Dane and the other owners brought this place a long way since taking over from the previous owners! I have been bringing my car here since I discovered the ownership change about 4 months ago. The high quality soap and wax used in the tunnel makes my Elantra look like new every time I go through. I recently bought a new to me Taurus, and brought it in to get a Showroom Detail done on it, and boy did they have their work cut out for them. The water spots on the car were horrendous, and I am not sure if it ever saw any wax after it left the factory. These guys did everything they could including buying a new product just for my car. Even though the water spots proved to be too etched in to eliminate them completely, all that was left was their faint outlines, and only if you look at the car from the perfect angle. Thank you guys! You have a permanent customer as long as I live in the valley.

9/11/18 I keep looking at the torn off paint on the front.. The owner told me he had no liability for it, will not admit that it could have been a malfunction with the machine, and honestly I'm beginning to become more and more resentful toward this carwash and management. Don't expect professionalism here. Also, the manager stated that the paint was so terrible he could probably take the pressure washer and blow more paint off. His staff also stated they would occasionally see flecks off paint come from my bumper when using the pressure washer. I tested this theory with my torn up paint, and could not get any more paint off with the pressure washer. They constantly spew lies and push off the blame, this will likely be my final update as a very dissatisfied customer. I think this place deserves one star. The owner just contacted me again. He personally called and stated that he did not want me to feel cheated, and will help any way he can. I will continue to update as they help me with this issue. I just want to state that I am not resentful towards the management here, or towards the carwash. I just want the whole story to be known. I really hope they can help me work this out, because I really like this carwash and have recommended it to friends and family in the past. I will keep this post updated. Update: management ended up contacting me after about 7 days. I met with the owner, who was a very nice guy, and we talked about the damage to the car. Owner stated, "obviously if I had a car wash that was pulling the paint off of cars I wouldn't be in business." Long story short, they passed the blame back onto the paint job. Jayden (bad memory, sorry if the name is wrong) was able to pull up some articles on my car that showed other people had some similar issues with the paint. I still felt like the issues I had were unsolved,but I can agree to disagree with the owner on this one. I am very willing to edit my review, but I will not remove it for an issue that remains unsolved. Overall experience was not as bad as it could have been. Up to 3 stars from 1. 5 days with no attempt to contact from owner. Edit: this was the 1400 n location. Avoid this place like the plague, it will be a great place, until they have to fox an issue they cause. We autopay monthly to get our car washed here, which should tell you that we felt comfortable with business here. We did feel comfortable here, until something actually happened. We looked at the bumper post car wash and it had torn off a lot of paint. When I say a lot I mean more than a foot in length and a few inches in width. When I brought it up with the staff they all left to the office to review the footage. I'm not sure if they knew my wife and I could see the footage they were reviewing, but there is a monitor in the lobby that showed us exactly what they were looking at. It showed us coming in scratch free, but leaving with bare metal exposed on the bumper. They proceeded to deny any responsibility for the damages and told me that it was actually my fault for having "bubbling paint" (which coincidentally they told me I had all along, they just neglected to tell me about it). Last thing they told me before dissmissing my claim was to go to a professional post collision body shop so that this wouldn't happen again. Avoid this place like the plague, it will be a great place, until they have to fox an issue they cause.

Prices are high, the wash was good, got all my dirt off, but my car didnt spend long enough in the blow dryers because it got streaks from left over water. They are very kind and they wipe off your windows and mirrors. That's the reason I went because I really dislike when my windows have streaks. I got the streak from left over water on my back window, but it wasn't too obvious once it dried. Great wash anyways!

I take my truck in for regular exterior washes and they are good enough for what you pay back in the day exterior washes would come with tire shine and wipe down of wheels now they just towel dry some spots also when i took my lifted black truck in for detail i was dissapointed with dry dirt still on the bottom of my truck and flakes of the paste they used to wax honeslty it looked like they just rushed the job i will continue to wash my truck there but probably never another detail by them

Jeff the manager was very knowledgable about the services provided. I took advantage of the monthly pass and my car has never been cleaner. I have been impressed with the new lobby and the light show that occurs as my car is being washed. I will tell all my friends to try the cache car wash and I have only had a positive experience using their services.

This is a good car wash. If you live in Cache Valley and park outside, the monthly subscription is probably a good thing. They have free vacuums and after you get out of the wash, they make sure your windows are dry. The air dryer does a good job within the wash though. They also spray and soap down some of your car before you go through the automated wash. Make sure your car is in neutral when you go in. Only few gripes i have are the wash misses some of the mirror (probably because they are folded) and that communication with the staff is minimal. Took me a few times of going through to understand how the whole process works. However, overall, the staff (although young) do a good job making sure your car is clean and they are efficient. Highly recommend. Keep up the good work. This review is for a mid sized sedan.

I hate giving bad reviews and ripping into a company but my experience with them has sucked. 1. They broke the my passenger sun viser hook and didn't tell me. Luckily I noticed when I got my car. 2. They removed my temporary registration sign out of my back window while cleaning (as expected) but didn't put it back in! I had to buy a new one. 3. All this could have been forgivable but the attitude of the staff was just immature and obnoxious. The teenager that worked the front desk knew zero about customer service and just made the whole experience even more aggravating. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars rather than 1 is that they did manage to get all the dog hair out my car, which was impressive. Regardless, I won't be giving them any more presence

Normally I am very concerned about taking my car through an automatic car wash considering I drive a black car, but this wash has top of the line equipment in it! Jeff the general manager personally took the time to walk me through the entire tunnel & explained how the new technology can absolutely not damage your car. I am currently a monthly pass user on their $16 Elite car wash... I pay $39.99 flat each month and am able to wash my car unlimited times!! Great to get the salt off & has the exterior look brand new Everytime!!

