I love the free vacuums and tons of spaces so you never wait. There is a convenience store with fountain drinks and a small childrens play area inside, so my kids are thrilled to go. It isn't the newest, flashy carwash, but they do a great job and offer a lot of services.

They have good wand style vacuums (not that awful ineffective duck foot kind) and mat washers, and pressured air blowers, and great interior detailing, and more! I have loved Super Sonic Car Wash since they opened a long time ago. I have always taken every vehicle of mine to them and spent at this point THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS with them. My service and the quality has always been phenomenal. I have had the best and most expensive fast pass since the started offering them on 2-3 of my vehicles at a time. I recently purchased a new vehicle and the same day went and purchased the fast pass as I have on all other cars I own. It has now been 3 weeks since the purchase and each and every time I have taken the car in probably 6-7 times the barcode scanner scans and says there is not plan or it is expired. I have to wait while people behind me are getting frustrated and explain to the attendant that finally walks over that I did purchase one and they drill me asking 20 questions and insinuating that I am lying or my card declined or I stole a sticker with the barcode. 3 or 4 times they have finally just manually let me through making me feel like an idiot. The other 3 times they have made me pull around and out of line and walk inside to talk to a manager. Each time no manager has been working that day and after spending 20 minutes they look it up and see that they have charged me and I do have a pass on this car but they can’t fix it. They have promised me 3 times that a note has been left for the General Manager who is the only one apparently that can fix this simple issue. They’ve taken my phone number and promised a call once it was resolved. In addition I have called in each day following the note being left and been given the run around each time. With no resolve. Well here I am 3 weeks later and I don’t ever want to return at this point. I have supported them as a local business forever and shared my great experiences with everyone I know. Talked my family all into the awesome fast passes on their vehicles. And now I am humiliated and disrespected every time that I try to use what I purchased. This is a joke and I am going to cancel my pass on this car and the 2 others that I have. And suggest that my entire family cancel as well. There is plenty of competition and options that do not treat me like a thief and a liar in front of other customers and my children. I would love to resolve this and am out of options other than this. I hope that they are willing to make things right. At this point it will take quite a bit. But they will he losing $160/month between my vehicles not to mention the detail service I do as often as they suggest. And my parents and siblings as I suggest they go to the other options less than a couple blocks away. I am very disappointed and truly offended by the disrespect and I’ve been shown. Seems as thought Management and ownership could care less.

Supersonic car wash has impressed me. The car washes are outstanding coming from an automated system. The free vacuums are a staple and I hope they never go away. It is impossible to find a place like this in Oregon; I’ve tried! The fast pass system works like a charm. The interior services are great as well. They have replaced my sticker for me on a couple of occasions as my windshield was replaced (albeit crooked and irritating to look at). They have also done a great complete inside/outside wash. The headlight restoration service needs work as it did not make any difference for me and I don’t think I got my money’s worth as I’ve seen it done better elsewhere and quicker, maybe don’t offer it if you can’t do it well. Other than that, outstanding service has been great and the inside facilities are nice as well. They have added a lot of product, almost making the place into a mini-mart, but it’s a better use of the space. Great job and keep up the good work.

I love supersonic!! I have a monthly membership and love the benefits from it!! I wish it was a little cheaper because $50 a month is pricey. In the winter its needed to get all the salt off my car and it's nice that I can get it detailed for free as well!!

Not too shabby if you don’t mind the guy with the tennis racket sign yelling at you for not pulling up on the dudes bumper in front of you. The wash isn’t too bad and the guys and gals try their best on the interior Miss a few spots here and there but if your on the go and need to get in and out quick you can use the express lane. And don’t be a cheap a$$ and tip the guys, after you’ve complained about not getting that little spot on the inside of your door that your too lazy yourself to clean. And if you are super cheap, pull in and use their free vacuums.

this is a good option if you’re looking for a good detail. Honestly if you’re wanting an amazing job.. like for a more luxurious car... I would find a detail shop that specializes in detailing nice cars. But for an everyday clean, and good detail, this is a great option.

The cleaning I paid for was good. But the entire experience was not great! I arrived to get my car washed and waxed at 11:35 and was told my car would be done around 12:05. My car was finally done at 12:49. Not once did someone say “you’re car is going to take longer than we assumed. Sorry.” And when I pleasantly brought it up with the cashier that they should not give time estimates, she said they would try to do a better job. Good place for a wash. But anticipate being there for A WHILE.

