I just got my car detailed at Sparkle Express Car Wash yesterday. All I can say is WOW!!! I did the full detail as a treat and waited to do it until my car, a Hyundai Veracruz, was really dirty after a road trip. My car now looks like it just came from a dealership. It was very dirty when I brought it in - melted crayons, shoe scuff marks on the leather seats, ground in dirt in the carpets, gunky old food in the cup holders, etc. It is as close to new as they could make it. I gave the two guys a big tip. It looks so amazing that I will now plan to do it once or twice a year. It was an A+ job. I never knew my car could look this good again after buying it new four years ago. Thanks Sparkle Express Car Wash!!!

This is a great car wash. There are a wide variety of pricing options. The vacuums are very powerful. If you have kids it is often worth it just to get the cheapest car wash so you can use the vacuums for free.

I like this place and I have a membership here. However they appear to be hiring people who are more interested in their phones. Literally it's like one swipe of drying equals 30 seconds of phone time. I sit there and stare at them because they are not doing anything but they are just cruising on their phones. Like I said, I love the car wash and the service they provide but get your employees off their phones and get the line moving !!

If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t waste your money getting you car detailed here. We paid them $200.00 for a detail and they did the absolute worst job ever. They basically vacuumed, got the carpet wet and smeared up the windows. When we left we couldn’t even see out of our windows. It was a complete waste of time and money. Management should consider hiring employees that are more interested in working than staring at their phone the whole time they are “detailing” a car. We left a message for the manager and have not heard back from them a week later. We will not be back and would not recommend this company to anyone.

I went in, for the first time, Saturday June 29th at about 11:15 AM. I asked the lady at the door/window/payment place what I need to do. No direction as to what happens, but she was the eager beaver to sell me the "Super Sparkle". I wasn't interested until she told me that they clean the rims. My rims needed to be done, so I agreed, paid the outrageous price of $30+ and decided, if they will shine and clean the rims, it will be worth it. So I go through the wash and then pull up to a guy waving me up. And then I sit there. No one tells me what to do or where to go. So I get out, and ask a worker and he grunts at me. I ask him again, where do I go and how long will this take. He disdainfully tells me the waiting room is inside and that you will have to wait 30-45 minutes, and "to get comfortable". I was a little shocked so I went inside. Sitting in the waiting room was quite the experience. Your workers would look down at me as if I invaded their personal space, the woman in the office (whom I suppose was the on-duty manager) would make rude remarks about every customer that pulled up, talked to other employees like she was their master demanding them to do her bidding, and then even worse, made a comment about how the pre-wash guys should not take their time and to just act like it, to get the cars through. That alone makes me not want to come back. So I am waiting and I see them working on my truck from where I am at. They finish and pull it around. I go out and have to readjust my mirrors, my radio, my seat and other nuisances. While I am doing that, your worker approaches me and asks if everything is okay, I said I am just readjusting everything your team messed up, and he says I need to leave asap, as I am holding up the place. So before I can inspect my vehicle, I am forced off the lot. I get home and check, and see the rims were NOT done. And they completely missed a wheel/tire in the cleaning process. Only about 60% was vacuumed. The dashboard was not wiped down. I am beginning to realize you have quite the little racket going on there. Forcing people to pay huge fees, pushing them through with out the quality service they deserve, and push them off the lot before they can inspect your shoddy work.

They have a whole team that makes sure you car is clean and they're crazy fast. After the wash you can use theur free vacuums. The basic wash is a good price but the next step up is $14. If you live or work near by it nay be worth it to vet the monthly pass for either $17 or $30.

I think they did a good job for the price, but after we left, it took DAYS to air out and dry the carpet in our Suburban--which was difficult, as this was in the fall and it was really rainy every day. They also broke our seatbelt cover in the back and lost one of our floor mats and didn't tell us. I won't go back.

