I am the manager of the Jiffy Lube in Gig Harbor. I was trying to get information on a detail for my car and noticed their Google listing is incorrect. I called to offer a professional courtesy of helping them fix it so they don't get persistent calls about info that's readily available on their website - an issue I personally dealt with my shop. I was ultimately transferred to Sandra, an administrator, who wouldn't hear my offer, was very rude and hung up on me. This behavior gives a bad name to our industry that we work tirelessly to improve. I will no longer refer anyone to your business.

Horrible wash. Car came out filthy. Went across the street to wash it again by hand and saw manager . Showed him the dirt and he offered nothing . so lesson learned . never again . i dont expect perfection but i also dont expect a filthy car .

Bad bad bad stay away from this place I did stop there last week to change my oil , I'm not sure if the change my oil because all the fluids are not added + my hood was not closed no vacuum I did make call and talk to the manager asking to put my money back $70 He promise to call me back It been 1 week no call no money in my bank account . So I end up buying it

Went through the car wash on the basic plan and when it was done the car was still dirty on a few surfaces. I went around again and they sent me through a second time, no cost, and they caught the parts that were left the first time. For a basic car wash it's not a bad job most of the time, but occasionally they miss sections and you just have to go through again. Not a problem if you have the time and they aren't to crowded.

Car wash damages wheels with low profile tires and owner will not admit responsibility. He runs like a little child. He does not care about his customers and will not put up warning so others do not damage their vehicles. Stay away if you value your property.

Probably one of the best drive thru car washes. The attendants always seem to care about your vehicle AND with a great attitude! Don't forget to tip!

Car wash quality is so-so. Only game in town though. The entry lane is awkward and often causes traffic to back up onto the road.

Before leaving, I asked the gentleman if my wheels were clean and he said, yes". When I got home the wheels wetr covered in dirt and road grime. I called the "Not So Great Car Wash" and was told if I wanted my wheels clean, I'd have to pay for a car detailing. Most car washes give a stick brush wash to the wheels to get them clean or they would invite to back and make it right. Not acar wash I would frequent again. Wish I could post my picture.

Do not go to this car wash if you have low profile rims on your vehicle. After going through my car came out with crunched rims on both sides is the front tires. When I brought it to heir attention they would not take ownership of it. I would not recommend!!!

If I could rate zero starts I would....it left zebra stripes of partially washed and unwashed sections with soap all over my car. I had to go home and hand wash my car after going through there. Don't waste your money, it has gone down hill

Even had the hand wash across the street. Wasn't through. I'll go to Brown Bear in Tacoma. They actually wash your car so it's clean not half washed.

It seems their prices are only for half a car wash. Every time I go there, including today, they wash half my car. Being busy is not an excuse, as I was the only one about 1:00 pm on 7/24/2013. The staff just seemed more interested in finishing the job than completing the job. Not just the first time, has happened too many times.

They get FOUR STARS NOW! Quick oil changes, chain op push/pull thru washateria...very reasonable $$. Downside; Vacuums @ oil change/emission check side are VERY$$$...cost about $1.50 A MINUTE!

Very disappointing I paid $19.00 hoping to get an excellent car wash, although the body itself as well as the Windows were fine my concern was the door jams and rims with tire dressing. Starting with door jams, the missed very key spots for example the bar separating the driver door and the back left passenger door as well on the other side of the car leaving a soapy residue. Now to the rims, tire dressing or the tire shine was put on terribly. Wether it was a machine or a person the shine was sprayed all over my rims leaving an oil look to them that I did not appreciate it took me well over 30 minutes to clean each rim by hand and then an extra 10 just to fix the shine on the wheel itself. Also the rags used on the car after the wash are too rough!! It scratches the paint!

My first visit and I was offered a discount off the bigger services, but I got the basic wash and dry. I was impressed that 3 guys were prespraying and scrubbing, pushing the side mirrors in, wrapping the back wiper, etc. The dryer gal handed me a damp towel, so I could wipe the dash and center console for a couple of minutes whole she went around the windows outside. But I ultimately still drove away with bugs on my windshield.

This place is awful, I have gone there for both a car wash and it was so dirty that I came home with grease all over myself from using the spray hose. Second I have used them for a full service detail and they had awful immature customer service, lost a hub cap and could not give me an explanation, and left wax all over the vehicle. In addition when I complained and filed a damage report no one ever got back to me. Worst 300.00 I have ever spent! Do not go here!!!

Bad detail wash service... leaves Black residue on tires that transfers to clothing if you brush up against it... espically the back door area getting things in and out of back seat. Just ruined a pair of my good white pants and the wash was a week old. 2nd time this has happened. 1st time I told them about it and sounded like they would use another product... they haven't. Appearently they don't care. I'm now looking for a place that does.

I almost never leave bad ratings but this place is deserving. Review is for the self-serve bays as that's all I use. Drain was almost clogged, terrible water pressure and the cleaning products took even longer than most places to switch over in the wand. I won't be returning, guess I'll just wash in the driveway as usual.

Best place I found to get an oil change. They are fast, they don't try to cheat, and they get done what they need to get done. None of this bringing out an oil filter or air filter, no trying to upgrade to a higher quality oil that you don't need, and the oil change is cheaper than anywhere else around Gig Harbor. Not to mention, you do get a free car wash with every oil change. I've been bringing my car here for years and I will never take it anywhere else for an oil change.

I had the worst car wash experience in my whole life. After a so-called fancy “executive car wash” I asked the guy “have you washed off those bugs from the wind shield?”. The guy said “Almost all. It looks better now”. ALMOST? How professional is that. Do you tell your clients that you completed their order “almost good”? Lol. I thought he was joking. But no, Sure enough, when I saw my car I just said whatever and left. Never saw such terrible service. THE CAR WAS STILL FILTHY! Half of the dead bugs were still there and the guy seriously considered it a completed job. Don’t go there :) It’s that simple.

I had used the carwash after hours and their vending machine had not given me my items and kept my money. I left a note explaining and recieved phone call the next day yh offering money or items. I was not able to return for a week but when I did the tendent was curtious and remembered my note and the items I had purchased. Great customer service e made me a committed customer after that.