Get the monthly unlimited pass and you can get your car washed twice a week or twice a day...it's awesome especially in the Winter when everyday your car is a mess. I've tried the competition but came back to Supersonic because of the quality of and the gentleness of the wash.

UPDATE: Jonathan Lowe at the Supersonic Car Wash in Orem refused to pay to repair the damage. He ignored proof that disproves the damage was preexisting such as the scuff marks and the fact that other cameras don't show the damage or scuffs as well as the chips in my windshield resemble a similar pattern to the scratch on the hood. Will be taking this to court unless contacted and repairs are agree to be made in a timely matter. Will be collecting quotes on repairs for the windshield and hood tomorrow as well as filing a court case. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I went through the car wash and my car came out with scratches and scuffs on my hood. I spoke with management and they were kind and we filed a claim. A similar thing happened with a gentleman in front of me in line with his Tesla 3 but it cracked his rear window. I just switched car washes from Wiggy Wash where I’ve never run into this issue. Am waiting to hear back from them on my claim. I’m sure they’re a great company with quality work and mistakes happen but it was very frustrating to have happen.

Matthew and Shawn were very awesome to come to our rescue! We locked ourselves out of our car and they stayed almost an hour past closing so that they could come and help us out. They were very friendly and such a great help and didn’t seem bothered at all. Awesome staff and customer service!

I will never have my interior done from Orem Supersonic again. It took them all of 10 minutes and there was still grime on the inside doors and steering wheel. The trunk was not vacuumed out at all when I know they used to always do that. Now I have to go and clean the interior myself and pay to get my trunk vacuumed out as I live in an apartment and no way to vacuum it. What a ripoff!

I have the Fast Pass here at Supersonic Car Wash and love it! I use it 2 or 3 times a week. I like their customer service. The carwash broke my back windshield wiper on my last car and Nate got it ordered and replaced from the Honda dealership. It wasn't a cheap replacement from Walmart. I think it was a one-off because it never broke again after that. I have to say that their website is not very good at all. It needs more options and the ability to manage the plan. I definitely recommend Supersonic.

Beware! My wife was going through the car wash and the belt ran her car into the truck in front of her resulting in a cracked front grill. The attendant asked the truck to stop so he could grab something from the truck bed. The truck driver put on his brake but the belt kept going and caused my wife's car to smash into the truck. Supersonic denied any responsibility and said she would have to talk with the truck driver directly since he had put his foot on the brake.

I agree with anyone who feels the interior wash is a rip-off and a joke. I had to come back after leaving the car because when they pulled my car around nothing I took out (car seats etc) were in my car. I’ve never been here before and upon further inspection I noticed a poor vacuum job, dirty seats, dirty doors, dirty everything. The manager apologized and said he’d “make it right”. I won’t be back.

A total rip off. I paid $62 for a car wash and interior detailing. When I got home and opened the trunk I saw that there was dust, small splatter stains and dirt all over the back of my car still. There were still spots that could easily be wiped off with a rag on the outside of my car as well. The leather showed absolutely no sign that it had been given attention. They did do a decent job of vacuuming so I will say that much. It took them over 45 minutes to process my car. I was watching them, they opened the trunk and several workers were all holding spray bottles. I feel like I paid $62 for a bunch of teenagers to dance around my car with spray bottles and rags making it look like they are working hard, when really they are doing nothing. I still feel pain every time I think about my decision to go to Supersonic Car Wash. I recommend getting the cheapest car wash you can find and then buying a leather conditioner/wax kit online from Amazon and doing it yourself. ***Update*** I talked to the store manager about my disappointment and they were happy to help me. I took my car in for a second try and the manager cleaned my car herself to make sure it was done properly this time. This shows that the company does have integrity and tries to make the customer happy, so I appreciate that.

Today, I paid $44.99 for the XL Super Clean interior wash, and an additional $34.99 for Leather Upholstery cleaning. Upon returning home, I realized that it looks like they didn’t even touch my entire back seats and if they did, they didn’t pay any attention to detail. They were dirty still, the back of the front seats were still dirty, and they didn’t vacuum or wipe the sides of the seats close to the ground at all, or the area where you step into the car. This is all very confusing, as I saw at least 3 people working on my car and I’m not sure how so much got totally overlooked or not even worked on, ESPECIALLY the “leather treatment” that didn’t exist on my back seats. I had to go over the areas with Clorox wipes, which wouldn’t be a big deal, except I paid a lot of money to not have to do that. I’m very disappointed and won’t be coming back to use the interior cleaning services.

