This place is filled with thieves. I left an iPad in my truck while getting the car detailed. I was very hesitant to leave it, but since they had windows where you can watch them clean your car, I figured it was safe. Immediately after they finished the car, the first thing I did was go and look for the iPad, which I mentally made a note thrust it was in the driver's door pocket. To my horror, the iPad was gone. I asked the people in the cleaning bay where it went, and they all just shrugged their shoulders. When I went inside to make a formal complaint, I was essentially called a liar, and told that the shop had never had an incident of stolen property before (after reading these reviews, that's clearly a lie) and that perhaps I was mistaken and hadn't placed the iPad in the pocket to begin with. They refused to even consider that one of their employees could have stolen a tablet, and told me that they would "check the trash, and call me if they found a tablet. Needless to say, I'm still waiting for their call 3 weeks later. A few of the employees there were openly displaying MS-13 gang tattoos Please anywhere but here to get your car washed.

Had my 4Runner professionally detailed in April to include having the clay bar treatment done, but after having my car wash here August 25, I have scratches that I previously never had. Just terrible place to get a car wash, especially for what they charge.

These people use DIRTY rags that is used on the seats, dash, windows, tires and side mirrors, and of course the paint. After the end of my month of car washes from them, my car was full of scratches and I told the manager/owner. He then said I am being "criminal" and that I should go some where else. BEWARE, these guys have horrible service and will damage your vehicle! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Don’t bother with the express services. There’s nothing express about them. I waited over 30 minutes just to have them start and wound up having to leave since I ran out of time. The main line had plenty of staff waiting for cars, but it’s clear they upsal too many cars and don’t have the staff in the express line to keep up. I should have just gone to Planet Auto Wash.

Terrible experience.... a door panel strip (3 feet by six inches) fell off in the car wash. When I asked where it was and what to do, at first they couldn't find it, and then a woman found it inside. The person I was dealing with told me Jenny the manager wasn't there but she'd call me Monday. We filled out a damage report. He said she'd have to view the cameras (why? it fell off inside your car wash!) and would call me. It is Tuesday afternoon, that happened on a Friday, and I have done all the calling and gotten no where! Jenny is never there nor does she call me. Today they told me there were closing because it was going to rain and no one could help me. Mind you it is a sunny day here! I am about to call 7 on your side! I just want my car fixed!! Horrible customer service and I won't go back...ever!!!

Very good service for the basic wash & clean. The complete wash & dry is completed in less than 10 minutes and you will be happy with the results. The cleaning crew gives reasonable attention to detail. If you wash & clean your car yourself too, you may want to keep any eye when the rear window is cleaned from the inside as in my case it was not cleaned properly and lower half was still dirty, similarly, the areas of a car which gather water e.g. underside of side mirrors, lower side of fuel cap door, emblems underside etc. need to be dried properly with the towel otherwise you will get a streak the moment you drive off. All in all, I'd recommend them to a friend.

I love this car wash. I have an unlimited car wash package so go frequently and they do a fantastic job every time. I see some not so great reviews but have never had anything but a great experience here. Some of the reviews suggest they don’t do a great job but be sure to read the services provided with the different levels of washes. I think perhaps some of the people giving bad reviews are paying for washes and expecting results of a detail. It is a very popular car wash so they are typically busy but they are fast while also doing a good job. I usually go just as they open or before they close and there’s never any lines.

Poor quality and prices are ridiculously high. I normally go the the Flagship in Vienna which is temporarily closed as they renovate - prices there were far less expensive and the quality was always outstanding. The staff here was friendly though, but I won’t go back.

Not impressed with this car wash at all. The first time I went it ripped the front plate off of my truck. I had paid $50 for and in/outside wash and I was left with mud on my floor mat still. Even after all of this I've sent an email inquiry about their wash memberships due to winter approaching and I have yet to receive a response. This was over a month ago. My new truck (black) is also covered in very fine scratches that weren't on the truck prior to using this car wash.

