These guys at Flagship do a great job. I bought the monthly unlimited pass, so I swing in for a wash and vacuum at least once a week, or sometimes just a wash. They are fast and manage the details. The new manager is a good guy, and runs a tight business.

I have gone to Leesburg station auto wash before so I didn't think this place would be able to be anywhere near that quality. I was actually very impressed. My interior was actually cleaner than it was after my last visit to Leesburg Station and the exterior was just as good. This is a high quality auto wash. I will most likely be purchasing their monthly plan if this visit is any indication of the service they provide.

I am very impressed with the customer service! My husband took my car into the south riding location and I was very angry that my parking pass for work was missing. Once I contacted them, Jay came over to my house, searched my car for the hanging parking pass, handed me a gift card for future visits, and refunded me for a new parking pass. He also showed me a video of the staff cleaning my car and the pass falling off during cleaning. I’ll definitely be a returning costumer!

Amazing car wash and detail at a great price. They moved cars in and out with ease. Even the minivan was in and out in under 20 minutes. 5 or 6 people working on detailing while the car rolls on a conveyer belt and you can watch the whole time. Really easy and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Before the new owners it used to be really good and if I pointed something out they immediately took care of it. I took it there a couple of months ago and there was so many patches where it looked like neither water nor a rag had touched it and the vacuuming was sketchy in the back are of my four door Jeep Wrangler. Just not with the $32!

8/21/2019 I am a regular at this location, each and everytime I get the same level and quality of service. Jay's team does a great job. He personally makes sure the customer is satisfied. They have great prices and the facility is very clean. Recently had a detail to get swirl marks taken out and the results were amazing.

Great Service , If you like to drive a clean ride and have 15 minutes this is for you. I have the monthly plan that I use at least 3-4 times a week on all of my cars very easy drive in and drive out and excellent quality work and attention is paid to make sure you leave with a smile. I am not by any means a paid reviewer but I will tell you that I see people that have an expectation their car that hasn't been cleaned in months will turn into a detailed machine just by running it through the wash one time car care is a commitment ,its not magic. This team works hard and provides an excellent product and if they miss something they fix t immediately I get compliments on the cleanliness of my vehicles and recommend Chris and his team to everyone I know ..Keep up the good work!!!!

Amazing service with great attention to detail! Same place as Main Street Carwash, but under new management with a new name. The air hose blow out of water in the side mirrors is a nice professional touch. My car was spot free after the wash and hand dry. The inside was cleaned, wiped down, windows cleaned, vacuumed out... Rims and Tires were treated with extra care and detail. Super clean job well done!

Not sure what I was expecting a for $32 but the car was still dirty after getting their highest tier wash. Maybe it was just because I got there so close to closing. The place is fine if you set your expectations to their price range but I'll definitely go somewhere else for anything more then an "gotta clean the car fast" service.

I am really disappointed with Flagship. My friend spoke very highly and the reviews spoke lengths. I took my Van and my Acura sedan for a clean. I was so impressed when I drove out looking at the quality of work. After a few days I pulled out my Acura and realized the guys at the wash never cleaned my car trunk. Which wasn't that bad till I tried to pull my drink holder cover and realized that was broken and on top of it the cover was missing completely. That completely shocked the heck out of me. I mean cmon guys how did you manage to break my drink holder cover and should have had the common courtesy to at least tell me. I infact paid an extra for deep cleaning both my cars that day. Now I have to figure out how to get that dang cover installed once again. Please be aware car owners. Check your cars out completely before driving off. This is totally unacceptable. I am going to report this to BBB and Yelp also.