I've been a customer on and off for the past ten years and I tell you the service gets worst every time I go. The cleaning inside the car is worthless. I mind as well pay my 6 year old to do it. I just left there and I had to have them redo my car because it's not what I paid for. $24.95 + $10 more and I could've done a better job vacuuming and wiping my own car down and then they expect a tip. When I asked the guy about wiping the doors down and he said, "oh we don't do that." If you don't then What the he'll do you do? I'm cancelling my membership and going somewhere else. Oh and no more pressure washer??? What's with that? Well, it don't matter no more.

I’ve loved coming here but I tried to buy a simple car wash this Friday and the machine charged me for a book of washes on accident. I sat in line for 5 to 10 minutes while they tried to figure out what was going on and then told me I would just get my money back on the card in 5-10 days. This is while people behind me are waiting to go through. Then after all this they didn’t even send me through the wash. They opened the gate and showed me how to leave. The manager, John, didn’t even come out and apologize that the machines are acting up and charging people’s credit cards then refunding money later. Is the place under new ownership because this would never have happened here before?

Friendly staff. I got the detailed wash. The car was clean and I believe they did a good job. I got three complains. The inside of the car was very oily. Not a big deal as that's part of the cleaning product. However, I could leave fingerprints in the oil, I could scrape the oil off, and my hands were very sticky after. Two, the car did not smell good inside. Probably due to the product, so no biggie there. Maybe leave a freshener next time? My biggest complain was that they would not vacuum my trunk because my $180 detail wash wasn't included in the package. Apparently I needed the pricier XL option to vacuum my trunk. I have a mustang coup.

they got rid of their touchless pressure wash which is a real bummer. There are so many car wash places around especially in Utah valley I went here hoping that it still had the pressure wash like it did before but they do not. they did a pretty good job with the interior though they did not wipe out the cup holders and under my kids' car seats even though I asked them specifically to take out the car seats and they said they would. My recommendation would be just to take out the car seats yourself as I think that's what they're expecting you to do anyways.

I have a fast pass membership and I use it often. Usually the employees are friendly and the car washes are great. Since I'm trading my car in a few days, I had to take my sticker off from my windshield. I still have the spare sticker with me to show I have a membership, though. Today when I went through the line, I was basically called a liar by an employee, even though I had proof of my membership. He told me I was stealing barcodes and that I was breaking the law. He threatened to charge me $500 for stealing car washes. How can I be charged for theft if I'm paying for it? I even explained the situation to him and he just took the spare sticker out of my hands and stuck it back on my windshield. Now I have to clean sticky stuff off my windshield. Again. I cancelled my membership because no one deseves to be treated like that. I'm not normally one to write negative reviews but it was such a humiliating experience.

I used to be a fan of Supersonic. But then I went out of town for a few months, so I. Called to suspend my membership (since I wouldn’t have a car, or even be in Utah, to use it). The employee was friendly and said my membership was cancelled. A month later, the charge appeared on my credit card statement. So I called back, spoke to a manager, and he apologized for the inconvenience and assured me my membership was cancelled this time. A month later, the same charge appeared on my statement — except it was now for the upgraded package. Needless to say, I will never go back to Supersonic Car Wash. If you are in Utah, I recommend Quick Quack instead. They delete your card information immediately upon cancelling your membership — which is more than I can say for Supersonic.

Paid $111.70 for interior detailing because there was a molasses spill in the back seat. I told two people and showed them where it was. They missed it, twice. I had them clean it a third time, it’s still not clean. And now I’m headed back again to *hopefully* get it clean.

Spent $165 on full service including detail of the interior. I was very disappointed in that they missed a lot of areas. Waste of money and time. I would not recommend this place. I was able to use some baby wipes and clean the areas they missed after I got home.

They did an excellent job on a carpet and upholstery cleaning in the detail shop, and had excellent friendly staff and a fun play area for kids. A note to the management though- the music is far too loud, it really needs to be turned down in the waiting area.

Very disappointed. They do an ok job cleaning the outside, but don’t waste you money on them cleaning the inside. You will pay for them to clean the inside but it will still come back dirty. They do not do a good job cleaning the inside of a car. I will cont the fastpass but I will never pay for anything extra here. They do a horrible job.

We signed up for the membership and they gave us a deal--half-off the top priced monthly package. I thought it was too good to be true so I asked what the future monthly cost would be. He said the same discount price. Next month, it was twice as much as we expected. We went to cancel and the person at the front desk didn't seem to care.