Great result for the price. For those of you saying "OMG I saw smudges on my window"...remember there is a difference between a $45 inside/outside wash and a full detailing that is several hundred! If you want it to look showroom new, pay for the detailing, please. and I don't even work in the carwash business. sheesh!

Always got what I paid for. They have three levels of int/ext service. I usually get the mid tier package and am very satisfied with the results. They accomplish in 15 minutes what would take me 2-3 hours to do myself. Coupons are usually available.

Took my Ford Edge into flagship to get it detailed, inside and out. I had done a thorough cleaning up of trash before taking it there, and took most all expensive items in the house, but neglected taking a commemorative National Police Officer Memorial 2012 coin, honoring Prince William County Sheriff's motorcycle officer Chris Yung, who died on New Year's Day in Bristow last year. I left it in the passengers door pocket, and made a mental note of it's exact location before I gave them the car. After they were done, I immediately went to the door pocket to make sure someone hadn't lifted it, nobody would steal a fallen police officers commemorative coin I thought. Well turns out I was wrong, it was missing. I went in and talked to the cashier, who got one of the guys "to go and check the trash", but couldn't locate it. I was then told that maybe I hadn't left it where I thought, maybe it would turn up, it might have been vacuumed up by mistake, and it might have blown under the seat. When I pressed and said or maybe someone stole it, she preceded to tell me they had NEVER had a SINGLE theft in the history of being there, and there was NO WAY SOMEONE WOULD HAVE STOLEN IT, essentially calling me a liar. The coin was not an expensive coin at all, but meant a lot to me in sentimental value. Everyone who works on the cars at Flagship are Hispanic, with several of them openly showing MS-13 gang tattoos. To make it even worse, they did A HORRIBLE job on the car! I was shocked my experience there was so bad. How does this place stay in business? Flagship Carwash has nothing but thug gangster thieves working for them, I highly recommend anyone reading this to avoid Flagship Carwash like the plague.

Took my car to get washed and got the "flagship wash". I went to go pay and the cashier had an attitude problem, she didn't even say anything after I said "thanks". After my car was done, I inspected it to see if everything was okay. On the front left fender there was dirt and I asked one of the Spanish guys if he could do anything about it, but he replied and said he couldn't take care of it and I would've had to get an exterior detail, it would've been nice if he got a towel and some soap and water then wiped it off. Instead I had to come home and do it myself...the wheels were also dirty. I might as well have saved $30 and washed the car myself at home.

I've been taking our family cars to this location (now Flagship) for many years, and I think that the new management has made a positive difference. I never had a problem before, they did a good job, but I do feel now that the communication is better about what each service provides, and I have felt that the interior detailing has been great. I'm confused about the bad reviews here. I've never had any bad experiences with broken or scratched car parts, punctured tires, or poor cleaning. I've been perfectly happy.

I have been a customer of this place for two years. They are good until something happens to your Car in their facility then they will go on a complete denial mode. They scratched my cars driver side, as soon as I saw that, I brought it to their attention, the guy instantly started denying and said that it didn’t happen here, while you could see that it’s a fresh scratch and the paint has just come off, I explained him that. He then took a picture of the damage and said I will show it to my GM and she will contact you, she never contacted me at the first place, since I WAS their flagship customer I went there the next day, saw the GM and explained the entire situation and said you were supposed to call me, her response was “ I saw your number at my desk I didn’t know what it was for and I didn’t call you”. Then it took them two weeks to make a decision and their final decisions was that we are not going to fix the damage it didn’t happen here. I regret being their customer! Extremely disappointed, if you have an expensive car, PLEASE DON NOT BRING IT HERE! IT WILL BE SCRATCHED AND THEY WILL NOT FIX IT FOR YOU! take it somewhere else or wash it yourself.

I used to like this car wash. We have two cars and wash at least one car per week. The 'Flagship' wash is $30. They do a good job. We also bought the Gainesville Haymarket Baseball League. Coupon card which gives $4 off the Flagship. Today, the guy talked me into a $10 upgrade. I bought it. Assuming I still get the $4 off.... After all , I just spent bought the upgrade. I go inside the cashier tells me, it is only for the flagship.... You didn't get the flagship. So I ask for the manager. This is just too simple. She says... Nope, people try to take advantage of the discount, so it is only for what is stated on the card. And she did it in the most condescending way. One loyal customer no more. Unbelievable.

