Well I got a 05 dodge ram 2500 crew cab paid 70 dollars for a half wash and vacuum did a terrible job I said no tire shine they still put it so when I left it was slung all over my truck didnt clean mirrors or the mirror mounts vacuum the floor in the front not the back left dirt on back door and door pillar and drift I. The Windows in the back as well. I will nvr use them agian NEVER

Mediocre experience all around. This place will get you by if you’re short on time for a car wash or can’t get it done at home. You get a clean car, but not clean enough for what you pay for. Paid for an executive wash which included an interior wipe down and vacuum. I will have to go back over the inside with a vacuum, as they missed the seats and kind of “brushed over” the carpet with a vacuum. Also did not clean my rims; instead, tire shine was sprayed over the top of them to make them appear cleaned, but I’m going to have to clean them myself because I’m not sure what dirt and brake dust mixed with tire shine does to your rims. Don’t get me wrong, they cleaned the vehicle and it looks better than when it came in, but to sum up the entire experience, it would be subpar to par.

If you want to have stuff stolen out of your truck and have management call you a liar because they review their "cameras" regulatory please go there. They are the liars. I really hope you guys get your stuff together. It's my goal to make sure your 3 stars go down to 1 because reading every one else's posts makes me sick. Horrible customer service as soon as you walk in. Trying to up sell every customer so you can make up in sales because no one else wants to come to you guys. Please for the love of god get new management.

Paid 40 dollars to have my GMC washed and clean from inside. Was very disappointed when I got my car back. I always make sure there is no trash or items anywhere on my car so that they can do a good job. I never send my car back for something minor but this time, my floor carpet seats had not been vacuumed or wiped down, you could see the dust on my dashboard and seats. It was as if notthing had been done. First time I send it back. Not even 5 minutes later they called my name. Vacuum was a bit better but everything else was still dusty. I was so mad I just left. I had told my husband to meet me there to wash his truck . He never been there before and I wanted his truck to look good. He also paid 40 dollars to have his interior wiped down. When he got home. I went outside thinking I was going to see a professional Wash on his truck. When I saw his truck streaks were running down all around his truck, windows were dirty and when I open the door I gasped, they had not even tried to wiped down his seats and dashboard. They had not even wash his bed. I left Jiffy car wash years ago for bad car washes after a few and came here Will not be going back! 80 dollars down the drain. My 8 year old could have done a better job!

First time customer and won’t be returning. First, get rid of the greeter who instead of welcoming you and asking what you would like done to your vehicle, tries to upsell everything. It’s in bad taste to do that anywhere before even listening to the customer’s needs. Ended up paying $60 for a horrible wash and wax job. It seems like they didn’t wash the doors well enough, dried them, then applied wax on top of dirt. On a black vehicle, it looks terrible. Floor mats were left soaking wet in the truck bed. They have so many people working there and they must all be doing half their jobs.

After going to another full service wash nearby and being quoted $250.00 to remove bug poop from my car H20 guys were polite and honest and $140.00 less! Great job guys and they know what they are talking about! The other place so rude and uneducated about plaine ole bug doo!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. $55.00 for wash and clean the interior of my truck. Horrible job. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Have been going here for years. Will not be back. Still trying to get the nasty film off of my dash and seats. I sure hope they didn't ruin my leather seats. DO NOT GO HERE. COMPLETE RIP OFF.

My husband decided to surprise me and took the car to get waxed. He paid 100 dollars and now my vehicle has tiny circular surface scratches all over the entire vehicle. He didn’t notice at first since it was all shiny but you can definitely tell since the car is black. What a waste of money and now not sure if they will even make it right. Feel the car needs a new paint job!

They don't listen to their customers. I made it perfectly clear I ONLY wanted the outside washed and wiped down. No vacuuming, no wiping down the interior and absolutely NO tire dressing. So what happens? 2 people get inside and start wiping. After I stopped them, I walked away and another person starts putting on tire dressing! Unbelievable!! On top of all that they got their tire dressing coated shoes all over the interior carpeted floor mats. No respect for other peoples cars!!

I have to go to a car wash because I only have well water and cant wash with it. I always go to Slaughter and they have always been friendly and done a good job. The car always looks so much better than when I went in - smells good too and I am just happy that there is a place I can go to get my car detailed and washed in good time and at a reasonable price. I don't find fault because there will always be a little something that is missed (no-one is perfect). I take everything out of the car and never leave money as it's too much of a temptation for anyone.

Repeat customer, never get a complete wash on my truck, always have to do a once over and clean my windows, wipe down surfaces and generally clean overlooked areas. Last time I spend my hard earned money in this establishment, if I did my job this bad I wouldn't be in business.

