked him again what he thought he was doing to my vehicle. He left, saying nothing, to get the office manager. She asked me to leave or she'd call the police. He red stickered my vehicle, told me never to come back. I called C&C the day this happened (the one in Marietta) to explain what just occured. They boiled it down to "Too bad, so sad" I had my vehicle inspected the next day after fixing the mirror, no issues were found (no issues with brakes or shocks - which makes C&C liars from the start). Would never do business with C&C again. They can't accept problems with their business and they're liars. I would not trust C&C to sell me or my family a car, truck, or horse and buggy. Dodging responsibility is a sign of a LIAR!

The sales staff was incredibly helpful. Art Powers was my consultant. He was very accommodating to my buying requests. I didn't have a trade in and didn't want a huge payment as I was passing my current vehicle on to my teen. He found a beautiful vehicle in the used lot which is practically still in new condition. He was able to keep the payments within my acceptable range. The vehicle has the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty which I find outstanding...not sure any other dealers offer that. The finance dept. had my paperwork ready when I came to pick up the vehicle and transaction was complete in less than 30 minutes. I had a very pleasant & rewarding experience. I love my new car and the service I received. I'll recommend this dealership to everyone. Thanks so much to Art and the C&C staff!