I was a long term customer of this business here in Gainesville Virginia untill a recent paying visit. My car was damaged and after addressing it with the manager he wanted to slap my heavily damaged wheel cover on and send me on down the road without addressing the situation / damage to my property. Un real . The only thing that comes out clean and shiny here is the abiovous lack of accountability and professionalism. Please don’t take your vehicles to this business . I currently have a monthly membership here and the place could use some help in areas of management first off don’t ask me to come inside and pay when my card is on file for monthly EFT and the barcode is on my windshield. Then theirs the time where I waited and waited and no one came to apply tire shine maybe they should leave it out for us to apply if no ones going to do this or the time I went inside and paid for a interior detail and no one did it after leaving The manager called and asked me to come back for refund. it’s as though everything is rushed at the facility from loading of your car through the beginning to getting you out theirs that lack of quality touch with customers as you interact and leave. Seems like they can use a few pointers from splash and dash in Manassas seeing that their business is thriving and their lines are ridiculously long and people wait because the quality is amazing. I’m going to be trying them out for a few more weeks and if there no change I’m switching back.

Never again! Despicable customer service. I paid $42 dollars for my car to come out worse than it went in. The machine put micro-abrasions/scratches all over the left side of my vehicle. The staff stripped my cup holder from its base. And, after all of this trouble, the "management" refused to refund me!

Changes were made since the last time I was there years ago. Then, after 10 minutes waiting, my car hadn't even been vacuumed yet and there were two more ahead of me. I left stating I would not return. Last month I went because I was too tired to drive to my favorite one. Much to my surprise they had a better system of detailing bays in place. Good move. O.M.G.!!! I had the keys to my sister's car to start up while she is recovering from surgery. I decide at last minute to get the interior detailed for her. Luckily Flagship was open on Memorial Day and I was able to get her car in, because they only do these details by appt only. My sister's car was a hot mess. She had spilled coffee everywhere, from the floors, to all the seats and even the side doors. Flagship put there foot in detailing her car. It looks like a brand new car inside, I almost thought I had gotten in the wrong car!! My sister will be very surprised when she gets in and I am very pleased with their work. Thank you for doing a fantastic job!!!

Just got back from Flagship and felt compelled to share my experience. I brought our family car in for a complete (inside & out) cleaning after having come back from a long trip. The back seat of the car was littered with crumbs from the snacks my kids were eating and it needed a serious vacuuming. I was prepared to offer up a nice tip for a job well done. Apparently the team that vacuums the cars did a poor job b/c the "captain" of the finishing team had to drive the car back around to have them redo their poor vacuuming job. I'm grateful this person made sure a quality product was being returned to the customer. I just wish everyone on their team had this mindset from the beginning. It was obvious the vacuuming team thought they had done a good enough job as they were audibly venting their frustration with having to redo the car. In the end, I'm happy with the way my car was cleaned - inside and out - and hope next time the job gets done right the first time.

I am not emotionally attached to my vehicle, but I took my mini-van over to Flagship after not cleaning the inside for a year. My kids had made a few messes inside too. The result was fantastic for not being cleaned for a year. They also used clean towels while working on my car. My wheels came out spotless too, I think they did a great job.

I do not like this location and will not be returning after the new car wash opens in Gainesville (Topshine). I purchased the exterior unlimited plan for $25. There’s a sticker behind my rear view mirror that’s supposed to automatically scan and the gate opens. Their system is extremely messed up because the process goes smoothly 10% of the time. I like to add tire shine and every time I do, the entire system freezes and someone has to manually open the gate. They are supposed to apply the tire shine right after my car is done being washed and they NEVER do. Then also never fold my mirrors back in. Every time I pull up through where they clean the interior and ask for tire shine, it adds an extra 5-7 minutes for my visit. Someone called me to follow up on my complaint and gave me an extra free month, which was nice. But since the call, the car wash has turned off twice while I was still inside and they didn’t fold my mirrors back 3 times AND the machine has now allowed me to add tire shine to my visit. So that’s 2 thumbs down for them. I have met 2 nice people at the facility. The girl that sold me the unlimited plan, and a gentleman who was kind enough to greet me, apply tire shine ASAP, and then open a lane for me to get out. Everyone else looks like they hate working there.

