I had my work truck detailed here they did a poor job. I feel like some details got missed and my truck had a weird smell to it. after speaking with the owner I will say he does care a lot about customer service and has done everything possible to correct the issues that I had. He has done his best to make me a satisfied customer and he has accomplished that . unfortunately I had a bad experience on my first visit here I originally gave this place 1 star but they gained 2 more stars based on the fact that they are dedicated to customer satifaction

Cleaned up my Prius after a massive passenger throw-up incident which covered every single square foot of my car with puke (puking happened during highway speeds, the wind blew back the puke back in the car). Not a cheap service at all at nearly $400, but I couldn't argue with the results, the car looked clean as new! And in all fairness, there was so much puke that they had to remove the seats entirely because of the pools of puke. The owner was very friendly and helpful, offered to do additional cleaning if I noticed any smells anywhere.

Worst experience ever. I paid 14 bucks and drove in my car , and the machine didn't start the wash. Could catch hold of a guy and he had to manually start it. After the wash, all the wheels where muddy and front grill was not clean, the blower/drier didn't dry the card. Worst equipment ever. I would prefer car pool on W broad street, even though it is a few cents more expensive. Pls do not go here if you really want a good car wash

Got my car washed here today 11/18 at 11:30 am. I went through the touch less wash and after spending $14 my car looks the same as it did before I went in. I tried to call in to talk to someone but instead got a voice mail. I was cut off by the voice mail before I could leave my contact info. Then when I called back the answering machine was full. There must be others calling about the same issues..

Tried this car wash for the first time a couple of days ago. I was in a hurry so I washed and left without looking my SUV over. When I got home I found milky white water trails all over my car. Apparently it didn't rinse the wax or sealant off completely and it was blow all over the car by the dryer. I will say my wheels did get cleaner than other car washes I have tried. Still doesn't make up for all the milky white marks all over the car. Have to wash again.

This is now my Go-To car wash! You can't beat this place. I was recently looking around for a place to get my car detailed, cushions spot cleaned, floorboards scrubbed, the works. I called around to several different places- most didn't offer services that included a shampooing of the seats, others asked you to drive in first, then get your vehicle assessed, and then they could schedule an appointment. That seemed like too much of a hassle. Then I called this place and spoke with Ashton and he answered my questions, got an appointment on the books for me, and let me drop the car off at a time that was convenient for me . He made the booking process incredibly painless, and quick. Within 3 minutes I was on the books, had a price locked in, and knew what to expect. When I went to pick my vehicle up, I was able to meet Ashton and Sam, who both were working diligently on my vehicle. The interior was SPOTLESS. I am extremely happy with their work. Not to mention, Sam and Ashton were incredibly friendly and communicative that should I have any concerns whatsoever, not to hesitate to reach out and let them know. These two deliver top tier service, and made my experience simple and easy, which is why I will be going here from now on. Trust me, don't waste your time calling around, this place is worth it.

I really like this car wash because they offer the trifecta. Self wash bays, Touch free carwash, or Soft touch car wash. Prices are reasonable, I wish their soft touch machine worked a bit better because I really like the soft touch. The sprayers need replacing and the machine most likely just needs a good tune up or replacing. Don't get me wrong it still does a good job, but at $14 for the ultimate wash, it should be a bit better. Self wash bays are great, have used them many times as well, and the touch free does a pretty good job too. Their vaccumes have good suction as well.

I was thrilled to know that Splash and Dash had a touch free car wash. I've had great experience with them before in other locations. After reading their reviews, I thought I'd give them a try. Unfortunately, I didn't receive my receipt even after selecting yes, which was upsetting because it told me I'd receive a discount if I decided to come back, I'd just have to save my ticket. In addition, after the car wash, I stepped out and noticed that it had not done a good job at cleaning my car. The front of my car and the side were not well cleaned. I was looking forward to a positive experience but overall it was OK.

I have washed my car lot of times in this location for last two years.Quality went down.Even we pay 14 dollar for highest wash it is not washing with all items they listed for it. For example tricolor foam most of the time I had not seen it coming in touchless wash.And it doesn't dry car well.Also in self wash the machine was faulty but still it took money and there was no attendant to refund during day time.

I used them for the first time today and was so happy with the customer service. I had a bad spill in the car on the way to work and needed to get it handled ASAP. After Carpool was unable to accomodate and said I had to go all the way to Willow Lawn, I quickly got online to see what might be closer. When I called over, I spoke with an individual who said they could take me right away and would alert the crew I was coming. Sure enough, when I pulled in, they were waiting for me! Not only did they take me right away, but they dropped me at the Starbucks next door to wait and brought the car back over there, even with a complimentary free wash. Will definitely use them again- couldn't have been more pleased with the service and care I received after a rough start to the day!

Pretty nice setup for a manual car wash. Did a great job removing a lot of bird doo. Takes you through all the steps for a good car wash. A little bit of a pain stopping to feed the machine as time expires.