I've never been to a car wash where they do a hands on clean, which I wasn't sure of at first. I initially went for a quick in and out wash and vacuum. But for $25, to get it cleaned inside and out, 15 minute wait, I thought.... sure why not! It did end up taking longer then 15 minutes, but my car was super dirty. My 1 year old and I chilled in the building, it was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. When my far was finally done I was blown away. It looked just as good as the day I got it, and they give away free fragrances to make your car smell so nice! Definitely worth the cost and wait! Looking forward to coming back!

This is by far the best car wash out there. I love their prices and have been taking our cars there for years. Last weekend we were selling our Jeep and we paid for one of their detail packages and when I got my car back I didn't want to sell it anymore. It literally was brand new again. They did an incredible job. It felt newer than the new car we just bought that weekend. Amazing!!! From a simple car wash to the most extensive detail this is the place to go.

I used their Riverton location to have my truck detailed. Or I should say I made the mistake of allowing them to rob me blind and leave me with a dirty and damaged truck. After two attempts to clean and detail my truck; not only is it still dirty, they damaged the molding around my drivers side fender flare. BJ, the supposed manager came flying into the parking lot like a Wreckless maniac. He said the truck looks great to their standard, mind you they damaged it. Then proceeded to tell me that he had called his attorneys and the Utah division of consumer protection about the issue. So instead of listening to my concerns or even professionally acknowledging there was a problem he brushed me off. The Detail Manager acknowledged it was done wrong. He offered to keep it over night and complete the job. BJ would have none of that. I had to ask multiple times for my keys. I asked multiple times for a refund, half a refund or for the work to be completed properly. BJ kept refusing to assist me in any way; even when his Detail Manager said it was wrong and he could make it right. BJ kept threatening me with attorneys instead of addressing the issue. If you want a clean vehicle that is detailed properly and don't want to blow two hundred bucks I would look to other detail shops to handle your needs. I guess the days of a job well done no longer exists!

Sparkling on Redwood - I have driven by the Sparkle Car Wash on Redwood Road a number of times over the years, but never really used their services. That changed today; went in and got the works this afternoon, including a hand wax. There were two things that caught my attention. First, their attention to detail; door jams, wiper blades, etc., nothing missed. Second, I came in contact with four staff; each one was courteous and made sure I was pleased with the effort and service. And on top of it all, it’s worth the price. I’ll be returning.

Huge shout out to the staff at the South Jordan sparkle express. Had our truck washed at the Riverton location and ended up with a scratch in the door. Called the South Jordan location after a lack of confidence in the staff at the Riverton location and they said come on over and we'll get it taken care of. They did an awesome job and got nearly 100% of the scratch out of the door. Will never make the mistake of going to the Riverton location again.

This is a pretty good car wash. I like that they dry the car depending on the level that you purchase. When you purchase the basic price they will wipe your windows and mirrors. If you buy the upgrades, they will dry the whole car and even dry the chrome wheels and polish the rubber on the wheels.

I needed to have my car detailed before selling it and took it to Sparkle Express. Outside was okay, but for 230$ I have pretty high expectations! Is it just me or is the quality of what you pay for these days sub par. I had to return the vehicle for touch ups but they were only available until exactly 6:00 when they close. Gone are the days of doing a job until it is done. I won’t be coming back.

I've only ran through twice with the cheapest $6 wash. The first time was decent, truck looked great. Second time it snowed and I was hoping it would get the snow/ice off the truck, but that didn't happen. Now I know. I will still go there and come spring will probably try out their detail shop and see how that goes.

Very convenient (right on Redwood Rd.) and the price for a basic carwash is a very reasonable $7. They have free vacuums to do your own inside or you can pay extra for them to do it for you. They also have monthly deals to wash your car as many times as you want. I'm from California where a carwash (all inclusive) is over $20 so this for me is a great deal. I'm also in and out of the car wash in less than 10 minutes!

Very friendly service. The basic $7 wash is just that, basic. They will wipe down your windows after you pull through but it's a very brief job so bring a towel to touch it up yourself if you need a more detailed finish.