This is for the Managers and the owners ATTENTION! This is also for the support on Nelson's end. I am a good friend with Nelson in the detail shop. This last Friday 6/22 I so McCoy going after and yelling at Nelson over something. I wanted to go and help and see what it was and come to Nelson's aid as well when he was yelling at him. He was yelling so loud you could hear him through the glass doors and windows. I called Nelson later that day and found out what it was all about. Nelson was digging for gold and McCoy took offence over it and said he gave him the finger. I KNOW for certain Nelson would never do that. Even though Nelson does not like him. But Nelson is a very nice, kind and VERY respectable guy towards his customers he treats them as if they were his most important one. He also told that McCoy through F bombs at him and brought up things from the past that had nothing to do with anything just too make McCoy feel like he is right and that Nelson is in the wrong and that he is the enemy. McCoy was very rude to him as i watched them yell at each other. You guys as managers need to fix this. I don't even like McCoy he was very pushy too me about getting a detail when I didn't want it. I feel really bad about Nelson having to deal with someone like McCoy. Nelson is a great guy if you want a good clean car and a nice detail go to him. He loves customers and loves working with cars. McCoy is very unprofessional in my personal opinion also very unfriendly towards his coworkers.

Unfortunately both back door weatherstripping and molding was not in place after leaving the car wash. The manager said that the weatherstrip is not taken off or removed during detailing and no items were seen on the cameras being removed from the car. I believe they were there before I entered the carwash. It is what it is, The seats that were shampoo looked nice but bugs remains remained on the windshield and face of car after the wash. Don't think ill be going back anytime soon

Paid for the Poly Pro w/ Interior which is $31.21 and it was NOT WORTH IT. The windows were still pretty dirty and no dust was cleaned off the dashboard. Just do the regular wash.

The Fast Pass is awesome but kind of pricey. So if you’re not going frequently, it may not be worth it. The automatic car wash does a great job despite leaving some soap residue behind. I like the powerful blow dryers but have had some paint peel off my car during the wash. I extra love the free vacuums and the mat washing machine (when it’s actually working) Not all of the vacuums work well so try finding one without a smashed end.

I see she needs to go back to high school or something. Damaged Vehicle Policy Over Integrity and People I have been going to Super Sonic Carwash since high school. I got a new Nissan NV van with a roof rack. I took it to Supersonic on State Street in Orem today. As I pulled up to the person taking the payment I asked if I was too tall for “The Tunnel” (is what they call it) He reassured me that I was not, and that “vans of our size went through all of the time.” I paid and then proceeded to the person helping cars line up their tires. Again I asked him if I was too tall. He stopped the machine, had me pull up to the height arch, had me open my car door, climbed up onto the car looked down the top of my rack and affirmed, “looks great! Your good to go!” Going through the tunnel, I heard a series of loud scrapes and thumps. Pulled out and inspected the roof of my van. The entire rack has large gouges and scrapes from the front of the rack to the back. I talked with and showed the damage to two mangers immediately. Caleb and Ben. Both of them told me repeatedly, “clearly our guys made a BIG mistake!” They made a report. (attached) We waited for 20-30 minutes. Then they both came back to my car and told me they couldn’t do anything “because my rack is an after market rack”. Then Ben (general manager of the tunnel) said to me something to the effect of “I really like this company, but some of the policies just don’t make sense.”

Stopped in at the super sonic car wash to get my carpets cleaned in prep to sell my car. While the regular wash was open the kind gentleman there informed me that detail services were not open until 8. I thanked him and said I’d be back. He said, “thank you for saying that. I had five other people come through and they were all upset when I told them. So thank you.” I know it was unpleasant dealing with those other customers. And yet when he greeted me there was no hint of frustration when I asked the same question and he had to give the same answer. He did better than I would in his situation by not assuming about me. I’m glad he’s able to do that. And I’m glad I could reward his efforts by being kind and making his job a little easier and his day a little brighter. It doesn’t take a lot to be kind sometimes.

They did a good job. I am selling one of my vehicles, and I brought it in for a wash and a light detailing. Wasn't too expensive and my car came out looking nice and clean, and smelled good too. They give you a 20% off bounce back coupon which doesn't expire. They were running a promo for the fast passes, so I was able to upgrade to a month of unlimited washes for $0.03. Not a bad deal at all!

Had a car detailed a couple years ago and even though it was an older model car it looked like new when they were finished. Today I brought my truck in that was pretty clean and new to start with. The outside looked decent when done but the inside looked about the same as when I brought it in. They had vacuumed the carpet but that’s it. Dust all over everything. Very disappointed after spending that kind of money.

