I bought a suv at this dealership in 2016. I was looking for a 3 row suv and they said I didn’t qualify for one so they basically pushed me into buying a regular suv. It was my first time buying a new car so I believed everything they told me they never discussed with me the price of the vehicle or the interest rate. They just told me what my monthly payment would be and to sign the contract. Now two years later I needed a bigger vehicle for my growing family and when I went to another dealership to trade in my car I found out I had bought an overpriced suv and now I’m so upside down. I would never recommend this dealership to any friends and family. Basically all they want is to sell you an overpriced vehicle and don’t care about what you really want and just make a sale. I wish I would’ve never signed that contract well now is a little too late for that. But don’t go there and definitely don’t sign a contract without them explaining to you all the details. Lesson learned for me

I retract my bad review and I am very pleased with them! They made everything right after a bad experience in trying to have my vehicle serviced. They called me the next day that their equipment had been fixed and got me in the next morning to have my vehicle fixed at no cost to me! Now that is great customer service! Previous review below: Very disappointed with this place. I had an appointment for my vehicle to get serviced and I made the appointment a week prior to the service date. My vehicle sat there for two hours and they did not do the work it needed. The worst part is that I called them to see if it was ready, then find out it was not serviced. It sat for two hours and they did not bother to call me to let me know that they couldn't do the work bc their equipment was not working. AND they knew about the equipment not working since Saturday...why not call and reschedule????? Not happy at all.

I went to Fort Bend Kia to get a used car and I don't have much credit history, so finding a car has been difficult. I didn't want another junker that would have been in and out of the shop and dead in a year or less, so that left out most of the dealers that promise "financing to everyone!" because I don't trust that they are really going to sell good, quality cars. So after several dealers turned me down unless I could come up with a co-signer, I go here... and they found a way to give me a car loan. I got a great 2006 Saturn that I couldn't be happier with, and the payments are super low. I couldn't be happier with the service and all the strings they had to pull to get me financed. I am definitely going to pass the word along.... to all my friends who are looking to buy a car, used or new. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and it was a really positive experience, and it was priceless to drive away from the dealership in my shiny new car! Thanks, guys!

The first time I went to Kia I had a pleasant experience, I went to Kia today July 8th 2017 and was treated good by my dealer but I went through the whole process they told me the car I was getting was getting detailed and 5 hours later while still waiting and finance specialist treated me with such disrespect and ashamed as if my money wasn't good enough for them It was ridiculous. I then left with no car and a little disturbed. Probably will not be returning to this Kia location.(Rosenberg) if your a first time buyer and don't have 6000 dollars in cash like I was told by the finance advisor don't even show up.

Purchasing an automobile is a very stressful experience. Both in choosing a car and personal comfort. Herve is the kindest, most understanding salesman we have ever had. He understood that we wanted no pressure and that’s exactly how he deliver his sales approach. Everyone was kind. However Herve spent the most time with us. We were not an easy sale. However, Herve was absolutely wonderful. He explained the car and how use it. We, as senior citizens will need a little refresher course because our brains couldn’t handle all the learning and all these new gadgets in this car. But all in all. It was a wonderful experience. I bought a 2014 Soul in May 2015. It was overpriced. The salesman could not get the crew detail clean the car. The APR was set really high. The car's price was 14k plus and I walked out with $23900. I am upside down just because I trusted this dealership. It is located in Fort Bend, the supposedly "rich" area, that is why they keep the price so high because they know there are people who don't pay attention to numbers in this area. Its better to go for other dealerships the next stop.