The interior detail was amazing. However I have one huge ordeal. Today 5-18-19 I’ve had a appointment for over 2 weeks with them for a exterior detail for my wedding. I was told specifically TWICE that if I dropped it off in the morning it would be done by the latest 12. My appointment was set for 8. I was the first one and I know this because when the lady at the front moved my appointment by one day, I saw on their schedule book that it was empty. No appointments were made. I spent 58 dollars in Uber rides to get around town to get what I needed done befor my rehearsal dinner. I show back up at 11:30 and my truck hasn’t been moved. I understand things happen but this is beyond unsatisfactory. The manager did everything she could do to make me happy, but nothing would had made me happier to leave my wedding in a nice slick looking truck. I am honestly inferiorated, disappointed, and 100% unsatisfied. More communication needs to be thrown into this car wash immediately. Staff memebers also need to be informed way better.

I have to say I was beyond impressed with how bad the service is here. I thought Mr. Wash was bad and then came here. Let me just say you’re better off getting a wash at a gas station and vacuum the car out yourself. I paid $18 to have my carwash that was just the outside. I ask to talk to the manager (Jenny) who walked up with such an attitude and was on defense immediately. They didn’t do their job and I kindly ask Jenny to do the job I paid for and she said no. Then I ask can you credit me back what I paid and she said no. I told her I’m going to call and dispute the transaction on my credit and she said I DON’T CARE THAT DOESN’T HURT ME IT HURTS THE OWNER. I was blown away. To think all they had to do was vacuum my car out for $18. This is exactly what is wrong with this country. All these young kids think they’re entitled to just be handed free money. I stopped another guy in a Flagship Truck and I ask who the Area manager or owner was and he said he couldn’t share that information with customers. Uh if that’s not a RED FLAG I don’t know what is. Go anywhere but this place. Seriously I can get the same job done at BP for $6.

They messed up dashboard with some synthetic cleaner. It was bright when I left the station thought it would go automatically. But it never went off. It is attracting dust on dashboard. I took to the station and talked to the Manager... believe me, she is Rude and did not even take a look what I was explaining. she said it was not their fault. and No way they will help me in that particular. I was very disappointed. Thought why would I come here. I suggest it could be like, slapping yourself if you go for a shampoo service at this location. better avoid this location ( Gainesville, VA). May be you can go somewhere same company. Time of visit: 08/23/2018 between 1:15 to 1:30 pm. Need a response from that Manager. She did not even bother to check with her team, who did this? why this happened etc...... instead of rude behavioral talking she may ask her team to take a look, of course the service to fix the issue is second issue.

BEWARE OF DAMAGE TO YOUR CAR!!! Last week, my daughter took her VW Golf to Flagship carwash. As they were drying her car, a staff member knocked on the car window, handed my daughter the broken fuel filler door and offered a mild apology. I addressed the issue with the manager Marc Harding. He was apologetic, admitted that this occurred "a number of times," asked me to complete a Damage Claim Form and assured me that Flagship "was responsible" and the repair "would be paid for." He called me a couple of days later and left a message stating "he talked with corporate about the door" and that "it was problem with the vehicle." I called him back within minutes to discuss the matter, left a message and my call was not returned. After 10 days without any response, I found a matching used part for $35 and replaced it myself. Flagship could have easily remedied the situation and had a very different outcome with minimal cost.

