What a waste of time and money, I go wait in line at a claimed "self service" This is not a self service car wash. It's false advertising, it truthfully is horrible, tight. 45 minute line on a Sunday. Self Service is the customer and/or consumer servicing himself, this is an automatic service with a electronic payment system, a self service wash is a wash with a power washer and tirescrubs, mat hangers and a bay that you can take the time to clean your vehicle. I give up. I waited all that time for nothing. Didn't even dry well water spots everywhere, went home after paying 12 dollars and re cleaned it.

This touch-free wash is good, but remnants of really tough dirt can be expected to require another wash. At $19, the top-grade wash is about the same as anywhere else in a 30-mile radius.

This place is ok, as good as a touch-free car wash can get. There is usually someone there to assist, which is nice. One time, we didn't feel like our car was clean enough after going through and we told the guy and he said to go through again at no cost. That was very nice.

This is a good car wash as far as touch free variants go. However, they recently raised their prices and restructured their options. It's just not very worth it anymore when the cheapest option is $9 (used to be $6), and sometimes you drive out of there and the car is still dirty.

I had an issue with the car wash where my credit card got stuck in the machine.after I ran it through the wash employee that came out to help me showed me how someone else had stuck a quarter in the machine and the credit card slot machine I actually thought it was cool that they showed me what bro and we're very nice and helpful to fix the situation

I remember when this place was new. What an amazing concept! Over the years it has slowly gone down hill. I went there today March 9th 2014 to clean my girlfriends 2007 Toyota Corolla. Paid for the "top of the line" wash.. It was horrible at best. A good rain could have cleaned the car better than this "car wash." I will not bring either my winter car or my summer car to this place ever again. This saddens me.

A good car wash. I live on miles of dirt roads and need a self serve pressure washer to properly clear my wheel wells during mud season. They do not have one. The undercarriage wash helps but isn't nearly enough.

Took my truck in to get washed and I think a tooth brush and dirty mop water would've done better. Not even close to being clean. I was at this location 4 years ago and ran truck 6 times threw, I paid 1 time owner ran it 5 more times, only to have it not cleaned on 1 side. Waste of money to go here

I’m not sure who they are trying to fool but it’s extremely obvious that they cut down the amount of water and cleaning solution they use per wash. I used to go to burton all the time but now that my car is dripping with soap when I leave now I don’t think I’ll go back.

Pretty over priced and not very effective compared to what I'm used to. I used the hand wash. The two places in Greenfield Mass are so much cheaper it would have been worth it to take the drive and do it there. It would have been a better wash as well. I don't know what the difference in detergent is but the effects are significant.

Most obnoxious car wash I've ever been to. Every button you press and every bill you insert is followed by an unnecessarily loud beep/chirp, not to mention the recording of some old lady screaming in your face every 15 seconds as you do so. Totally unnecessary. Not even a good car wash either. $12 for the touch free and it left soap on the back of my car, and dirt on my rims. Never coming here again.

Good experience, fair price. I was a little disappointed that I paid for the most expensive wash and it left a lot of spots but I wasn't expecting perfection.
