The last 2 times I have been to wet willys, I have had items stolen out of my car both times. The first time it was my aux cord, and it's sad because the second we noticed we went in and they had it right at their front desk. Now this time I noticed one of my hunting knives came up missing the second we pulled the car out of their bay. But they won't admit to doing it even though I set it there just to test and see if one of them would steal it and sure enough they did. Wet willys employees are a bunch of thieves and they are not to be trusted so know what you have before you leave your car with them and check right after. This is by far the worst service I have ever had. Wet willys is a disgrace.

They're certainly slower than an automatic car wash, but they do a fantastic job and don't get swirl marks all over the paint. Edit: They used to do a good job of preventing swirls and minor scratches, but have not been anywhere near as good lately. They need to be more careful about using clean towels.

Customer Service Fail. They typically do a good job with washes. After my last wash I noticed I didn't have an antenna, they take them off for the wash. When I mentioned it to the front desk she radioed the wash guys and took my number. I would have expected a full replacement, discounted antenna, or wash credits. Very disappointing.

Customer Service is Excellent , They came to My Work and Picked up my durango, Tinted the Windows and removed the the over spay on my paint at an excellent Price , I recommend this company For any detail or Tint work that you Need..Ask for Doug,..he is very Good at what he does and he is very easy to talk too!

I have had my windows tinted on 2 different cars and these guys are amazing. A must in my book I drive an hour to let them do the work. Not only is it quality work but very nice people to do business with. With be doing more business here for sure.

Terrible car wash business. Missed a good 17 spots on my car. Not small water droplet spots, good 8-12 inch spots. I've seen better service from a high school doing a fundraising car wash in a parking lot.

They do a phenomenal job of cleaning your car inside and out when you get the big package. The waiting room doesn't have any snacks tho... And the waiting time is approximately 45 minutes. But friendly staff!

Had our F350 dually washed today. Was told it had to be hand washed because it was a dually, that was to be expected. After leaving the facility we went right back to our hotel. We get out and see that the wheels nor the chrome running boards weren't even touched. Also, looked like a dirty rags were used to dry because there are muddy looking smudge swirls all over. For the price of $26.00 for a hand wash I believe my 5 year old grandson could have done a better job.

I continue to give Wet Willie's the benefit of the doubt but they continue to disappoint! I paid $31.00 for the gold service yesterday and my truck came out with still road grime, filthy flatbed, dirty rims, black license plate, missed dusting on the inside. I spoke with two employees, first one cleaned my license plate. Other one went on to tell me they would charge me more for road grime. Never have these issues in St George. They said they would try to clean my flatbed but I was not happy and left. My opinion is management needs to inspect, 10 years is more than enough time to get it right. This is not the first time and I'm not hard to please!!!! Lots of excuses if you ask me!

Paid $20 the for the full service wash on my truck, body looked good but after I left I noticed the rims hadn't been touched. On top of that they were supposed to dust the inside but they missed several spots. Overall the quality was about what you get for $8 an an express wash.

Just whatever your reason for going there is, is not a good reason. Although their prices are competitive, the employees seem and act like they don't want to be there. The gentleman at the front desk was ok, but gad they took a really long time and there was only one person ahead of us, we were out about 40 minutes later, just way too long

Very disappointed that I overlooked the reviews and chose to go with the convenience factor. First off, I needed a buff and wax to remove water spots on my new Tacoma. Initial inspection, their work looked up to my expectations. A day later I noticed a large scratch in my plastic fender so I inspected further. I noticed an additional two deep rub marks and my heart sank. I called and told them I would like a refund and I expect them to pay for the damages. I spoke to Travis at Wet Willies who set up an appointment with another company to fix the damages... A week later. The whole time they ignored my request for a refund so I continued to ask Travis who told me he would talk to his manager. A day later I called and Travis told me that because they did the work I would not get a refund. I explained I felt uncomfortable paying for damages to my vehicle but he ignored my request for a refund and attempted to suede me with free car washes. Overall I am extremely disappointed in the lack of concern for the damages they caused to a new vehicle. It felt like it was a common occurrence to me. I have no proof that it is, just my perception. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that appreciates your business.

I get the $25.00 job. I've had it done 3 to 4 times. As far as the wash, the quality gets worse each time. Last time my bumper were not dried, door jams not wiped off, and a whole section of the dash left dirty.

Wipe down after the car wash left a few circular dirty spots. Nevermind nobody bothered cleaning the door trims/wells. Not going back. Too much money for a poor job.

It took 2 car washes and 2 hours waiting for it to be done correctly. I do appreciate the front desk guy who was really multitasking and helped me out because my car was still dirty. We had a small talk and he made people do the job right. Kuddos to the front desk guy with a beard for his customer service skills.

Got a car wash paid for the top tier wash. Who ever dried the passenger side did great but the driver side mirror still had water on it. And the roof was wet so when I drove out the back window and the windshield got wet again. But the guy at the front was excellent and helped me with a chemical spill in the back seat.