This place seams to going down. No supervision, none to speak about the malfunctions. Calls to the phone number listed on premiss are not answered. Things I noticed during two visits: 1) Tricolor brush was only single yellow color and sputtering leftovers of the blue suds 2) Tricolor wax was missing one of the colors

Found my new favorite self-serve carwash!! Among the usual options I've seen at other places they also have wax, triple foam brush, and a DRYER??? YES!!!. The one i mostly go to is almost always out of triple foam and wax is not even an option. A dryer, to me, is unheard of. This is by far ahead best carwash I've ever had and for only $3 on my card instead of the usual $5 card minimum. Sorry for the long review but this place is awesome and I'll be back very soon with my other car!! Well worth every penny. Thanks guys!!!! I have been here a few times but unfortunately it's been too busy for me to give it a try, this is a testimony to how good this car wash is. In addition, through reading these reviews it's obvious the owners care about their customers as well as their business, any owner that puts the time in to read and respond to their reviews is a good one. I will be stopping by tomorrow so I can hand wash my car inside and out, I also plan to take advantage of there pick-up and drop-off service in the future to keep my car clean. P.S. This was an okay wash. I've had better job done for a cheaper wash. Still had stains on car and isn't even shiny. Could have done a better job myself. There was mold on the washing tools and on the walls. Disgusting!

Made an appointment two days ahead on Wednesday to get my Corvette washed. Guy says come at 4:00 on Friday 3/22. Drove 30 miles and got there at 4:02. Some young kid is the only one there. Says he can’t help me. Thanks a lot Splash & Dash. I won’t be back. Life’s too short and there are too many car wash places that actually want your business.

What you'd expect from a car wash. One bay is always out of service. Unless you're using the automated service or able to clean your vehicle during the week, be sure to get there before 11am on Saturdays to miss the crowd. They have a separate area for drying/detailing your vehicle.

I have been looking for this type of car wash since moving to the area. It is what used to be called a quarter wash which means there are bays where you can wash your own vehicle there are also automatic car washes.. The bays are equipped with the wands as well as foam brushes. It will take Bill's coins and credit cards, it cost me approximately four dollars to do the outside of a small car.. it cost me approximately nine dollars to do my full-size pick up truck. there are vacuums available as well as a dispenser whereyou can purchase items used to clean up your car. There's also a small parking lot next to it where you can pull your vehicle to do your detailing...

ItThe no touch car wash is only good if your car is lightly dirty. I had a lot of insects on the hood and windshield some came off but the majority did not. The no touch wash is a nice idea but there is no excuse for not applying a bit of elbow grease, so I suggest using the gentle touch if your vehicle needs a bit more attention

For me, the car wash is not worth the money as the wash is not great. I purchased the 14$ touch free wash which is the best available wash, the Tyre Rims were not cleaned properly (the operator cleaned saying that its part of detailing but did that for me, thanks), The Types were NOT spray polished, I still was able to feel the dirt on my car, the operator allowed me another round on the one with rollers, the car was more cleaner this time but still not upto the expectation as per the money spent. The Vacuum is NOT free after the wash. I feel this is pretty ordinary Car Wash. If you are looking for a good car wash with good value for money, this is not the place for you. PS : I am new in this city and as I haven't tried others here, please pardon if the situation/rates are similar in the area.

Place was clean and pretty well lit for dusk when I visited. The wash stall took both coins and bills with no problem. I'm ranking it down a bit because the connection between the pipe up top and the hose was leaking so I had no option but to get wet. It wasn't a huge issue since I was just in old clothes with the intent of washing the car, but if I was stopping on a lunch break or on the way out to do something this wouldn't have worked. Overall not a bad place and seemed pretty safe for late evening when I visited.

You can find good car wash centers just about anywhere around the Richmond area. The Splash n Dash is VERY GOOD! Touchless wash at a great price, and before you pull in they even scrub the rims and tires. Vacuum stations are always in good working order and you can make an appointment for a hand wax or full detail. The best in the area.

HELLO splash n dash me and my sister came in a week ago or so she’s 17 I’m 17 we wanted too get her 2017 Honda Civic nice and clean for school and stuff she’s alwyas busy with work and school and I like making sure her car and all the cars in my family look beautiful always and I usually clean all the cars myself at home but THE WEATHER HAS BEEN VERY COLD LATELY and I think I paid 30 ur best wash In town and it was very poorly done I’m very upset I know you guys didn’t mean it my car looked nothing like the pics or the other 5 star reviews other people Gave you guys so now I’m frustrated and her car is dirty inside and out is there anything you guys can do about this please a refund or a new full clean my name is Shriji Please and thank you !!! - Splash N dash I would LOVE TOO ALWAYS come back with all my cars if u can satisfy me I just need the inside and out cleaned for a nice cheap price

I washed my car Thursday and as I was selecting my wash, I noticed the woman in the far end lane couldn't get the doors open to enter the wash. Should have been a clue. When the was was done, the sign in the wash said drive forward through dryers to exit. Easy enough except the exit doors shut. The sign still said to drive forward, the blower was still on, but I could not exit. The guy in line behind me came around to open the doors, but they wouldn't stay open. The doors kept shutting. I finally had an opening (literally) and gunned it, as the doors rubbed down the side of my car. My car is white, and the rubber on the door is black, so, yeah, nice black marks down my "clean" car. Other cars behind me got stuck, too. Not good!

