We were in to have our 2015 Hyundai Sonata (Sports) service and to purchase a extended warranty. We have always received nothing but the best service at Korum Hyundai. We meet Michael Sheffield, we were not in the market for any car. But after deciding that we would considering it, we spoke with Michael about a used one. He let us take a used one out for awhile, after we returned, we decided the vehicle was not for us. After working with Michael we purchase a 2019 Hyundai Tuscon. Michael Sheffield was the greatest, he made sure he found the right vehicle with all the options we wanted. I would not purchase a car from any other dealer, this was our second time around and it was just as good as the first. Thank you so much Michael and to David in finance who made sure all the numbers worked. I would recommend Korum Auto to anyone, they are great. We spec'd out a Hyundai Palisade Limited online and found that Korum Hyundai had the exact specification we were looking for. We went down the next day and was immediately greeted by Don Sposato, who very kindly welcomed us in. After learning what vehicle we were shopping, he showed us the ins and outs of the vehicle. Don wasn't pushy with selling the car. He simply sat back and let us check the car out. He did point out some major features of the vehicle and answered questions but we appreciated his approach to sales. After the test drive we sat down and went over numbers. We walked away that day with a new Palisade Limited. I thought Don was great and I would honestly shop at Korum Hyundai again in the future.

I actually look forward to getting my oil changes done here. I just had my third visit last month on the 19th. I like that I can do an appointment as early as 7:15am so I can get started early and get back to my day. The staff is always great and kind. I also enjoy enjoy drinking coffee in the waiting area which is pretty peaceful at that time in the morning. Thanks again Korum, great work as always! Lately, Puyallup Hyundai seem to be borrowing a page from both Tacoma based Larson Hyundai and the all-to-common airline practice of overbooking seats; they’re overbooking customers. It shouldn’t take 90-110 minutes for a routine oil change. From a corporate perspective, it makes sense for Puyallup Hyundai, as there are times when a customer fails to show up. From a customer perspective, I have choices. I left and went elsewhere.

I had been researching and looking for my next vehicle for 2 years. When the Hyundai Palisade came on the market, I was excited that it fit my every need on paper. The next difficult part getting the package I wanted. I contacted Jason the Englishman at Korum Hyundai and he was AWESOME! He was a fantastic mix of being available for whatever questions I might have, but gave us space to actually look at the vehicle. He was not pushy, but definitely gave us a great feel for the vehicle. The Palisade I wanted to drive was not available to test drive because it had just arrived and had to go through the receipt and inspection process yet, so we drove a vehicle in the same package, just a different color. The finance guy was a different story. He was pushy, but he was from a different office and not normally at Korum Hyundai, Puyallup. Again, if you are in the market for a Hyundai, I love mine a month in, I would highly recommend you go see Jason the Englishman at Korum Hyundai of Puyallup.

I've owned 3 Santa Fe's prior to purchasing my 2020 Tucson - Two of which I bought at Korum. I was uncertain if I wanted another Santa Fe or a Tucson. (I also looked at a Honda CRV but wasn't interested in it.) I was fortunate enough to work with sales rep, Mason Halligan. He was very knowledgeable and sought to help me decide on a vehicle without being pushy. He was patient and forthright in answering my questions. They have great customer service. I drive into Puyallup from Buckley for my oil change since the price is unbeatable, plus they rotate my tires and wash the outside and vacuum the front floors. I’ve taken to doing all my maintenance here. The chairs in the waiting room are so comfortable!

I have now leased my third vehicle with Korum Hyundai and that's primarily because of the wonderful and honest service I have gotten from Dean Lawthers. Since moving to the PNW from Manhattan, NY, he is the only car sales professional I have ever worked with and I am pleased to say that I have now introduced him (and Korum) to my daughter as the next generation in my family to work with Korum and Dean for her future car leasing. Dean made my daughter's safety a priority and didn't push a rapid sale on us. We actually ended up staying late at the dealership and he never showed any signs of being in a rush or in a hurry. The same was evident from the fine Finance Manager, David Cowan, who also showed us the same courtesy and patience as we reviewed documents, terms and even changed up cars at the last minute. The Service Dept is horribly rude and unaccommodating. Have brought in my company vehicle to address oil burning issue and they treated me over a period of a month like I was lying about the issue or making more than it was as the vehicle was nearing 100k and the end of the warranty. Latest experience was bringing in the vehicle to address an issue with the ignition/shifter issue and the service tech snapped at me if I had an appointment. I did not. "Well, you need an appointment I can't look at it, it will be at least two weeks". He continued to berate me, like it was my fault and that I had the audacity to bring in a failing vehicle. I had enough of his attitude and abuse so simply picked up my keys and walked out. I get that people have a bad day, are under pressure, might have other things going on that are weighing on them.... But this is a pattern. And not a good or appreciated one. I will be advising my company to not use this dealership. Oh and I went across town to another Hyundai dealership who welcomed me in, were courteous and accommodating.