First off I'd like to express my gratitude to Jay, who I believe is the manager of this location. Not only did he give me a ride home (about 5.5 miles away) so that I didn't have to wait at the car wash, but several hours later when my car was done, he came back to my home, in rush hour traffic, and drove me back to the car wash and my newly cleaned vehicle. Thanks for that, Jay, you rock buddy! Now, about the actual car wash: I purchased their Ultimate Wash Plus package which included a thorough car wash and full detail, etc., and boy was I HAPPY! When we got back to the car wash location and I saw my vehicle I immediately noticed the difference. Everything that one could expect was immaculate. My car is nowhere near new (13 years old in fact!), but this is something I like to do every so often in order to take care of it, and let me tell you that I was truly impressed by their work and professionalism. They refreshed my car to a state it hadn't been in years. Thank you so much, Jay and the Flagship Car Wash Center Team of South Riding, VA!!!!!

last winter they charged me for a hand dry and a hand wax and then said they couldn't do it because it was too cold outside and the water would freeze or some BS. rip off. overpriced. will not go back.

Love this place. They CLEAN your car more than what you expect in less than 20 mins. Went today. Performance slipped. Carpet wasn't even vacuumed clean. The cup holder in the rear doors was not wiped even.

The crew did an amazing job on my truck. It looks like I just spent 3 hours cleaning her. Those who own a truck with towing mirrors, be ready to adjust them when it comes out. The crew does wipe them down so obnoxious streaks don't appear. They do the windows- the guy on staff this past Saturday was on the ball. The sun hit it in the most telling angles and it was streak free.

Quick and good! I wish they had the “odor” smells to put in the car but aside from that I recommend this to anyone in the area! Pricing is very comparable and the waiting area has bench seating. It’s a little hard to find, so just follow the signs. My car had a ton of bugs from a road trip, plus a bit of sand. They cleaned it up very nicely. The wax treatment makes it look like I just drove it off the dealership lot!

We just did a mini detail of my car which costs approximately $50. On the way home, we hit a pot hole and mud splattered everywhere. Called to see if we could come back for running my car just through the automated portion of the wash - no drying service. The guy who answered clarified and just just hung up on me. When I tried to call back he hung up again.

By far one of the best car wash centers on the east coast! And also the best Flagship location by far! After moving out here from Los Angeles, and experiencing the amazing and cheap car washes they have out there, it was a pleasant surprise to find this place. The pricing is affordable for what they offer in each package, and the option to go monthly “unlimited” is a welcome addition to someone like me who needs their car washed every week. Everyone from the manager to the support staff are professional and do an excellent job to meet and even exceed your expectations. I would recommend this place to whomever is serious about their car care and are also in a hurry (best service i’ve seen in under 15min.

Got the $32 car wash last night, and still found hand-sized giant salt/sand patches stuck to my vehicles body - even after they "hand cleaned" it on the line after the wash. I noticed the guys that towel dry the car after the wash and before the interior cleaning, used the same towels on about 4 vehicles before mine.. so they left water marks all over the windows and probably added others' debris on my paint. The WORST part though was when I was informed my vehicle was ready, I pointed out one of the large sand/salt spots left over, and one of the employees then proceeded to use a dry AND dirty towel to then rub the debris INTO MY PAINT in a rough circular motion. These guys have no idea what they are doing and I will not be returning again.

I have the monthly plan and I'm mostly pleased. I run through the tunnel and drive off half the time, so that part is fine. The interior cleaning results are inconsistent, but I've found that to be true at all car washes. Floor mat cleaning is a couple of dollars extra and I forget to request it sometimes, but that's on me. I liked the two previous owners when it was Main Street Car Wash and I was glad to support a great local business; however, I believe the current operators provide a more efficient and reliable service. I plan to try their detailing services in the fall and I'll update this review at that time.

