Incompetent owner. Waste of time and money. Doesn't have scrub brush working and expects that just spraying your car with water will clean the salt and sand off. To the owner I say stop being so cheap and fix the brushes so people can actually clean their car.

Granted it's touchless, but quite literally the worst carwash I've ever paid for. Phone number doesn't work or they would've had a chance to refute this claim before I posted it here.
