Twice the touch less carwash has not done an adequate job. Why pay for a premium wash if it's only a standard outcome. Used the soft touch yesterday, much better outcome. The parking lots are always clean and I always feel safe even when there are no other customers

A quick and a conveniently-located car wash that includes vaccuums for cleaning a vehicle's interior. However, I've been to other business that offer use to vaccuums included with the price of a wash, whereas this location requires paying extra for this service. As for quality of the wash itself, it could be more thorough.

Went there in the early morning, (in a good mood, mind you) only one automatic car wash bay was open when there are 3. Why is that? Ok, fine I'll wait my turn, no tragedy. I waited behind four people patiently, no big deal. Finally get to pay and it won't take ANY dollar bills and I didn't have any plastic at the time, plus people are waiting behind me now. I was furious after waiting in line all that time and all I could do was leave without a wash. Why have only one open and why aren't your machines working properly? I saw no help anywhere. Poorly managed facility in my opinion. Very frustrated. Update: I've had better experiences since I left the poor review. I returned because it's the only automatic car wash in Charles Town. I had a better experience. No line in the afternoon and I had my debit card with me this trip. The vacuums take quarters and I was happy with the way my car floors looked after I was through vacuuming.

Do it yourself car wash or run it through the auto wash. Offer oil change services as well. There are two buildings, if one is busy, use the other. Have had equipment troubles at times, but nothing consistent. Generally get a do it yourself wash and vacuum the interior.

The automatic washes are a waste of money. They miss spots and are consistently down. The self washes are better mostly because of the credit card readers.

Great experience... got an oil change and washed the car, out in well under an hour. Friendly people, good service. Just an unfortunate location. Now that I know they are there, I won't be going anywhere else.

Never bring your car here for an oil change. Service was slow, old man working was rude, and I just found out they damaged my vehicle. Oil light came on last night driving home 2000 miles before my next service was due. I take it elsewhere and find out my dipstick is broken off the cap and stuck in the tube nnow.It had to be drilled out, the drain plug had not been properly put back on after the oil change, oil was everywhere and there was only 2 quarts left in the engine. Horrible place and borderline criminal. Thankfully, the professionals over at drive pro service got me all fixed up. Do yourself a favor and just get your routine service done across the highway at drive pro. Service is friendlier and faster, facility is clean and professional, wait area is awesome and theyve always been able to offer me same day appointments.

Touchless Wash as well as Do It Yourself. Vacuums and Quick Oil Change service. All you need to get the job done. Does not provide hand wash/wax services.

Needs machine fixed. The other day went there wash two cars and got $1 stolen well the machine did not work. It would be nice to have machines working since summer is right around the corner and people want to clean there cars. I appreciate the self service. Will keep coming. Get those machines running.