I have patronized this car wash since its opening. I also had concerns after it had been open for a couple of years. But there were extenuating circumstances I learned of recently explaining this as you will see below. I was blown away by my most recent experience in a most positive way. Recently I used the brushless wash and the exit doors malfunctioned opening and closing as I pulled out. A bit of rubber scuff was left on the front wheel wells of my car. When I flagged down Ashton the detailer at the wash he disabled the doors and was extremely professional and apologetic. He had me call the new owner, and arrange for a buff and detail of the front wheel weels. The new owner again apologized and arranged for her husband to meet me at 7:15 am the next Saturday at the wash and take me to my office in his personal car. He offered to pick me up at work and return me to the wash later as well though I declined and caught a ride with one of my staff. When I returned to pick up my car, Ashton had not only buffed out the front fenders but done a complete detail inside and out. It was a very clean and well done detailing. No charge though I insisted on giving him a tip. This wash was owned originally by a very nice fellow named Bob who most don't know, two years into owning it as a retirement business, developed cancer and was unable to keep it well staffed and maintained due to undergoing chemotherapy and the cancer. If you had an issue you might not find an attendant or get a return call. Hence the negative reviews you have seen. He sadly passed away a few months ago and the new owners have changed things dramatically. They are on top of the mechanics daily ( imagine a computer running a machine in an environment that is constantly wet... every car wash I've ever patronized has been down from time to time) the trick is having owners and staff there to keep things moving. Ashton or another employee are now always there during the week. He is polite, professional, and helpful. On any given weekend you will see the owner Tony and his wife or children there greeting customers and making sure things are run well. If you call the contact number his wife immediately answers and is helpful and responsive. Their mission is to return service to a level we haven't seen in small business in several generations and in my experience certainly confirmed this. What car wash owner gets up to drive half an hour, early on a Saturday morning just to meet a customer so they can take said customer to work and then the detailer goes way beyond the service due, and completely details your vehicle refusing payment? I haven't seen this level of service in our town in many years especially at a car wash. Keep an eye out too for banners as this family gives back to the community as well. A portion of your fees are donated to several philanthropic organizations including a local dog rescue operation. I can recommend Splash and Dash Richmond with great confidence. And if you want a professional detailing done with pride in his craft, come here and ask for Ashton. My car hasn't looked this nice in a while.

We were there late one night before returning a car to a rental company. We ended up losing a very worn $5 bill in the machine and at 1 am, it was very frustrating. Thinking it was a long shot and we would lose the the $5 forever, we reached out to the number on the machine. Not only did the owner follow up with us by text to try to resolve, but when he realized we were not from the area he sent a personalized note and the very same $5 bill back to us and apologized. I’m sorry, but that kind of attention to detail and concern does not happen enough and wanted to write about how great that was and the owner was! Thank you!!!!!!! I loved the letter most, but my boyfriend loved the fact that you texted and said “ I’m an old codger and don’t do Venmo.”

I must say that this is a great location and great concept for a car wash. Yet, that's when the system works here. Recently, the stalls are out of order or only certain features work. Fail! I went to the website to add money to the card I have, so that I can wash my car. Needless to say, after trying to login, I receive the error message "invalid username or password". What's even more amazing, there's no place on the website to reset the password or find the username. Here's another fail! I get into my car and go to the car wash and try to add money to the card using the machine. Guess what? You got it, another fail! The machine would repeatedly show the card balance and not allow me to add money to the card. Prior to this I've called the location twice and get voicemail each time. I also called the second number listed on the website under contact us but that number doesn't accept calls. I emailed this location too. While at the location, I spoke to a teenager who really didn't know how to help me or what to do so that I could add money to the card to get my car washed. Hours later I get a call from another worker at this location and he tells me the only Resolution is to purchase another reloadable card and add money to it. They have no way to transfer my previous Balance, it will be money lost. After three fails, it's time for me to bow out and just take my losses from here. Just a shame with a prime location and great concept that the owner doesn't take more pride in the employees hired and managing the business. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back. I've tried on several occasions to see if things got any better but they haven't. I don't recommend this car wash. I do recommend purchasing a bucket, lint free cloths, and some Armour All and do it yourself. If you don't want to do it yourself, Circle K on Lauderdale has a nice car wash there or for a hand wash, go to Carpool or your brand car dealer.