WORST CAR WASH EVER! Would never recommend coming to this place unless you like overpaying for bad service. Paid $20 for the "full service" was wasn't that great, pulled into the bay to have the inside cleaned and asked politely to the guy who directed me in if they would mind throwing away the small pile of plastic garbage on my passanger floor which he replied was no issue. Paid my bill inside and 5 minutes later the RUDE manager came in to make a scene in front of everyone telling me I cannot come to their car wash and ask them to remove the trash from my car before they clean the inside because they "DIDN'T WANT TO GET STUCK WITH A DIRTY NEEDLE" Excuse me?!?! Who in the hell do you think you are to assume I'm a drug addict with dirty needles in my NICE & NEW car?! I told him that's fine I won't be coming back, to refund the money I paid to have the inside of my car cleaned and pull my car out front to which he responded they WON'T be refunding ANY of my money and that I can "pull it up yourself" as he rudely walked away. I am a business owner myself and would NEVER allow a "manager" to disrespect or talk to any custom that way. He should be FIRED immediately!

Be forewarned, although this is 2019, and waiting for even the most minimal detail takes over an hour, they have NO WIFI service available! I'm not saying I can't read a book, but you need to know you have to bring something like that.

amazing var wash, amazing folks over here. purchased a book of 10 wash tickets last Christmas. used one of them a few weeks ago. needless to say, the initial car wash was not great. i went back the next day asking for a do-over. the gentlemen assured me that it must have just been a fluke, and allowed me to wash again. this just shows how amazing their customer service is. while this wash was not the 48 hour guarantee, and as such, I'm hesitant to mention this, as ppl should not get the wrong idea here that they will do this for just anyone. however, having tried other car washes in Orem and Provo, i'm never going anywhere else. i'm convinced these guys are the best. THANKS AGAIN!

Came here for their Veteran's day special. They go above and beyond with the service and the employees are very helpful. My car looks great and I'm very appreciative of the excellent service and respect for the veterans. I'll be coming here again!

They used to be pretty good.... but now, they have a horrible costumer service. Once you sign in with them to have a unlimited monthly car wash.. They don't care in giving you any other information or even helping you to upgrade! I been trying to cancel my membership and go somewhere else

Got their “deluxe” interior clean up but there were still crumbs in the seat seams and on the floors and in any crevices and the vinyl wasn’t wiped down well at all. Looked like they didn’t try at all. I have an older car so maybe it didn’t seem very important.

Better than quick quack, that's for sure. Their NFC stickers, while impossible to cleanly remove from your windshield, make it pretty convenient to go here. Of course no touch-carwash is going to be good for your car/paint in the long run, it's great for getting salt off your undercarriage.

I love the unlimited wash pass but other than that I've never had a great experience with detailing. I know it's FCFS so waiting 1.5 hrs would not be so painful but then the wifi isn't working? Then I paid $20 more than I expected from the over the phone quote AND the outside of my car still have dirt streaks all over it after going through the wash. I'm just disappointed.

I'm pretty sure this is the best car wash in our area. A newer (different company) opened closer to my house, but supersonic is better with interior detailing and basically everything else. Good, fast service.

Because of Elizabeth I will continue to visit this location she goes out of her way to help each customer and jumps in to help and isn't afraid to get her hands dirty. My first time coming here I didn’t have a great experience. I requested for my car to be detailed inside and out. The gentleman told me my car would be done in two hours. I wonder if they skipped the inside of my car because I received a call with in just 20 minutes and they told me my car was ready. When getting in my car the inside just seemed wiped down and not detailed. Due to pressed time I couldn’t come back. The following Monday I took my car back and asked for the car to be redone inside and out. The lady that spoke with me told me I didn’t pay for the inside shampoo, thankfully I kept my receipt and showed her that I paid for it. When I showed her the receipt she kindly accepted my car. This time around it took the actual 2 hours for them to detail my car. Lacey and Cassie did a fantastic job on my car and I will request for them next time I come back.

I’ve tried to give this place a few chances and I’m even more disappointed every time. I always pay extra for the better wash. Once I paid around $90 to have my car washed with a few added on detail services. They didn’t wash the floor mats I paid for and argued with me over it when I took it back 15 minutes later. They were completely dry and didn’t have anything put down like plastic/paper indicating they were washed. It was obvious. This time around I paid $24.95 for a full service wash assuming I would get a descent car wash. Yet again I left with a dirty car. I was told if I wanted anything wiped down inside I could pay for a detail service. I took pictures this time just to show how awful the job is. I canceled my pass months ago and still tried it out here and there. No can do it’s just not worth $30 after a tip to have to go home and still clean
