It’s a great establishment overall, but the air dryers at the end of the tunnel seem to be too strong. I have the unlimited pass. I try to go at least 3 times a week but the dryers seem to be beating down on my truck. It has messed up some of the seals on my windows. But over all not a bad wash

I have been going the this particular car wash for over 2 years now and lately the service has been subpar. The pre-scrub of the front grill & window is a waste of the employees effort. Many times my grill isn’t even touch because they are in a rush to push you through the wash verses focusing quality of work. The amount of wheel shine liquid is excessive, every time I leave the car wash the liquid is spread all over the side of my truck. Considering ending my monthly service and seeking out another car wash that will focus on quality & good customer service.

So.. I did give it 5 stars... initially it looked great but after actually being able to look at it in different lighting... my interior was done quickly and subpar. However, the manager Greg was quick to fix this. He called me and we talked about the problems I had and I'm pleased to say he went above and beyond to make sure my car looks spectacular! I'm excited to see how it looks when its properly done. Thanks to amazing management this is definitely a place that my baby will be coming often! Updated: looked amazing! Nice and shiny clean. So glad they made the attempt to earn back my business. I would have paid more the first time if that was the result!

I don't know if it's just me, but the employees at the entrance just really annoy me. I can certainly read and use a credit card machine all by myself! I know what I want and don't like them taking my card out of my hand. I wanted the inside cleaned as well and pressed the option, the girl the said " you want the inside cleaned too?" Um yeah, I just pushed it didn't I? Lol just really annoying. Maybe have someone available if you NEED assistance, but if not, back off a little! Besides that, the car wash is pretty good, rarely have an issue.

I've given this place many opportunities to impress me and I'm always left disappointed. I paid for the most expensive car wash and it's never gotten the back of my car that clean or the windows. I also paid this last time for the interior to be cleaned and vacuumed, I was ready with a cash tip in my hand, but found many spots that were left unclean. They attempted to fix everything I pointed out, but also made excuses and said they couldn't get some things. I then wiped it off with my finger right in front of them. Needless to say, I was disappointed to the point that I didn't offer a tip.

Costumer service is extremely unfriendly and won't admit it when they cause a problem. My husband and I took our BMW through the wash and they wet the engine and the car went into limp mode right after leaving the lot. John wouldn't give an ounce of effort into helping my husband after the issue occurred, and even when we reached out to Tyler, (the owner) he made us out to be liars and wouldn't admit it could be their fault. We weren't even offered any sort of reimbursement, and had to pay $600 out of pocket for a new alternator. Needless to say, we will not be returning and may or may not be pursuing a lawsuit.

Long lines with only one attendant . Was going to get unlimited wash plan but couldnt wait any longer. Gonna stick with Cefco . For a few dollars more they will vacum and wipe car inside and out . Wish that space in Belton could have been used for something we need on this side of town .

My mother and I stopped by today at 2pm to have a car wash plus my car detailed. The actual car wash was great and cleaned my car well but, the girl who actually vacuumed and detailed my car did an AWFUL job. And I dont say that lightly. I've had my car detailed there twice before and was always happy with my service but this time, I was not. My floors were hardly vacuumed, I still had trash in my cup holders, none of the cup holders were cleaned, my dash board was still dusty and not cleaned. My mother went and asked to have these things done which for 20$ we should not have to ask to have basic detailing done but, she barely even did it even after we asked. I have never in my life seen someone so lazy who just does not want to work. I'm sorry but, I got ripped off!! 20$ for nothing.i could of done a better job myself in my drive way with my vacuum and at home cleaning supplies. I even had mud on the outside of the car still. It was awful and unfortunately, I'm thinking of not returning and whay really sucks is that one bad employee can ruin everything.

I never write reviews but I had my Dodge Avenger washed and the inside cleaned yesterday and the employee (Isaiah) did an excellent job. I’ve had my car washed there before and never any issues but normally it’s just ok but this guy had the inside looking brand new. My fiancé ask me if I had the car detailed and I was like “nope just the regular inside cleaned and outside washed”. We are pleasantly surprised and very thankful for such excellent workmanship and service.

Not satisfied at all with the washes I've been paying for. You would think by paying more you get more but it's evident it's not the case here. I payed for the $12.00 wash just for the undercarriage a few weeks ago and the only issue I had was they hardly scrubbed for bugs and tar... Today, I payed $16.00 to get the car spotless and I still have the bugs, the tar and and now purple streaks from the soap. I'd rather do it myself and have the same results than pay someone all of that for this.

Fantastic value for an excellent quality of wash, free vacuums that are strong, three local locations one near Fort Hood in Killeen, one in Harker Heights, and one in Belton. The one in Belton has the most freebies because it has actual towels and floor mat cleaners; all for $15 a month unlimited!

I've been to all the locations. While I love the wash and facilities, this(#2) seems to be the only location I see problems when people first enter the wash. The 2 employees are usually disgruntled and trying to rush people through too fast. Slamming the brushes on people's card and not really paying attention to what they are doing except to rush cars through. Relax. Lately they've sped up the conveyor and my car comes out with much more to dry afterwards. Definitely considering canceling my plan.

Completely dissatisfied with the service today. Cars were cleaned out of order. People who arrived after us left before us. After waiting a full hour for them to even start on our vehicle, my husband spoke with someone about moving a little faster. They finally wiped it down (I think?) and vacuumed it quickly. It looks like nothing was done, and instead of just doing it right the first time, one of the workers wrote on the back of our receipt to come back later and they would finish the job. Completely unacceptable.

