Wow! My car looks brand new! Plus Mike was super friendly about setting it up, set me up a discounted cab ride to get to downtown Burlington to hang out while the car was being cleaned, and texted with updates. They do a great job, it's for a good cause, and it's actually a pretty good deal! Only advice is to be prepared with a towel or something because the seats were still a little bit wet from the shampooing when I picked it up.

Detail works is professionally and personally run. They were up front about the cost and even said my car would need two cleanings due to the stains and grit that my boys contributed to.....I was not surprised, but was grateful for the honesty which did not cause me to shop around for pricing comparison: I knew I could trust them. ......I was THOROUGHLY impressed with the finished job and will take our other car in when needed. Five stars for this crew!!!!!

Went for a combo package. The interior mats were cleaned well, but they didn’t remove the few salt stains I had on my seats. I was able to remove them myself when I got home. I did another clean down of the dashboard with a glossy spray because it appeared dusty? Another part of the package was bug removal/a cleaning outside. They did a great job removing all of the dead bugs from the hood of my car but absolutely neglected my side mirrors. The dead bugs are crusted on there since I travel often so I was really looking forward to having that removed. Unfortunately it didn’t happen. It looked like my side mirrors weren’t even washed too. For $175 I really expected more. I tipped 20% too because it’s for a good cause but I don’t plan on coming back.

My muddy dog hops in and out of my car all year long so I brought them a pretty filthy car. These folks got all the dirt out and made the interior look like new. And without that heavy chemical smell (yes I know some people like that). The exterior was also excellent including getting out some scrapes from parking lots. I'll go again, for sure. And the fact that it benefits Spectrum Youth programs is icing on the cake. Go. You won't regret it.

Great first experience with Detailworks! I went in for an interior detail and was pleasantly surprised. They were able to remove carpet salt stains and old stains from two dogs and and a kid in the backseat. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful. Mike was very responsive to email, too! Prices are great, lower than most local detail options but the same or better quality of service. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend and they're part of a great cause.

Detail Works is super accommodating, offers lots of time slots with their easy online scheduling system, and even asked what time I wanted to pick my car up. They told me it would be ready by noon and I got a text at 11:45am saying it was ready! Worth every penny, 5 days later and it still smells like a brand new car and my leather is still soaking in its conditioner. Would recommend this place to anyone!

The crew did a great job with our car, which was covered in dog hair and baby snacks thrown all over the backseat...it would've taken me hours to get it as spotless as they were able to get it in 2.5 hours, accommodating my request to pick it up on the earlier side of the 3-4 hour time estimate. The cost was $175 for "the works" though I opted out of the additional sealant exterior treatment, which would have been an additional charge. This isn't the cheapest detailing around, but to me it's well worth it for the professionalism, expert service, and to know that I'm supporting the young men and women who are putting their skills to good use at Spectrum. Will definitely return at least a couple of times per year when the car starts to get that gross baby/dog look to it again!
