Very disappointed. I paid $18 for the exterior racer works. The car wash did not get all the bugs off my car. They did not clean the wheels [which is included in the package I got]. They did not clean the undercarriage [literally bone dry after the wash]. I basically paid $18 and they gave me the cheapest package they had by removing the wheel wash and under carriage wash. I knew better than to go to an automatic car wash. Over priced for half the services, do yourself a favor and do the job right yourself.

They stole all my quarters from my console while cleaning the inside of my car plus I gave them a $4 tip. I won't be going back here while thiefs are employed. As far as a car wash, the outside was done very good but they missed dust on the inside.

Quick and easy. I always go with the cheapest $8 wash (sometimes using coupon codes and the like) and it always seems to do the trick. The employees here know their routine and get things done fast and convenient. The vacuum cleaners are hit and miss at times but there has never been a time I had to move vacuum bays, but one vacuum might not work while the other does.

After having a membership here for oh a year or so giving them the benefit of the doubt each time I had a problem I'm finally done. I had a piece of plastic once caught in a roller leave deep scraps and swirly streaks down the side of my truck once, that a manager told me they are not responsible for because by paying we except our own liability and risk, he did give me multiple free of there best carwashes. Even all that being said the chances of your vehicle getting cleaned as been about 50-50, here lately they are so busy I'd say it's less. Finaly straw was this morning, my truck wasn't really dirty but had water spots from sprinklers so I thought I'd run through before work, I left with muddy swirls all around my truck and windows which appeared as it dried on my way to work, worst of which is on the passenger side and rear of my truck. It's like they wiped down a muddy vehicle then used the same towels to smear it on mine probably grinding in even more swirls into my clear coat.

Every once a month everything works correctly. The rest of the month, something doesn’t work. Either the vip lane is down, not enough ppl working, they don’t dry ur car properly, or the vaccums don’t work. Idk why I signed up for a monthly membership.

Don't go here. I paid for a full service wash which cost a good amount of money and that included a vacuum from an employee. They took 3 minutes to vacuum and asked me "is that good"? No. It was not. And my car had streaks and was still dirty. Also, I had one of the employees cut me off by running a red light before. Classless, lazy, overpriced, unintelligent, rude. And he flipped me off. Screw you guys.

Worst Car Wash Ever! I went to the one off AVE Q & 82. Not sure how the other locations are but I will never go to Racer Car Wash ever again. I paid $22 for the Racer Plus and the inside of my car still looked very dirty. I had also paid $35 for windshield chip repairs as I had a few. The guy who fixed it made one of the chips into a large crack that covered about 1/4 of my driver's side windshield. I had read a good review on this place which is why I went here but like I mentioned earlier- I will never go there again.

My F150 looked brand new just like it did 3 weeks ago when I bought it. Friends even noticed how pretty it is once again! When we got to the end of the washing tunnel there were no less than 8 people waiting there to dry it off. That was very nice!!! They did a good job!!!!

The outside wash was fine. But they didn't clean the inside of the car hardly at all. I'm used to them taking the mats out and hosing them - nope. Still dirty. They were also supposed to wipe the dash and clean the windows. Still dirty. Never coming here again. Save your money and clean your car yourself.

I have been going to this location for 3 years now and never experienced an issue. Unfortunately, last week was the exception. This review isn't about how upset i am, mistakes made, or people involved. It is about how they completely restored my experience. I called in and spoke with a very polite woman who encouraged me to come back in for a full detail. After arriving i linked up with Brandon (supervisor) Brandon was immediately set on getting me situated and explained this would be a "thorough" cleaning! He and his buddy completed the work and by god it looked like a new car! I cant tell you how helpful he was and i will be returning for my next wash!

Very helpful employees! I was there to use the free vacuum and my battery died. I’ve waited for my friend for at least 50 minutes and then they come and ask me what was happening. They came and jumped start my car for me! Very happy with this place (I also wash my car there most of the time and I truly recommend).

They do a fair job. Only fair. They should perform better but it doesn't look like they can get decent help. Poor supervision it appears. I'm on the monthly plan here mostly for the convenience but even that is starting to lose it's appeal. My main complaint is the change of hours. Plus, they tend to open late and close early. The majority of people are on set work schedules. It should be about their customers, not them. The customers on the monthly plans depend on convenient service hours along with a better wash job. I'll start looking at other places.

I paid for a mid tier exterior and interior wash and added the air freshener. This was supposed to come with interior vacuum, dash, etc. It only took the worker 10 minutes and after checking my car, it was the worst job I’ve seen. The car wasn’t touched with a vacuum, the dash still had dust on it, and the air freshener wasn’t even sprayed. I had to go and vacuum my car and wipe down the dash myself. Do NOT pay for an interior job here.

The monthly membership is not worth it. They do a half ass job every time. They barely bother drying your car and I'm always left cleaning it off myself to avoid water spots. The workers are extremely unprofessional. The only reason they even get one star is bc they have one, literally only one, good staff member there, shame he's not in management. I agree with everything Cody said and i can also attest that they close randomly even when it's not extreme weather.
