The washer is actively holding our blankets locked inside and the help number is useless. To clarify the washer stopped with 6 minutes left and locked our stuff inside. UPDATE after a couple of hours we called the number to the Jake's up the road and the owner showed up and was very apologetic. He also did as much as anyone could expect him to. However I'm still leery of using their machines again.

I have a B&B and come here weekly. Washers always use cold water even if you pick hot. Even during the wash cycle you can touch the glass and it’s cold. Not even Luke warm.

Very clean, excellent machines and nice and cool in there. I love the large capacity washers and dryers. My clothes come out feeling clean. The facility is well maintained and nice and cool on the hot summer days!
