Love that Hoffmans has automated system now for wash. Vaccums work great. I haven't used the shampoo seats and carpet feature on those as of yet but I'm intrigued

Love the unlimited wash package and their facilities but the workers are lazy and barely spray your vehicle off before the brushes touch your vehicle.

Very unpleasant will not go out of their way in any way . If you need an inspection you have a 99% chance of getting a better Service elsewhere . I recommend the place next to USA gas station in south Glens Falls . They listen better and he will do the little things if needed for nothing .

Great carwash, also offers unlimited washes for a monthly subscription. Self washes and vacuum stations also available. Inspections and repair at attached Jiffy Lube.

The best touch car wash facility chains in the capital region. This one does offer touchless and self wash bays as well. It is however a bit on the expensive side.

Late morning/early afternoon weekdays are the best time to visit. No waiting your turn for anything on one particular Tuesday when I needed a NYS inspection done. Prompt and friendly service.

The button on my shifter broke while they were working on my car. They tried to say it was broken before I brought it in. They also didn’t clean my windows or vacuum the carpet which is supposedly included in an oil change.

This place keeps our 05' Honda in tip-top shape! We utilize the unlimited monthly wash and really get our moneys worth. Professional & dependable. They are updating their systems and processes frequently to keep the customers happy and in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

Waited 1 hr for oil change. Used coupon so I wasn't really to bothered about it. Ask if my car was vacuumed out she informed me that there vacuum had been broken for over a week, they didnt even pull out my mats to give them a shake at least that would of been something or even offered a token for the vacuum outside so I can do it myself but yet common sense did not prevail. They never cleaned my windshield either, all this vacuuming and cleaning your windshield they say they will do is stated on the video you watch in the waiting area. Yet it was not done.

The touchless washes always work fine and never seem to run out of soap. Just don't use the regular wash if you have a nice car as it tends to leave a new scratch or two.

Overcharged and forgot to plug oil filter back in. Had to take my car to a local auto shop 1 day after oil change at Hoffman’s because they forgot to plug my air filter back in, luckily he didn’t charge but said they ripped me off on how much they charged. Won’t be bringing my car back for another basic service here.

Pretty much false advertisement for the exterior with tire shine. Your tires DONT SHINE and when you ask them to do it by hand it's not fair to the other people.. Yah it's not fair because the tires DONT SHINE. The car wash doesn't do it itself. Than you have to go buy tire shine after you just spent 30 dollars on a car wash. What's Not fair is that I'm paying for something that says it will shine my tires and doesn't. Will neverrrr go back!

Defiantly not happy with the service . I went there w a coupon for oil change and was getting an inspection . Soon as I got in the inside woman came and told me my parking brake would not work therefore she recommended I didn't get the inspection done unless I preferred in which I told her OK I will wait and at same time they pulled my oil without my permission ( when I pulled up I stated I was there for an inspection and "possibly an oil change " , didn't wanna get the oil change unless was going to pass inspection because you never know if fails work may need to be done in which oil may have to be replaced during any work . Finally after a call fro bf they waived fee of oil change then ran an inspection anyways . Could not just let it go with someone not leaving without paying anything ! Each person I spoke with passed the buck on the other . Very unhappy on how they treated me and I believe alot of it had to do with me being a female .

Spot-free rinse leaves spots and the wash doesn't get the car all that clean, and most of the time and it doesn't dry the vehicle, and never the passenger side ever.
