AMAZING customer service and great car wash. I’ve always had a good experience at this place. The last time I got my car washed some marks were left behind on the windshield. I happened to stop by & ask if they knew how to get rid of them because they wouldn’t wash off. I was speaking with the owner & didn’t even realize it. He sent me through for a free wash to see if that’d help rid the streaks. Everyone is always so friendly and I have been thinking about signing up for the season ticket pass. The owners interaction with me today really sold me. Thanks again Daniel! I appreciated you doing that for me, I wasn’t expecting that! You have a really great car wash & employees.

Not sure how to tell the distance between the cheapest and most expensive car wash. I feel I paid $18 but got a cheap wash. Having vacuums for free is great if there is a spot not filled... but I didn't get the chance to use one. Edit: thank you for replying. I was able to stop by yesterday and got the wash and vacuum. Im changing my rating. You turned a bad experience around. The vacuums are awesome. Also the micro towels to help get those finishing touches are very convenient. I'll be back for sure.

Zipped in and zipped out on my way to Austin from Dallas. Then twenty miles down the road it went from sunny and dry to grey and wet. I love Texas any way I can get her. Car wash was great.

Really Great car wash, had really good vacumes, free towels , very convenient, the manager let us go again because we had bird poop still on our car. There a 3 day warranty with the home run car wash.

This car wash did an awesome job on my muddy car. I've been through other drive through washes that didn't do as good a job. I'd give 5 stars if it was in a more central location and had the option to pay for someone to vacuum for me. I have a baby and it was hard to do it myself.

I wash my green machine here all the time using my season pass. The staff is friendly and always smiling. Plus the free vacuums, towels, and mat cleaning machines freaking rock!

I just wanted to say your staff is always very friendly and helpful. This afternoon I was wiping the back bumper of my car when a young man named Jarvis walked over and started wiping my front bumper. This is a self service area and not required by the employees, wow, great service.

This is the nicest car wash in New Braunfels. Staff is helpful and friendly, vacuums are always working and the best part is it is clean and well cared for. Free car mat wash is awesome also. I recommend getting in on the monthly plan where you can get a free wash everyday!

Great car wash for the most part. Major issue is you have to wipe your wheels with a rag to clean them off after the car wash. The wheel cleaner is not worth the upgrade because they dont get any cleaner with the so called wheel blaster.

Good wash, friendly staff. But the towels they put out to use are always dirty and need to be washed. They reuse towels without washing them, which ruins the nice wash my vehicle just received. Their response below is not true. Ask any employee as they refold a dirty towel from the blue bins and put them back on the rack. I've asked a couple and they've all stated they dont wash until the towels get "really" bad. Either management is lying or staff not doing what they should. You go down a star for that.

Reasonable prices with quick service. They typically have an attendant at the pay station so you don’t have to guess how to use it. Pretty straight forward system and membership. The wash quality is really good.

I recently purchased a new car and immediately got a fast pass so that I could keep my car looking new. I love how convenient it is for me to go by on my way home from work, and I especially love how kind all of the employees are. Everyone was super knowledgeable and Carlos helped guide me through the whole process and made sure that my car looked great when I left. Hands down the best car wash in New Braunfels.

** So thankful that the owner reached out to me on this! I'm confident that the issue will be addressed. This is a business owner that really cares for the customers. Changing my review to 5 starts simply based on that. - (since my original review had very little to do with the wash that was provided- I feel that will be consistent with the last visit.) Went once and won’t go back. Wash was fine. One of the employees had a bad attitude.. I’d rather go where I feel welcomed and comfortable.

I'm giving you a 3 because I've been here several time and was pleased every time until today. Bought the "Grand Slam". The guys with the brushes at the front barely touched the car and 1 quick swipe at the windshield. There wasn't even one car in line behind me, so they weren't too busy. Got through and the car was dirty, the wheels were dirty & the bugs were still on the front windshield. Disappointed this time.

Great prices. The wash cleaned up my car nice and they got all the bugs off after a long drive across the country. Staff even helped me dry! The vacuums are super strong and helped get all the spilled food my kids dropped on the trip. Very happy all around.

Visiting San Marcos from Dallas and it is well worth the short drive to this car wash. The free towel, compressed air and mat wash is better than any car wash in Dallas or Fort Worth. Hats off to the owner and staff. Highly professional, maintained and run facility. Wish this would expand to North Dallas. We have nothing that compares at the prices and amenities. I’ll visit again! I have been to plenty of carwashes, but this one is my favorite. Love how it washes my cars. I purchased one car wash and was hooked. So I got monthly memberships on both my vehicles. The staff there is absolutely amazing. I accidentally through away important paperwork, and Justin went out of his way to look through the trash bags in the big dumpster and the ones located by the vacuums . We found the papers. Thank you Big League Car Wash!!!!!

Love this place. They scrub your windows, front and back sides before going in. Never a very long wait. Goes through fast. Great dryer at the end.

Visited here about 10 times throughout the year. Quick service and always leave clean! The only thing I would POSSIBLY change is adding a staffer or two to apply tire shine. Not sure why they dont, possibly too many cars to service. Other places do it and the guys do a quick wipe down and hit your car with tireshine. They leave a tip jar out and I always give a good tip for leaving my car the extra love. I think it would only benefit this wash and possibly add some extra cash to the workers pockets.

Big League Car Wash is a great place to wash your car. The location is super convenient and the prices are great. The car wash tunnel gets your car squeaky clean, and the vacuums really suck (in the good way that vacuums should suck.) There are also towels and free floor mat washing machines to use. My favorite though, has to be the little compressed air blower thing, it gets all of the crumbs out of the nooks and crannies.
