For as little as $9 you get a very thorough wash and hand dry. You can also schedule for a detailing and pay a LOT more. Memberships are advertised and if I had a nice car I'd definitely consider it. Definitely easy to get in and out of and the results are better than most places.

Don’t ever work here. They do not pay their employees. They don’t keep track of your hours even though you clock in. My bf has work there every week and he went to get his check and they said they didn’t owe him anything! Now we are calling the state! Horrible place!

I went to Executive Car Wash because I heard lots of good reviews from friends. I, however, couldn't be more disappointed! The outside of the car was cleaned mostly by the car was machine itself. The interior was barely touched at all by the staff. My rear window, side view mirrors and passenger side windows were not touched. My front window was left very streaky as well as my driver's side windows. I was also supposed to have my car vacuumed, but only the front floors were vacuumed, not the back. I would not recommend this business to anyone! A third grader with a wet rag could have done a better job. Avoid Executive Car Wash!!

My name is Nicole! I have an appointment for this Saturday. I will be dropping off my car and leaving it over-night until Sunday. (Interior job) With that said, I came to read the reviews and I am now a bit nervous. However, the man I spoke with on the phone to make this appt was very pleasant and was clearly aiming to please. I will be taking pictures of every angle I can before I drop it off. Although many of the reviews in here are unsatisfied to say the least, I am going to go for it. Car wash itself does a good job. They also towel dry your car which is why I go there. However, the towel dry leaves something to be desired at times. I've contacted them through email to get some more info on hours and services and never got a return email. I get the feeling that the owner and the overall service lacks that 100 % customer satisfaction.

Paid for the 'Ultimate car wash' for $17. The people that were working there were loudly arguing outside of our car for 5 minutes while we waited inside the bay. Our car was sprayed for 2 seconds while the argument continued. After the wash we got the 'hand dry' with wet towels (not microfiber)& the car was not dried when we left. Should be named "the ultimate disappointment"

Regret. Every. Time. I went in today hoping it was better than last time. Was pointed to prk in this side area and waited for someone to dry my car while I sprayed off visable soap still there with a water bottle i had. As I was pulling out a very nice young staff member(always changing) asked why I pulled in there and said he was happy to dry it if I wanted to stay. I declined as I had to be somewhere. 20 mins later getting back into my car it is still covered in dirt. Especially the bottom area. I only go there to get the undercarriage cleaned but have always suspected that function dosent even work since ive never felt the bottom being sprayed. Will drive wayyy out of my way to seaways for half the price and do it myself from now on

I'm very unhappy with the service I received at Executive Car Wash. My Bug was in need of a good wash, and I paid for a Black Tie wash and service. Unfortunately, that was not the only thing I paid for. It was my first time there, and I felt that the staff treated me like I was stupid. I couldn't hear them half the time because the machines were so loud and they also had the music in one of the cars turned up REALLY loudly. Having customers feel stupid is NOT OKAY. I also paid for a hand dry and for my windows to be cleaned, that apparently did NOT happen. Parts of my car were still wet and my windows still had streaks. I had also paid for a vacuum of my interior, which apparently meant leaving marks on my leather seats from their shoes and other gear. Grease is very hard to get out of leather, even more irritating when you get it back from being cleaned. Lastly, I went to drive my car away from executive after this experience, and they left the emergency break on my car. My car is an automatic, and frankly, I don't see the need to use an emergency break when it's not on a hill and the car is also off. This furthermore made me feel belittled. I felt that the staff was laughing at me because of my apparent stupidity. Needless to say, I most likely will not be going back to Executive to get my car washed. I can do it to just the same quality by myself.

Had my car interior detailed here, they did a nice job. Only complaint is that they charged me the extra 15 bucks for pet hair when I've only had a dog in the back seat for less than an hour or two cumulatively. There was no visible pet hair.

The WORST car wash ever. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I got the "VIP $12 wash" the wash banged my car around (obviously theres no way to ask them to stop it in the middle but I would have if i could. My car now has two large mars, one on each side. I don't know if the machines are old or if the tech didn't put my car in the right posotion but this is horrendous. If i could give them zero stars i would.

This place sucks car was barley washed. New kid that works there is dumber than a box of rocks. Nice to see we put criminals to work, dudes a 2x felon with 2 domestic assault charges! Watch your belongings when you bring your vehicle there he’s go sticky fingers too!

I usually like the services. But i needed a car wash and vacuum on my way out of town and they have 1 guy working. So only automated services are available. 100% fail Executive services implies business. Implies ready when they say they are ready. Wasted my time to try and use these guys who are too cheap to staff their facilities at an "executive" level.

My own fault for now having my quarters ready but the change machine was not working. He came out to help me. After I vacuumed my car I got in line and he was trying to fix something at the other end. We waited a few minutes for him then things were ok. Car did clean up nice

Great Car Wash all four seasons, in the winter great place to get all the nasty salt and snow off of your car. In the summer it's a great place to get the summer dust and mud off of your car as well. The staff is helpful and very efficient when cleaning your car. The Hand Dry is the cherry on top.

It's a beautiful Sunday afternoon and there is only one person here to dry every car that comes out and do all the vacuuming and interior/window cleaning. The poor girl has to stop vacuuming my car every time another car comes through to dry it. Meanwhile we get a free sunburn while waiting for the car to be cleaned. Poorly run operation. Update: I eventually washed my own windows and dashboard and put back in my floor mats even though they hadn't been cleaned yet. The girl working there was very friendly and apologetic. I asked why they hadn't staffed anyone else to help her, and she said there was another worker but the owner let him go home! I hope she is paid well (doubtful) and if not I hope she gets a job at a better run business! I wont be going back.

The best car wash I've found in the area. The wash is good, they ALWAYS hand dry, and the black tie service takes about a half hour, and your car comes out with a mini-detail, for a ridiculously low price.

Will never attempt to work with them again. Made an appointment for a full interior / exterior cleaning. Waited for 20 minutes after my appointment and no one ever took care of me. I had already prearranged being dropped if at work by them and was told it would not be a problem. After waiting the 20 min I was told that they didn't know when they could take me to work, the guy just turned around and left. At this point I just took my keys and left, otherwise I wouldn't make it to work.
