DO NOT RECOMMEND-First time here, brought my new luxury car to try them out since I had spent some time at the beach. Paid for the "Works" and I was very disappointed with their service. Friendly upon arrival but their cleaning was horrible. outside my car looked cleaned, few water spots left on it but no biggie, then I saw some sand on the inside in the front seats and cup holder with smudges, okay again I thought no big deal I will wipe it off. When I got home, opened the trunk still full of sand everywhere, they did not bother to get the mat off and at least water it down to take off the sand. And I realized no Air freshener either, the manager had even asked me on what scent. I wasted time, and money here. NEVER GOING BACK! DIRTY JOB!

Ok here we go. The manager did call me back and offered a refund or to fix the problem. They initially did not vacuum inside properly. There was stuff i didnt even get the car dirty w to begin with. The floor matts had puddles of water. And thats bc my carpets under matts are clean from when i drove it off dealership when i bought it. I asked them to fix it. They did NOT. They didn't do rims or front of car. It had bugs still. The headlights were dirty. I will never ever go back. DO NOT GO HERE. I WASTED 2 HOURS OF MY AFTERNOON THERE. and i ended up doing it myself. $21 thrown away. Im glad they refunded bc I ENDED UP DOING IT MYSELF. MY RIMS ARE STILL DIRTY W HANDPRINTS ON GLASS. AND STREAKS OF RUNOFF WATER ON WINDSHIELD.

They do a fantastic job and the price isn’t high either. I usually tip ($3) the person washing it and still pay about $25 for the full package, I think it’s a little more if you have full sized truck. Definitely recommend and also they offer a guarantee where of it rains within 24hrs you can always bring your receipt and they’ll wash it again for free.

Was there early on a thursday morning, third in line. Got through quick, fantastic wash n vacuum job, tipped the dudes who finished it and away I went!

march 14,2012 i wanted to clean my car before heading back to dallas, tx. this place was suppose to be a good place to take my car in.I left it there all day for a detail ,shampoo and cleaning...when i got it I it looked good and clean.,I fail to look in the back (suv) so it didnt think anything of it..when i got home and was getting to load up my car..i notice that they had damage my back seat in the back.they bent the head rest ,where the foam was out..and had deep grooves in the back..they were not there when i took my car in,because i had to make sure nothing was left in the car.,due to ,it was going to be there all day..i went back. talk to assist mgr. who said that the mgr/owner was not in town..they gave me the runaround and sd to come back on monday morning,i was heading back sunday..they were not taking care of this problem which they created. I am so unhappy with this business and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place to anybody..i spent $70 for them to damage my car and was no compensated for it...IF YOU WANT YOU CAR NOT TO BE DAMAGE , DONT GO TO THIS PLACE.!!!!!!!

I just came in for a basic wash. There was no one there not a customer in sight. I thought it was just because it was an odd time to go, I was sadly mistaken. I drove through the automatic wash myself. I proceeded to leave the machine and they did not wipe down my vehicle and told me to leave. I had to drive home and by the time I got home there were water marks all over my vehicle.

With a 3500 Ram. I agreed to a hand wash twice charge for the size. $76 for a halfass job, if even that.. spots everywhere, didn't even buff the wax. Cloudy windshield ect. Missed interior spots. Sfmh never again.

Outside payment machine is broken. Long lines of cars waiting to be washed. No one seems to care how long it takes. I think I will find a new car wash.

Visited again for a better experience compared to last time. There were quite a few cars in line but didn't wait as long as suspected. I needed to get my windshield repaired again by Joe's Windshield Repair but didn't get the same guy as last time. Some young kid wasn't as helpful as the man before. My suggestion is to only use their services if you have more than one star/chip. (My sister suggests to run away as she was screwed over and had to buy a new windshield after they promised to reimburse a botched repair and never did). This fool wanted to fix one chip/star for $45!! No way, most places only charge $25...kid said I would need to have 2 or more chips/stars fixed to get a them repaired at $20 a piece. Anyway, the workers who vacuumed, detailed and waxed my car did a much better job compared to last time. Many workers are young and may not pay attention to detail as much, so just as long as you double check their work and tell them what needs to be cleaned again, they'll gladly do it.

The gentlemen cleaning your car work hard and it's evident. However, there is a lack of quality control that needs to get fixed. Saw the gentleman use the same cloth on the dashboard and tires. And windex was used on my dashboard. Hope these issues get resolved or I will have to find a new car wash.

I had my truck done here, or I should say I paid to have out done, for starters they missed half the dash.. The radio and the driver dials weren't even touched. Everything else was soaked with armour all or whatever they use. They missed all the details. Which is the point of having your vehicle detailed..

The detailing was good at first and friendly employees but I had to go back because there was white residue left all over the interior. It looked worst than before I took it in. Also my floor mats were not cleaned still had dirt and sand. Took it back today and they cleaned it again but not completely. The backseat headrests were still yucky looking with white residue along with the buckles too. For what I spend which was a pretty penny ($170.00) to detail the interior and clean my car, I'm very disappointed and really upset. Never again.

12/26/14 My truck was left very dirty!! ....the truck wasn't vacuumed properly, bottom sides and side steps full of mud, dashboard and mirrors all dirty. Worker sped off on my truck 3x very rudely after I told them that my truck was dirty. This place doesn't even deserve half a star!!

Awful service, went on 1/6/18 took an hour and half to get my truck “wash” went i got to my house i notice the rims were NOT clean properly and all the plastic on the outside was combined with the dirt really bad job so i came back today with my ticket on hand and the supervisor sees the job and agreed that it was a really bad job and tells me yes come another day because we have a lot work right now, to me that is a company that does NOT CARES for their customers. It would only take a couple minutes for the job to be fix, I would NOT spend my money in a place like these ever again.

They told my car would be done in 4 hrs. When I arrived 4 and 1/2 hours later, they asked for 2 more hours!!! 2 more hours put them at 6:30... they close at 6:00!
