Best car wash ever. Management is very attentive and polite. My vehicle was spotless and I was very impressed with the staff and how quickly they finished. Prices are great. Not too expensive at all.

A little more pricy than doing it yourself of course but the wash machine is no joke. My car came out perfectly clean today. It was my first time using this wash but I will be using again when needed, unless, Shah Development has anything at all to do with this place. They own all the empty commercial property and are steady buying up this entire County. Do yourself a favor and if you ever have the opportunity to do any kind of business with them, property rental or purchase, any vehicle purchase from Shelor 'Motor Mile' and/or any of the brands that they sell, safe yourself much grief and go somewhere else. I am a disabled combat veteran and when I was three months into chemotherapy, they didn't bat an eye putting me out of my 15 year rental just because they needed whatever capital they needed, no doubt, to purchase some other property. Even after the number 2 HMFIC at Shah told me to my face, that the items i had left inside my townhouse would be safe and I could get them as soon as I had my next disability payment, but, they/he then refused my calls and someone else is now in possession of 40 years worth of my most important possessions. And I didn't owe them a penny, not for anything but that didn't matter to them and I was done. But, I digress: if Shah has nothing to do with this car wash, try it out, I think that you will be happy with how well your vehicle turns out... And if the owner operator happens to see this and you have nothing to do with David Hagan or Shah Development, I will be back next week and if my car turns out as good as it did today, I will complement you and your business accordingly... Enjoy...

I read the reviews and did not agree. I come here almost weekly. They always do a great job for me and if they miss something they always fix it. If you are not happy with the job they do contact Randy the owner he will take care of you. Leave a MESSAGE after hours for him. They use soft clean towels. And don't forget to tip the guys and gals they work hard for you.

This full-service car wash station is a good choice for an all around wash. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is very friendly. The weather determines if they're open or not many time, but their hours are fairly steady. The automated wash does a nice job with many selections, though I wish it went a little slower. The interior clean (by hand) is available depending on weather and staffing I presume, but a $3 vacuum isn't too bad a deal. The staff that dry the car do an overall good job. I would overall recommend this establishment

I went on Tuesday to take my moms car since they’d always recommend this close by car wash to her. I give 1 star because I have to and because the people who were there were nice and friendly. They charged me $27 to clean the inside and out. They only took like 20 minutes or less to do all which was wonderful. I tipped two guys $10 each which was almost the same amount as the total for the wash. I didn’t mind the car seemed to be fine until my mom looked at it, they didn’t clean it good from the outside and left scratches. Super disappointed for my first and last visit for sure.

Never will go back got a scratch on my front bumper and stains from cleaning products on my passenger seat and they used armor all on my touch screen which had bad residue on it when I picked the car up and mind you my car was in my possession for 3 weeks brand new off the lot, when I try to talk to someone it didn't help said they didn't see anything on camera!! Didn't help he was talking about a completely different car than mine.....USELESS

They do a fantastic job! Wide variety of service options from a drive thru basic to a full detilail with carpet cleaning. I ask for Nate when we get a full detail! Don't forget to tip if you're pleased.

1 star only for the friendly guy who greeted me. Paid $27 for inside and out and it was horrible my outside was clean but the inside was not clean I had to revaccum it. If I knew I was gonna have to vaccum it again I would have went and done it myself. I will not go back there again nor would I reccomend anyone. For $27 it should have been spotless. My seats was dirty my floors still had grass and dirt my dashboard was still dirty just horrible smh. Told me it would be 45 mins to 1 hr was only there maybe 20mins.

Have taken various vehicles to this location and no matter how busy they may be, they take their time and ensure that I was satisfied. I feel like more than just another sale and always look forward to going back. Prices are very fair and the employees are respectful and efficient. Would not hesitate to recommend this wash to any friends or family. Kendall and Shaq have both gone out of their way to ensure my satisfaction on numerous occasions. I rarely take time to review businesses, however this review was earned!

Literally thee worst car wash I've never received. I'm visiting my grandparents and needed to get my car washed because it's covered in bugs. Not only is this place way over priced ($14 for a minimum wash), but you have to pay extra for "bug removal". Also, I paid for a tire wash and the wheel well is still completely covered in mud. A five year old could do a better job than their machines. EXTREMELY disappointed...and angry. What a rip off!

I'll go to Southern Classic anymore because this place is ridiculous they spend more time laughing and joking around than anything else there are a few good people working there but usually you get stuck with the worst ones I'll tell them up front always drop a 10 or a 20 if my Jeep is done right but oh well it's worth the drive the other end of 114 and Southern Classic Car Wash in Christiansburg

I checked the operating hours before, I came on the internet, once here at car wash the staff refused to clean the inside of my car. I called before I came but nobody answered the phone. I drove from Pulaski to Radford twice to have my car cleaned and the staff refused to clean the inside of my car. False advertising for sure!

Asked to clean the inside of the car. The lady said ok this much and we will get it done. They cleaned the pockets of the door for $26. When we said it wasn't clean they said we did not purchase the leather package. Yet many parts of the vehicle was not leather. Was very dissatisfied with the quality of the company and the people who run it. Will never go back. Auto zone has everything you need.

Drove 20+ minutes to get the interior of my car cleaned in anticipation for an upcoming trip and was told upon arrival that they only performed that service at certain times and that I would have to come back another day. There is no mention of that on their website. Dissatisfied with a complete waste of an hour of my time. Then they nearly backed another customers car into mine. Be forewarned..