The 1400 North employees were so kind and helpful. My seats were cleaned and look excellent and I left happy. They got out the stains and even vacuumed and washed the windows, even though I only paid for seat cleaning. The service was quick. The lobby was nice and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Thanks for the extra time and details making my car sparkling clean again! ☺ Review Update: I had to knock it down to 3 starts due to the fact that the past 3 times I've been there I've been told that they are either too busy or not enough workers for the day to have their detailer's wipe down (tires, windows, vacuum) my car. That is the whole reason I go there. I can get a plain ol' drive through car wash on any corner in this area for less cost.

If I could give like 17 stars I would. I just got off the phone with these guys to set a kinda emergency appointment for my car to get detailed. The guy on the phone told me that the soonest they could get us in for a full detailing appointment was two days from now, but then offered to personally see to it himself if we wanted to bring our car in after the detailing shop was closed today. He said it’d probably take him the rest of the day but that he was totally cool with that. I was like, “freak no dude, I’m not gonna make you spend all day detailing my car after your detailing is supposed to be done for the day!” Still, he offered to set us as their priority appointment (no charge) in two days. I was blown away. This dude was okay with spending 4 and a half hours detailing my car BY HIMSELF. That’s incredible. I also seem to remember that the last time we took our car there something incredible happened as well but I don’t remember what it was. Point is, this goes above and beyond the way that companies should do business. The only problem these guys might have is they might be willing to go too many extra miles for you.

Still had gunk and grime in areas that were supposed to have been scrubbed. Areas didnt get vacuumed. Didnt get the hand dry like advertised in the package, which would have gotten the dirty spots still on the outside. And the best part, they broke my air vents and didn't bother to tell me. Maybe yall should focus on quality over speed of service. Id be a much happier customer to wait longer and have it done correctly.

We went to this car wash because we had a coupon for a free elite wash. They gave us a different wash which we weren't too upset about since it was free. However, the first time through, our car came out covered in grime and spots. They had is go through a second time free of charge and it came out much better the second time, there were only a few streaks and spots.

I have few expectations for customer service when I go to a car wash. Cache car wash always exceeds those expectations, to the point where I leave thinking "that's actually a very well run car wash". They always take care of the customer and if they make a mistake, they more than make it up to the customer. Highly recommend

I had a Cache Valley Direct card and got the unlimited washes for $5 for the month of September. We've come twice a week for the last three weeks and every time we are amazing on how clean and fresh smelling our car is. I've gone to Green Gorilla a few times and this car wash dries my car off better, it doesn't take your car fast through the wash like Green Gorilla does, and there's an attendant that wipes down your windows and mirrors at the end of each wash. Highly Recommend this wash. The wife and I are going to subscribe to their $30 a month wash during the winter time to make sure the salt stays off our car.

I really like the wash on the outside of my car including tires. I was a little disappointed they forgot to vacuum out the trunk. I suggest for those of us who are new that better signage be put up for where to go when driving in. It would also be nice to recieve a card if you go there 10 times get one free card.

I’ve been going to this car wash for over a year. They used to do an incredible job at drying off my car, but they don’t anymore. It feels like a halfass towel dry every time I go through. I went in with bird poop on my windows, and came out with it still on my windows. The guy drying my car wiped right over them, smearing the bird poop and leaving me with an even bigger mess.

BLOWN AWAY! I can't say enough good about my experience! Bought a car in gross condition. (A well used mini van) After a discouraging, "We can't clean your car because it's too dirty" from a local mobile detailing business, I brought it here to get a quote and to see if it was as bad as the others made it out to be. They made me feel like a million bucks! I loved ALL of the staff I encountered! They cleaned my awful car so amazingly well. It LOOKS BRAND NEW! I nearly cried!! I definitely will be back (with a much cleaner car to begin with haha) and I will make sure to spread the word! GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Super impressed with the quality of customer service (and integrity!) from the management!!! Great wash... And! I prefer using the vacuums here verses other locations. I haven't had any issues with lack of power, the hoses are easy to manage without getting tangled and I really love the diameter of the vacuum hose is so much easier for smaller hands to hold onto and I finish more quickly and without sore hands

Previous owners didn't take care of the place or customers. New owners and general manager of the 1400 North location are awesome! We had our car detailed and shampooed and it looked brand new, we couldn't believe it! The manager came out with us and double checked everything. I hate leaving negative reviews and this may be the only one I've ever left, but if it saves one person from receiving the damage to their car that we have, then it's worth it. This car wash ruined the hood of our brand new van. The north location left brush and scuff marks that nothing else could've left. After confronting management they denied all possibility of the damage being from their facility. Well, even after the $$ it is going to cost to fix the damage, we thought we'd try the Cache Car Wash on the South end because it is touch less... thinking no possibility of damage could happen. We came out of the car wash the other night and it had taken off a foot of surface area of the clear coat on our vehicle. Our vehicle is a only a year old and in great condition...makes me wonder what kind of effect it could have on other vehicles! After talking to my family about this experience, I found out that TWO other members have had very similar experiences (damage to their vehicles) along with the same response from the management of this facility. We will not be returning and hope this review saves others from incurring the damage and cost to repair that damage that has fallen on us. Very disappointed in Cache Car Wash and their inability to own up to their mistakes.

I've come to this location (twice) now. Both have been pleasant experiences. I used it to clean our church van & even my own small personal car. The staff is friendly & it leaves the car spotless & smelling nice & clean. Prices are reasonable considering I didn't have to do a thing but drive off (after paying off course). Good job.
