My experience after 7 for using the showers is rough. No one to clean them after each use. I did ask the one girl about it and she kindly did clean it for me. And this was after she cleaned it. She was nice and frindly. Just didn't now how to clean the shower after each use. Has a driver I was just use to showers being clean after each use. And how. Nice store upstairs. I see you there is no drivers downstairs to use the lounge there's no cell phone service in the basement. That's all I got for this truck stop.

People clearly don't read directions. Every token for shower last 10 minutes so you have to add tokens dummies. Truck parking fills up at night depending on truck loads coming from local area Ben and Jerry's ice cream shipper. Don't expect a full truck stop amenities.

Little, but very nice. Service is great, people very friendly and the facilities are clean. There's a scale and they take all types of fuel cards.

This place went through a major renovation recently and is top notch. There is a car wash out back, a Dunkin' Donuts and Subway inside, as well as fresh food options from the Shortstop itself. Gas prices are okay, about mid pack on average. The only thing I still go up the road for are the breakfast sandwiches at Maplefields, which I prefer to D&D. Nice clean facilities and a seating area top it off. Ample parking and picnic tables in the summer.

They must have remodeled since the last dude posted. Looks brand new, has a Subway, Dunkin Donuts, and nice restrooms. Room for about 25 trucks, but this is not a heavily traveled area, so it's plenty. Also have Coke on fountain. :)

So far as small truck stop goes. It is the best. Clean drivers lounge. It has microwave, tv, Large size laundry machine and drier. The access card is available at the cash register. It has sign for diesel fuel purchase parking only, however they aren't enforcing it yet. Hopefully never. Courteous staff. The only thing that bothers most people like mentioned in other reviews is the 8 1/2min shower. Other then that it's quiet and clean.

I was very sad when a new manager at the jollies Breakyard in Saint Albans and Federal Street puts a no trespass order under United States Marine Corps veteran who went there to prevent another man from causing trouble??? What kind of person hates veterans I fully plan to contact the owner and ask why they want to hire someone who would throw out a Veteran who only went there to stop something from happening from someone who was actually causing problems? How dare she!! We were there to buy coffee and had the police called after she than took pictures of my car foe whatever reason. This woman should not work in customer service and shame on the owners of that store for employing someone who hates military and stated that!!! Told him he’s a joke fighting for a country who shakes immigrants like wow!!!! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN I WIL GLADLY TAKE THE NO TRUST PASS!!!!!

They have secret laundry and tv and shower rooms. You need special key from fuel desk to get in. $5 for shower with 8.5 minutes of water. Buy two tokens for $10 and get 17 minutes. So still same price as normal truck stop. Unless your fast. Never seen token showers before. That only for water, you can spend all the time you want in shower room. But if you want water it takes a token.

Nice enough truck stop, small lot, but didn't seem to be a problem even at 9pm. 7 out of 25 or so spots were full. The girl inside really didn't know much about the scale, neither did I when I got here. It was pretty dark out, so I couldn't tell if it was a straight scale, or split. It is split fyi. So they have been having some problems with it, and told me the tricks to make it work. Pull on the first time and don't back off or it will zero out then have to be reset. There is a button on a post several feet back that you have to go push, then go in for your ticket. They take Comdata fyi. The store seemed pretty clean inside, I didn't go exploring too much, but it seemed to have anything you wanted for munchies. Is also something I have observed, people in VT are more friendly than most places I've been. Cheers

Very clean. Not a truckstop, but a very well equiped fuel stop. Plenty of parking, laundry, showers, food. I got laid over weekend and this place was just fine. Very nice drivers lounge (not open to general public) with sat tv and large flat screen. I did laundry & was the only person in the lounge the whole time. I recommend.

Brought my dog in to get a coffee and quick bite to eat, staff were very friendly and attentive. Their self-service doggy wash is a nice addition, although not the cleanest, it beats bending down to give my girl a bath in the shower at home. I recommend bringing your own soap and towel, if you use this service.

Service was terrible. The older short grey hair lady was very rude. I went to go get fuel for my truck and asked her if they have showers, she stated *yes, but only for truck drivers* ... I fueled my truck with 50 gallons & asked for the shower access. She handed me one token & stated *Its an 8 minute shower with hot water and that is it* I was shocked it was so short after having spent that much money on fuel but decided to keep my mouth shut & go ahead & take a shower. The shower is in the basement that is accessable by a key card she gave me. Upon entering, I noticed they had a machine for extra shower tokens. Long story short, I lost $15 on the shower token machine and they were not able to refund anything back without the manager. He was supposed to call me about it... The showers were extreme filthy! Hair everywhere like a dog had been given a bath in it, the curtains had mold on them, there were mats still on the floor from the previous person that was there, something slimy in the sink and the garbage was overflowing. She stated its only 8 minutes for hot water but didn't inform the entire shower is 8 minutes, the shut off completely. Also the bathrooms are separate from the showers. They are a few doors over. They also had mold in them as shown in the pictures and the one stall had a torn out toilet paper dispenser. These people Never check the showers or basement area where people are washing up and it is disgustingly filthy. I've posted pictures of the showers in both showers, the bathrooms & video me explaining about the lost money that they could not refund. Very disappointed & disgusted.

Large front loading washer and other washers. Limited parking but doesn't seem to fill up. Driver lounge with tables and chairs. Clean bathrooms. Only con for me is the token operated shower. No toilet in the shower room and the water stays on for ten minutes or less. So if you like to just take your time and enjoy a long hot shower, fugitaboutit.

Truck parking is free for first 24 hrs then it’s $5. Need to spend $5 for a token to shower, gives you 8 min of water. Found out the hard way that tokens are non-refundable, yep I went ahead and purchased 3, smdh. There is only one female shower and one male shower. Toilets are separate from shower. Washers and dryers are $3 and $4. Need a card to gain access to drivers lounge...that’s free. Gave only 3 stars cause the restroom needed cleaning and I’m stuck with tokens I won’t need for awhile.

Alright, so this place is very clean and has great fresh food options as well as clean showers and laundry facilities for truckers. Now I'm only giving it three stars because the subway staff is HORRIBLE the girl working last night (9/10/17) @9:30PM was the rudest girl I have ever encountered... she acted like I was putting her out by ordering food then gave me an attitude when I said I wasn't buying extra stuff from her and was gunna purchase them from the gas station... as if I was taking money out of her pocket... then she gave me SO MUCH ATTITUDE when I asked if the card reader had a chip thing or not.. I told her to have a great night and she proceeded to scoff and roll her eyes.. however, the rest of the staff at DD and Jolley were so great and helpful... on the trucker path app there are 10 reviews all complaining about the subway staff.. maybe it's time to do some customer service training because it was such a turn off to have such horrible service! Trust me if I had a full kitchen on my truck I wouldn't need to eat at subway lady! I respect your job and you should respect your customers!
