Credit cards are accepted for manual bays or tunnel wash at the office in back. At Rebecca...There is an attendant on duty between 9am-6pm Tuesday-Saturday. Other than that... Come back during those hours and they'll make it right. And if you think they're expensive, try Portside. They charge 1.50 for 3 minutes or 2.50 for 3 with credit card. All American is $4.50 for 10 minutes on credit card. Still 45 seconds. Not 30 seconds per quarter for cash or 18 seconds per quarter credit card.

Paid for my wash, no soap would dispense. Spoke with attendant and he says theres nothing they can do... Maybe give me my money back so I can actually wash my car somewhere that has working machines

My favorite car wash place in Charlottesville. Price is reasonable and the place is clean. But, do not use the auto wash. I tried it couple of times and It didn't clean anything.

I really liked using this car wash, the few times I went I bought the tunnel wash and it did a great job and the older gentleman that worked there was extremely polite and helpful. This evening was the third time I've gone by there at 5:30 only to find them closed. (Website says they close at 6) frustrating when you get off the bypass just to go through that wash and someone didn't feel like staying to do their job. No answer when you call either.

The All-American Carwash is the best. I have never been disappointed with the equipment. The coolest feature is the hand-held “Big Boy” blow dryer. It works great on my Motorcycle.

The owner or whoever was up there is an absolute jerk. I went up there to get quarters to do laundry. I put 20 dollars in and he came out and asked if I was using the wash I said no sir and he got smart and told me not to use it again that It was only for people who use the wash. Okay I'm sorry i have no way to get quarters. I put 20 dollars in there. It's not like you can't go to the bank and get more. I dont recommend this place. He has no respect for anyone. The vacuum's at this place dont work right either. Overall a trashy place

Great self serve or auto car wash. I elected to use one of the self serve bays. I was able to hustle and get my car sparkling for $4!! I did the hi pressure soap, then the foam brush, then the clear coat protectant, and then finished with a hi pressure rinse. I probably looked like a madman running around the car but it was worth it. Hey I'm cheap! **Also it looks like the wash bay machines accept credit cards.** I brought $5 cash though.

At 45 seconds per quarter you expect the car wash to work. The car wash ate my $, then when looking for an attendant there is no one here. So I call the phone # and only get a voicemail. Not how you should run a business forsure!!

It is terrible. I just paid $8 and my car is still dirty. And it wasn't that dirty to begin with. Pass on this auto car wash it is no good. The do it yourself might be okay, not willing to try.

Paid 7.00 for car wash. Washed dust off but no cleaner. Didn't see any bubbles so I'm guessing no soap. Would not recommend this place. Waste off money.