I occasionally have my car washed here and paid $20 per wash. Today I was told the price was now $25. That’s way too much for a mediocre job. No tip today!! I won’t be coming here again. I also thought the cashier was snippy to me.

Two stars not because the hard working men and women that work here but rather because of the cheap owners. They won’t let you get cash back to tip the workers instead they direct you to an ATM that, surprise, charges you 3.50 in addition to whatever your bank levies against you. Don’t come here unless you have cash in your pocket to tip the crew.

Literally been sitting watching other cars get done way after mine, I was told 30 minutes max... it's been an hour and my car still hasn't moved. The exterior was clean, but I paid for both the interior and exterior. The backseat was not properly vaccumed, as well as the rest of my car. The mats were washed but still very wet when I got my car back. They had to redo my windows because they were not clean. Tires were not properly cleaned. Will not be coming back.

They did great job cleaning inside the car BUT the employee who works there are thief. The reason I said that is because I had a lot I mean ALOT of changes in where the drink holder in my car. It’s all gone and the employee there stolen whole my changes while cleaning inside. I wouldn’t recommend you people go there. That’s very dishonest and thief!

I never post reviews, but I was so upset over my experience today that I can't not say something. The gentleman at the entrance scribbled on a paper and handed it to me providing no instruction or guidance, no one at the bay directed me which lane to drive in or where to park, and when my car was completed they just told me it was finished and walked away. I could have left without paying, but I stopped the guy and asked where I go to do so. After paying much more than I expected for a basic wash, I approach my car and open the door to find that they very obviously didnt vacuum at all; just rinsed my floormats and called it a day. Unbelievably disappointing. Additionally, their website pricing states "wash rubber mats: $2.00" but be aware, its $2.00 PER MAT. That's another $8 tacked onto an already lofty basic service price of $18. This place provides lazy service. But I guess that's the price I pay for not visiting the self-wash down the road to make sure it gets done right. This will be my first and last visit.

Excellent job. My car looked like it was on life support. It noe looks like new after being cleaned and detailed. I had some particular issues that I mentioned to the gentleman who checked me in. Never did I ask for any special treatment but on two separate occasions he stepped up and offered me help. At the end I was about to leave a tip for the work well done in the wrong place. One of the workers, looking out for his fellow workers, let me know to give the tip directly to the people who detailed my car. I was impressed that he had their backs. You can't go wrong going here. Quality of work and professionalism are unparalleled.

H2O Car Wash, at Slaughter Ln. and S. 1st, costs a bit more than I can usually afford. But, I got a $100 gift card for Christmas and that is the cost for complete detailing. The people were so kind, joyful, and also included taking the cigarette smell out. Even my non-smokers were thrilled with the fantastic job done on my car.

Have been taking my vehicle here for a couple years now. Always quick service (when there isn’t 50 other cars in line, then yes it will be a bit of a wait) and comfortable waiting area inside. Recommend the full wipe down and the shampoo wash if needed.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Terrible attention to detail, terrible customer service, and prices that steadily increase. I used to be a card carrying subscription member and quit several years ago when I saw the quality of the work declining. I went back today to give them another shot. At H2O, everything is an upcharge. They wanted to charge me $60 for a wash, vacuumed interior, and a door wipe-down. They wanted to charge me even more to use conditioner on the interior! What was the included wipe-down then? They knocked off $10 after I complained about the increased prices. THEN, I got my truck... trash still in the door pulls, trash under the seats, cupholders and door panels still full of dust, floor mats untouched and dirt on my wheels and wheel wells. Basically I paid $50 and still have to finish the job at home. I also took it in with a quarter of tank and now am 20 miles to empty. No 50 miles notification which means my truck was left on the ENTIRE TIME. SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME & EFFORT. Steer clear of this establishment and trust their competition.

Took my truck in two weeks ago and got the Executive. Not sure what’s happened to the service here over the last year or so, but it’s gone down drastically. My bed still had dirt and leaves in it. My dash and center console still had visible dirt and dust. They said they vacuumed, but there were still leaves around the passenger side in the back seat. Cup holders still full of dirt and dust. Windows not cleaned. Total bummer. I used to love this place.

Hello.... I just wanted to share my experience about my visit to slaughter H2O car wash. When I picked up my vehicle I was very disappointed with how it looked on the inside. I let Ruby know, she pointed me to the person who would help me. He got the persons that did my car to come with me so I could show them. Well one of them had a very bad attitude and did not want to redo it, so I asked for the towel so I could do it myself. So basically I paid so that I could do it my own self. By this time I was upset. But....."Reve" (someone who understands that when you pay for services it should be done right) came through made my vehicle look the way it should've.