This is a premier location for a car wash with ask experienced staff. The automated wash has a much longer course that washes and wipes with micro fiber cloth multiple times. Had many tiers with the cheapest being 5 bucks. They also offer monthly membership that allows a wash per day which quickly pays for itself.

I usually don’t write reviews but this time around I am disappointed with the service. I just paid $35 plus $10 dollar tip to have my car cleaned inside and out, and I it’s still wet and dirty inside. They didn’t cleaned the mirrors, the windows or anything. They only vacuumed and that’s about it. I could’ve done a better job for $45 dollars, the guy keept my receipt but I don’t think I will ever come back to this location.

First time using one of these automated car washes and we were very impressed with how well it cleaned our SUV. Took 2 minutes to do what takes us an hour to do by hand. Only small thing is we opted for the Ultimate wash and we thought that included an under body rinse but that part of our car didn’t seem to have been touched at all. Still dusty. Maybe we misunderstood what exactly that is. Will still be back for sure though.

They did have a line this day, but after going through we weren't getting everything in the deluxe package so we went back around and let them know which was fine they sent us through a second time and the young lady said 3 other cars had to go back also from the same issues and she said someone must have got out of line and it messed up the system.. okay how it is even possible to get out of line one you go through the pay station.. you can't... so here we go again and the same thing ..so again here we go back in line get up there guy comes out we explain what's going on and ask if he would walk through so he could see we weren't lying.. he does but before we enter the wash they shut it down and reset the whole thing and guess what things started working..ya I finally got my triple foam soap,hot wax,wheel shine etc after 3rd wash I had the cleanest truck in town.. but they were very nice about it

The purpose of this review is to inform. If you require your Car/SUV/Truck etc... to be cleaned don't take it to "Today's Car Wash" in Harker Heights. "Today's Car Wash" has poor management evident by the lack of quality control after a vehicle has been so called washed. I brought the lack of quality control (My car was still dirty on the front hood and on the mirrors) to a manager today. The Manager just offered me excuses as why the vehicle still had dirt on it. This was unacceptable in my opinion. Background. I have two vehicles that get washed twice a month at "Today's Car Wash" for $16.00 a time, therefore, two cars equals $64.00 a month (Four Washes) $768.00 a year. My son and daughter also used "Today's Car Wash" too, spending about the same amount of money as we do ($768.00 a year). Combined $1,536.00 a year for my extended family. Therefore, I will never go and have any of our vehicles washed again at this business. Basically I will recommend to my family that we wash them ourselves and save a large portion of the money we currently pay.

I love this car wash! We have the monthly pass, so we just drive through. There are always attendants at the entry gate, so if I want to add a service, it's easy. Most of the people who work there are nice. The vacuum's have a small enough nozzle to be able to pick up more in between small places.

There are more expensive options for those who want premium stuff (wax, underbody flush, wheel shine, etc.) I've tested the "unlimited" part and drove through the wash 3x in one day with my grandkids : ). What I REALLY love are the free vacuums! With a minivan and grandchildren, the vacuums alone are worth the monthly fee to me!

From a customer perspective they're very good at getting things done however employee side not so much.....I was an employee with them for a few months and I did my job 110% and took pride in every customers car that came through the wash but this job doesn't give you the respect you deserve they would call me 2-3 times a week and tell me not to come in because it was "raining" which was maybe 10-15 minutes of sprinkles and then sunny the rest of the day they retaliate against you when you report a manager for being unprofessional and disrespectful to you (I lost my job because of this) they framed me for falsifying times when the ticket had no name on it to begin with and when they fired me I asked to see the footage that they're saying is the reason why they're firing me and Eric the big man up there rudely and unprofessionally said "noooope" and this is a week and a half after I reported a manager for disrespecting me and talking to me like I was dirt and I told them it wasn't me that the handwriting was too nice to be mine and that they could check my previous receipts and verify as I have a certain way I did my receipts to avoid fiascos like that to begin with you get less than 30 hours on a 2 week check (unless You're lucky or just brown nose the managers) and just all in all horrible to their employees so if you're a customer it is a great place to get a carwash if you're seeking employment I highly recommend not working there as it is exactly the opposite of the customer experience

Update: Here we are a week later with the same problem. This time the bugs and poop were only on my car for a day. They didn’t even try to scrub it off. He brushed across my windshield once. I didn’t even bother going through again. I really wish the city of Killeen would finish Fort Hood Street so I can return to that location. I don’t like to think I’m wasting money. #2 has to be my least favorite location. Note this is not my first unpleasant experience with this particular location. I went there today after a drive to and from SA. Bugs and poop was all over my vehicle. Since there are only locations in this area I waited and came home to get it cleaned. I pay monthly for the ultimate wash. I went thru and they barely even sprayed or scrubbed my car. I couldn’t figure out why they barely touched my dirty car with the spray and brushes yet put in a good bit of work on the clean car ahead of mine. Once I made it thru, the windshield was still dirty. I spoke with one of the workers who said he would send me thru again. That didn’t change anything because they did worse than the first attempt and the dead bugs and poop was still there. I’d rather go out of my way to the other locations. If I begin to have problems there then I will switch to Mister (more locations in other areas anyways).