They don’t offer the family plan anymore , not worth it plus they don’t do a good service by washing the car , last time I took my car for washing I found out they scratched my car and I told them that my car got scratched when they washed , one of the employee said not then I insist that my car scratched there then he said if I don’t like the service is better not to come anymore , I have been with them since 2016 they used be good but unfortunately not anymore , they want to make more money with bed service , I’m so disappointed

Wow this car wash service is top notch! Follow the signs into the entrance, drive thru entrance, one lane has cashier and another lane is for unlimited club, drive into one building to get your car wash, follow the lane down hill, u-turn, up the hill, stop, wait for someone to drive your vehicle into the next building where your vehicle is detailed inside-and-out by many of the personnel. Personnel is nice, waiting area is nice, bathrooms are nice, multiple doors to enter and exit the waiting area. Personnel will drive your car into the building where it is detailed, personnel will drive your car around on the right side of the detailing building, waiting area is in the detailing building between the area where they detail your car and where they park your car after car is detailed. You can watch your car being detailed and cleaned as there are windows in the waiting area. This has to be the best car wash service that I have ever used. Purchased the $49. 99/month unlimited club, where I can get my car washed and detailed once a day. I was told that there is a $63/month unlimited club which is for a bit more detailing. 2019-01-25 filed a claim today since the washer damaged/displaced the driver side turn signal near the driver door on my vehicle, manager and other personnel were very nice, they even taped the turn signal, since I told them that I wanted to wash my car today, manager said that he could replace the turn signal by putting it on his credit card and or give me free washes; he clarifies and said, this is only available to their unlimited club members

Great car wash! Excellent friendly staff! The machines have been replaced and refurbished from the previous owners and they do a fantastic job of cleaning the exterior. The interior and line staff take care of anything the machines might have missed and the inside of the car comes out looking great. This is my go-to car wash in the area.

As of today 6/21/19 I will no longer be coming here to receive car wash services of any kind anymore. I have a Lexus LX470 which is a full size SUV with third row seating, the trunk on this vehicle is split folding which means you open the portion and then the lower to gain full access. I do not appreciate the employees jumping on top of the bumper and scratching/denting it at that just to get inside the trunk to clean it when theres CLEARY a latch to open the portion of the trunk to gain access. I then proceeded to walk into the cleaning bay to show them that there’s a latch to open the bottom half and that your scratching the paint on my bumper every time you jump on it just to get inside. To top that off one of my door courtesy lights were broken and the cup holder divider to split the drinks and hold them in place is always missing too along with the half half rush job just to clean the vehicle and get it over with. In the months prior I used to love coming here because at the time of the previous management, they really took care of the customers and vehicles were clean up to par, not the case anymore. If you really care about how your vehicle is handled and a job that will exceed your expectations, look somewhere else.

I got "spider webs" all over the car after a single wash. For those who don't know "spider webs" are small scratches all over the car that give the appearance of swirl marks. One wash, and my whole finish was ruined. This was a pretty expensive mistake.

New name and new management at the old Main Street Car Wash. The service was certainly better, as was the wash. It is a little pricey compared to some other comparable places, but they have a monthly program that could be the best deal going! I will certainly be back as it is on my route home from work. Especially if I sign up for the “unlimited” monthly deal.

Oh my Goodness, sounds like the previous reviewers were compensated as I had a completely different experience. It was significantly more expensive than with the previous owners, less time was spent on my vehicle...and it showed...or more to the point..IT DIDN'T. I WOULD NEVER go back, and I would never refer this place. I paid for inside and outside, think they forgot about the inside. When I inquired about it, I was told various things..1. I needed to pay for an extra after interior cleaning if I wanted it vacuumed well. 2. This is a car wash and they don't do detailing. 3. When I tried to address my concerns an elderly gentleman began discussing them with me. I asked if he was the Owner or Manager, he replied that he was "just helping out". But unfortunately when he started to interact with me, everyone else, including the Manager walked away. Place was clean, wish they could have transferred that over to my SUV. I wasn't surprised to see the employees standing outside the wash, talking, waiting for something to do instead of trying to make situation right.

Outstanding place, the staff was very friendly. It starts with the person running the line, always a Pleasant greeting. Brought my personal and police working truck in. My working truck is a K9 vehicle with a ton of dog hair. Both vehicles we’re cleaned 10/10 and I was extremely happy.