May 30, 2019 Ft. Bend Kia and the staff Chance, Virgil and Joe worked with me to get me in a new vehicle yesterday. I'm very pleased to stay a Kia customer as I feel that these are some awesome vehicles. Stop by and give Chance in sales a chat and he can hook you up with whatever you need. I'm please to be able to edit my earlier review. May 23, 2019. In 2015 I went and paid cash for a Kia Sorento at the same time I signed up for the platinum warranty package. I was very happy and thought that I was getting exceptional service. All service to my vehicle was performed at this dealership. Last Thursday my vehicle stopped running while driving down 59. Lost power, brakes and power steering. Fearing for my life I had to coast thru 3 or 4 lanes of heavy traffic mind you with no brakes or power steering. Ended up in Lowes Parking Lot Sugarland. Called Kia service and was told they couldn't help me to call my insurance. So I did just that. After waiting an hour in the hot sun I finally got towed to Kia. The service dept finally contacted me after I had made several calls and trips to the dealership at 5:00 Monday afternoon. At this time I was told that the PCM would have to be replaced. Not sure until this is done if that is all of the problems. While I was at the dealership on Monday I was looking at the warranty package that I purchased. I was within 15 miles of dealership and didn't get a offer of a tow. After researching this I also found out that a repair for a motor of passenger mirror was a covered expense but for 3 times I asked for it to be fixed and they told me it would cost to much out of pocket. This was wrong. Now I have a rental but Kia will only pay for 2 days. I was without a vehicle for 6 days already. They want me to turn in the rental after 2 days so they can order the part and have it shipped takes 3 additional business days. They told me I couldn't keep the rental during the shipment time. This is not my problem. While I was there on Monday I kept telling them I thought I was getting great service but now I have found out differently. I wanted to purchase another Kia but having reservations. Once I get my vehicle back I will not feel safe driving it and will be searching for a new vehicle. Vehicle only has 83,000 miles on it and still 16,000 miles extended warranty and is in very good if not excellent shape.. Be aware of what you have paid for and the service that you are getting.

My husband and I were in the market for a newer used car or new car for our college aged son who will be moving off campus next semester and traveling from Sugar Land to San Marcos. When we arrived at Kia, we were greeted by Antonio Page. We did not know which new Kia model to look at. We told Antonio the other models we were looking at and asked to look at the Kia model that would be in the same class. Antonio showed us the Forte. He explained all the features of the vehicle. After looking at several other car models and working with several other salesman, I found Antonio to be much more knowledgeable about the cars he represents. We came across sales man at competition who said they had to ask their manager about what the warranty on their new cars?! What? And another salesman who did say their car featured Android Car Play….but did not explain what it was. Initially I thought it was just for playing his song lists. Antonio told us the car had Android car play but explained exactly everything it can do. We set a tentative appointment for the following weekend when our son was home from college. Antonio called to confirm a few days prior and he remembered all details of our situation which I appreciated….no need to refresh his memory. During the test drive, our son (and his girlfriend) went with the salesman, while we stayed at dealership. Our son shared with me that Antonio thoroughly explained all the features of the vehicle where the salesman at the other dealerships just asked my son if that was the car he wanted to buy (and did not explain any features of the car to him) They all knew he was previously driving a 2006 car that didn’t have any of the electronics of the new vehicles. We found Antonio Page at Fort Bend Kia to be straight forward and knowledgeable. I also noticed Antonio had several customers at one time, however, he did an excellent job of balancing his time between customers. I never felt like I was left waiting for the next step. By far, Antonio is the best car salesman we have ever worked with. Once we decided we wanted Forte, Antonio worked hard to gain our business by getting us in at the price point we wanted. With dealer discounts and factory rebates, we found we only had to spend a little bit more to purchase a new vehicle vs a used with low mileage. As a mom, I have peace of mind with my son driving back and forth on I-10 in a dependable vehicle. I highly recommend Antonio Page from Fort Bend Kia! When we are in the market for another vehicle, I will go see Antonio to see which Kia model may fit our needs!

And, I mean that in a very positive sense. Sometime you luck into a good salesman, (Mine here was Nabeel, who is outstanding). But at Fort Bend Kia, every sales person, and the entire staff, treat you with courtesy, respect, and friendliness. You soon get the feeling there is a team effort to make sure you have a positive experience. And, it all happens in a very relaxed atmosphere. I regret there are only 5-Star ratings, because as far as I'm concerned, this dealership deserves a 6-Star rating. If a new or pre-owned vehicle is in your future, you need to give these folks a shot at your business. You can be sure they will work to earn it.