Came for a car wash, left with a punctured tire and the paint scratched off my back bumper. The manager there had the nerve to tell me the fresh scratches were not from them, even when I pointed out that the scratch marks perfectly hugged around all sides of my bumper in only the way something that is hugging the car could do. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Came into the get the car washed Friday before last - had 2 kids and they took a long time to get the "quick" interior & exterior package done. So when the guy said all clear to go we left right away, First thing I noticed was that they had left white residue and swirl marks all over my car! Then I notice that they lost a piece of my interior trim and that they actually damaged my leather seat in the rear. I work everyday but Friday's so this Friday i went to see if they would fix the situation. The so called manager did not bother to even speak to me - instead sent over a worker who barely looks at it and pretty much tries to blow me off so I pushed it and finally the guy fills out a report & swears someone will call me the next day to discuss the issues. No one called, no one answers when you call. These people don't care about the work they do, about you - your business and definatly not your car - avoid this place!! Oh and I noticed today they also broke off my hands free mic.

This was by far the most disappointed experience,I have ever had with a car wash in a long time ,if I could give a negative star I would ,I drive around, I pull up to the post, I'm checking witch wash I want ,and this employee says sure but you have to remove your hitch in order for us to wash your vehicle,I said "what " you want me to remove my hitch,he stayed again yes, I asked why ,he couldn't answer , so he proceeded to tell me I was not permitted to get my vehicle washed there , so he opened the gate ,and told me to leave ,witch I did but I will never go to this place ,ever again in my life ,the guy was rude and very unprofessional, even my wife that was in the phone heard it and tilt me to go to the "white horse" in warrenton their al ot better and will take care of the truck witch they did with out me having to remove anything from my vehicle ,this place needs to work on their customer service ,due to they truly suck at it....I am very disappointed with the way I was treated ,been my first time there.

I have read the other reviews, and I am amazed how many people will go out of their way to tell the world when they're not happy, but all of us happy customers don't take the time! To start off the only reason they got 2 stars is because of the monthly deal is a good price if you wash your car often.:....but the results are not good. I literally just got my car washed everything looked good until I drove off and the sun hit my windshield......DID THEY EVEN TOUCH IT now when I go home I have to clean it. Our money is worth nothing now I guess

Not good. We normally like going to places that my wife and I can vacuum out my car ourselves as we have a dog, and after a half a week, the back seat is full of dog hair. But we were low on time today, and haven't yet found a good place to vacuum out our car so we decided to give this a shot. Now I know dog hair is a pain to vacuum out, so we got the Ultimate wash, and I was planning on giving a good tip if done well. They were done in 3 minutes, and it looks like they barely touched the back seat. I didn't expect spotless, but I would guess they vacuumed out 40% of the hair in the back seat. Will not be coming back.

This place has a lot of potential to be good, I'm sure at one point it may have been. The fact that their workers do not honor what you paid for unless you fuss about it is troubling. Have been to these guys a couple of times and if you don't pay attention, these guys will not always do what you paid for. Hold onto you receipt also as this has a tendency to get thrown out and then you ha e no proof besides the charge for what you paid for.

After both the car wash and the express interior service I felt like I was driving away in a brand new car! Quickly gets the job done, but try to go during off busy times for inside/outside cleaning. Otherwise you may get stuck in wrong line behind a picky customer that takes too long in allowing the workers finish their job. That is maddening and you can't switch to a faster line once cars pile in line behind you.

Every time it's the same result, rush service and the car is not clean. There are always dirty spots and they can't even dry the car correctly. Did I mention it's $37 for an SUV? Take your car somewhere else!

I'm very dissapointed. I went here expecting a high quality wash and picked their most delux package. I paid them and 2 minutes later they said they were done. My car was still dusty and dirty, they didn't vacuumm or clean the inside well at all. I was cheated out of my money by these conmen. I would not recommend this place , unless you like subpar work.

I have been visiting Flagship for years but won’t be any longer. They continue to be Understaffed from what it feels like and minimal effort when detailing vehicles out of the wash. I waited 16 minutes today at 11am to get my truck detailed after I pulled out of the bay. Unacceptable and truck and window are full of water marks/streaks. My truck was dry by the time they got to it.

It wasn't that good. The stuff didn't really wipe my car. I opened my door water still dripping and got me really wet. My car wasn't really dirty, but after they vacuum my trunk left me white lil stuff inside.(like threads from rags) So when I get home I have to clean it again. Pay to wash my car and left me dust dirt inside.

