Paid $11 and my car was still dirty. There were still bubbles on my car after the "spotless rinse" & my car was not nearly dry. Not worth the money, especially compared to other automatic car washes I've been to (some even in Morgantown & CHEAPER than this one).

I've had multiple bad experiences here. I use the self service wash. It's $3.25 for 5 minutes and you can add money to extend the time. I use the self service machine has tire cleaner, bug cleaner, pre rinse, high pressure soap, soap , rinse, etc. The first 30 seconds while my time was ticking, there was a mild mist. I cleaned 2 tires before the tire cleaner started coming through the hose. Every time you change the options it takes about 30 seconds to switch so in 5 minutes you can get almost nothing done unless you stick to 1 or 2 options. The vacuum was not working today so it also took my money.

Did a good job of knocking most of the dirt off my car. There are self serve bays or two automatic bays. I used the automated car wash. I'll have to give them credit the automatic bay does a good job of washing my car. It also makes multiple passes during a rinse cycle. This is important for getting all the soapy water off my car. Some other car washes don't do a good job of rinsing off while this one does.

Seriously you call this a car wash! I could post more photos but I don't want to waste my time! I paid the highest amount which was $11, I called the number on the receipt and told them that my car was not clean They gave me a number to call which no one answered. I left a message and no one has called me back. Worse carwash I've ever been to in my life! Do not waste your time! The car wash doesn't even spray the top of your car your windshield or anything like that! Very disappointed!!!

Paid for $11 wash (best wash) and it left car dirty. Windshield still had dust and pollen on it. The "Wash me" was still written on dust on the trunk and all the bugs on front bumper remained intact. Its not like this was stained or hard dirt I could wipe it off with my fingers.
