My jeep was not clean. We pull it behind our rv and it had a lot of road filth from the rain. Thought with the guys brushing it before entry , that it would look nice when done. Still dirty.

I use this place all the time but they are getting to where there is only one person out pre washing. And one fittest works here Mercator clean up his language toy can not here it but he his right in front of the vehicle usually upset telling other employees. Also is the same employee that does not want to stay and wash vehicle

I went there during the time when they had buy 1 get 1 free washes. I bought the most expensive wash kept my receipt came back 3/22 to use it and the code wouldn't work told the attendant and he called his manager. The manager said the code must have been used already or expired, I said neither because I typically go to the car wash in Tyler and you can clearly see it isn't expired. I told him he would have to do something and he said he could give me a free wash this time. I said ok didn't realize that he gave me the basic wash when I purchased the most expensive. I won't be back!

Couldn't wash a truck for a headache rack, months ago. Stopped a half dozen times when in town, to get a refund, but can't get one because manager is never in. We always "Just missed him.". It's old after 2 or 3 times.

You pretty much have to get the premium wash to get it clean. Vacuum area is nice, not covered, but strong vacuums, air blowers to get innto creavices. All in all, a nice place to clean your vehicle up.

Crooked dishonest thieves. I went through there and my truck would not fit through so they told me to come back tomorrow for a refund and they would give me a refund and they refused. I even signed a receipt that the employee gave me! Now I'm left with a dirty truck and money stolen from me.

With the atenendents they have at the start of the wash pre washing your vehicle the automatic car wash does a pretty good job.

Went in today Friday Aug.11th and boys did not mop car. Well I usually one out clean , but today had to go home and re-wash bumper and all back of my sequoia because it was filthy. Not sure why but car behind me was dirty also and I noticed as I was vacuuming mine out they had complained and was going back through wash. I go through this wash once a week but if this happens again I will find somewhere else.

I liked this car wash when they first opened then they just kept going down hill. The touch screen has been updated to where you have less options so the car wash makes money but you don’t get a good wash. I’ve been here twice since the new update and the first time was horrible I didn’t wash my car. So the second time I did the cheapest car wash which is six dollars and then I added an extra tire shine to it. And again my car is not washed at all. The whole bottom of my car is disgusting also my wheels are still black. In front of my car at the bottom is complete bug guts and dirt. So basically the only thing I like about this car wash now is the vacuums because they actually work but that something I do myself. So this place is a waste of money now in my opinion. I don’t recommend anyone going here get their car washed.

I have a recurring membership to this pace and I think is affordable for what you get. The vacuums are strong and the staff are nice. The only thing that I could think of that would improve the place is a automatic all weather mat washer

Um went there paid twenty bucks for the very best wash they offer ,and my car was not that dirty , well anyway ended with bad water streaks ,bugs all on the front still,dirty tires,the manager was rude and the vacuumsbwouldnot pick anything up I even tried to move to the second one. I went talked to the manager and he didn't care and refused to rewash the car,refused to make it right when he knows it wasn't .I will never spend my money here again

I've used the drive thru washes in Tyler, and I come out with bugs stuck on the grill. But this wash does an outstanding job. Not sure if it's because it is slower or not, but this was my 3rd time there. Highly satisfied.