Probably one of the worst shops I’ve been to in my life. I had been on my honeymoon, my dad did me a favor of cleaning my car here, so when the car would be clean when I came back. There was a small burn mark ( when you wax and stay too long in one spot) and I told them about it. They called me a liar and said they couldn’t do anything. I asked if I could get a little wax and buff it out myself at my house, and they told me to buy some myself. DO NOT GO HERE

It’s a hit and miss. Sometimes they do a good job and sometimes I’m standing their pointing out ten things they missed to wipe. I’ve been going here for awhile now and every time I go I have to ask them to address something that was missed. I was told my first few visits that they don’t wipe out the cup holders so I give the guys a little extra on their tips and have them wipe out my cup holders. For the amount they charge, you would think wiping out the cup holders and middle dash would include that.

Sparkle Car Wash does a very good job and the price is good. You drive your car through a washer and then there is a crew to wipe down the car when you are done. I always tip the guys drying. I am in and out of there pretty quick.

We have used this car wash for a few years with an active membership. A couple of weeks ago one of the associates was directing my wife onto the track, it’s a tight turn into the car wash at the Riverton location and requires a two point turn with a longer vehicle. He was signaling her to back up, she said to him there was someone behind her. The associate stated that the car behind her was backing up as well. When in fact he was pulling forward and they hit at the direction of the associate. The car wash stated they would fix the other truck that was hit and that it was a minor scratch. They stated that our truck appeared to have no damage. After the truck was washed my wife got to her destination and looked at the back bumper. There was noticeable scratches and a dent. My wife called the manger working and sent her picture of the damage. The worker went on to accuse her of lying to her and that the damage was already there. This is a brand new truck and is very well taken care of. Accidents happen but to accuse us of lying is absolutely unprofessional and absurd. We will be canceling our memberships and be careful there.

"Sparkle Wash" for interior and exterior cleaning is excellent value. The employees do as good a job as most detailing services. You'll want to bring some cash to tip these people as they work their butts off. Highly recommended, saves so much time verses doing this yourself or dropping off for detailing.

Both my parents and I love bringing our vehicles here. They bring both their F150 and F350 to be cleaned inside and out and never have a problem with them. I brough my Honda Element in and was incredibly impressed. My little SUV was filthy from my puppy being in it and it was spotless when I got it back. Everything was wiped down. It looked better than when I bought it!

I went and ended up paying way too much for a car detail that was very poorly done- mats were shampooed and stacked still wet in the back and once they dried I could still shake dirt off them. They seemed to have greased up the inside to make it shine but didn’t actually clean anything. Horrible experience- never going back.

We have had the membership for a few months now. Both my husband and I are loyal customers- but we can’t be anymore. Beware of scratches and damage to your paint and trim! The past few weeks I have noticed the car wash seeming more aggressive than usual and we have found scratches along both sides and the front hood. We purchased this vehicle brand new four months ago and it didn’t have a scratch up until the last three or four washes. I got a wash yesterday afternoon and thoroughly inspected my vehicle before going through. Afterward, I pulled into the vaccume stalls and sure enough, a HUGE scratch along the whole front hood. I am just sick over it!

I paid a little bit less than $120 to get my car detailed out before my wedding/honeymoon. They said they would call when the car was done in about 2 hours. I waited for almost 4 hours and still no call. I saw they were about to close so I went back there and they said my car was done. Then I go to the car and all the windows are REALLY fogged up. I understand that the inside of a car gets humid when cleaning the carpets, but they didn't roll down any windows to let the car start drying. Third issue is that you can tell that my windows have had a rag on them but honestly there are spots they missed. They didn't follow through with what I told them to do and the car looks like it was done in less than 20 minutes. Not impressed and I'm not going back again. Waste of money honestly and very unprofessional. I'd recommend going somewhere else if you're going to spend this kind of money and you're expecting to have your car really and truly detailed out.