Very nice people. Maintenance is great the maintenance schedulers work with you and I have gone in with no appointment and they took great care of us. I drive 350 miles round trip to MD Anderson hospital everyday for cancer treatment. so I get a lot of oil changes there and they are always ready to take care of us. And a lot of times I have my 50 pb dog and it's not a problem. When it comes time to get a new car thus is the 1st place I will go to.

I desperately needed a car after mine (and my apartment) flooded. After many inquiries I decided to go to Fort Bend Kia bc Rod was willing to work with me over the phone and by text whereas at least 4 other places pressured me so hard to come in. These other places made it sounded like that would be so easy for a person who got flooded to move around Houston. Not Rod. He called when my texts confused him but we mostly texted and I really appreciated it. I was able to negotiate a good deal because both Rod and his manager were so understanding and kind. Not to mention the process was very quick when I got there because everything was agreed over the phone. I am not happy getting into debt again but this is a necessary evil. I also thought I would never drive a Kia Soul because it's funky looking until I had one as a rental and I enjoyed it very much. It has such a luxurious feel and amazingly had so much cargo space. Ask for Rod if you want to work with someone who won't hassle you! He will work with your circumstances and let leave there feeling good about buying a new car.

After getting my oil changed at a competitor, the competitor recommended 8 things that needed to be done to my car, totaling 900$+ I called Fort Bend Kia and asked if they could take a look and see what I really needed. I walked out spending only 90$ because the only thing my car really needed was a brake fluid flush. And that “new car battery” my car supposedly needed from the competitor place? I originally came in to Fort Bend Kia to replace my antenna. I was really upset because it came off in the car wash that I’ve been going to for years and they refused to help me. I was also upset because u til I could get the antenna fixed, I covered it with tape. When then tape came off, the paint also came off of my care. Fort Bend Kia not only fixed my antenna but exceeded my expectations by also repainting the top of my car. They also fixed my brakes. I no longer sound like I am dragging someone down the street with me. My time here was well spent. I was checked on and even given updates.

Yesterday April 24 2019 I got there for oil change in my KIA Sedona 2007. After oil change I drove my van 10 miles it’s got heat and I stopped my car and opened the hood water was boiling and smoke came out to much and engine cover was opened .the time was 7 pm and dealership has closed. So I went there next day 11:50 in the morning told them what was happened check my van I said the Machanic did something wrong by accidentally but they totally refused me and didn’t do anything. I advise to be careful.

You CANNOT and WILL NOT find a better place to buy a car, I can promise you! My family purchased two cars in a week simply because our first experience was THAT GOOD. We went looking for a van to accommodate our large family and Nabeel (who is a treasure!) worked with us through and through. He put zero pressure on buying things we didn’t need and only focused on what we wanted! Our trip was well planned out we knew which car, which models, etc and Nabeel never waivered on price. The price he quoted WAS the price! No tricks, no gimmicks! While other dealers told us they couldn’t “promise” prices over email. We were in an out in under 4 hours which I know sounds long, but that was discussing needs, sitting in and test driving a few models, waiting for credit checks, working through finance, and getting our vehicle drive out ready! I have two toddlers, time is important to me especially when I’m racing against ever changing moods and immenint nap times. Nabeel made sure my kids were taken care of and comfortable and made the whole experience so much easier. When we went the second time, my sister disregarded our advice to go straight to fort bend Kia and instead tried a “larger” north Houston dealer since they had the car she wanted on the lot at a lower price online. Except, that price was a lie and we sat JUST WAITING for four PLUS hours there. We ended our visit with them after calling Nabeel, who in 45 minutes or less, found an even newer car, priced it, and started the paperwork for my sister to sign on Monday when she came in. The second visit was 2 hours MAX. This car was so new my sister watched them peel the plastic off. She made it through finanace and the car through the necessary drive out prep in record time. If you’re looking to buy a Kia, buy from Fort Bend Kia! Everywhere else will have you waiting for hours and give you interest rates (literally!) ten points HIGHER than fort bend Kia! And I know this is SO small and petty, but the second we walked in to Fort Bend kia, we were offered water. The other place didn’t offer water until we’d been sitting in the finance offers for two hours. Think about that if customer service means something to you!