The place has good prices but is always packed with people and not enough staff. The staff has to rush each car and they don’t always get a good clean on each . I had to vacuum out my own car because they missed areas. If I’m paying for my car to get clean why am I cleaning it my self?

I warn you about going here not because they will do a bad job or hurt your car, but because IF they do a bad job or hurt your car the management will not help. The person drying my car put some very small surface scratches on my paint when removing the tape on the back wiper. You could see the nail marks right where the tape mark ends. The manager claimed she could not see it even though we were looking together. Then she said they didn't do it. Then she said the tape doesn't stick hard enough to the car to require a fingernail to remove. My only point was to show them so they could educate their people to not remove the tape with their fingernail or NOT use tape (most other washes I have gone to don't use this method). I told her from the beginning I wasn't asking for anything from her, just wanted to show her. Instead she got an attitude and argued with me. How easy would it have been for her to say "I am very sorry and I will make sure we train against this"? Instead she decided to argue and as a result lost a customer. Simple customer service goes a long way.

Well, I was going to leave a feedback in any case, be it positive or negative. The result is rather negative. I bought a used car with smoke odor. And I thought the full washing indide will help to remove the odor. The result was: 1) They told they do not wash ceiling. 2) Well, they vacuumed satisfactorily. 3) The person who did shampooing forgot to wash the doors upholstery. 4) The seats and the carpet left totally wet. They told it should become dry after 40 minutes of heater work turned max. Maybe, if water would properly removed first. My case it took several hours even after I myself wiped a lot of water from seats and carpet with a cloth. 5) After that it turned out carpet still was unclean in several places. The smoke odor still has not gone until I myself cleaned the ceiling upholstery with a foam. (Why they could not perform that simple job?) Summary: Looks like if you need just a plain wash of the exterior, the result will be fast (automatic) and acceptable. But if you need a service thst requires a manual work, they will fail to do it properly.

I give 2 stars because the first visit was decent. This visit, the second, was terrible..... They are very nice until there is a problem. The problem was a pretty big one. They threw away my car registration and car insurance cards..... When I went back they did dig through the trash to find them, but then they blamed their mistake on me, stating, "Well, it looked like trash to me." I asked why they didn't look at what they were throwing away and I was told they can't take the time to look at every piece of "trash". I told him that my car registration is a legal document, not trash. (Not to mention, we had cleaned all of the "trash" out before taking it in.) No apology. No offer of a refund or discount. AND, on top of all of that, they spilled some liquid (it smells like window cleaner) in the driver's seat, so when I got home my behind was soaked...... Also, the vacuum job was terrible. My kids do a better job vacuuming it than this car wash did. I wasted $35 this morning.... We will never take our cars to this car wash again......

I had my car detailed today here at flagship for a $135 on my Honda odyssey. We just moved here from Florida and traveled 100's and 100's of miles in it recently. My van has been through and seen a lot especially with three children riding in it! The employees at flagship did an amazing job on my van! I was and am very very impressed! They took almost 4 hours to get it done and you can tell they did not rush or cut corners! I am very happy with the customer service and there wonderful work!!! =) I have no complaints at all!

Hours say open and there is a light on inside. I pulled up and used the machine to buy the wash as usual.. I figured people were inside because of the rain but no one answered the phone. Got charged for the wash and didn't get it because no one came outside to open the gate. No one answered the phone either. If you close early you should leave a sign out so no one pulls around to find no one there and everything shut. Machine didn't print me a receipt either. Thanks a lot guys...

I've been going here for years. I always get the 18 dollars basic cleaning, However on Saturday I decided to get their more expensive cleaning that cost me 50 dollars, I'm 38 week pregnant and wanted my car to be fully cleaned for my baby. I was very disappointed with their service. The result was worse than the basic cleaning. I still had crumbs in my car seats and floor. There was dirt and dust still sitting on my interior. I wasted 50 dollars for nothing. Extremely upset! never going here again.
