I've been to a lot of automatic car washes in my lifetime and I can say without a doubt, this is my favorite. It does a great job of getting my vehicle clean, the optional towel dry service is great, and the free vacuums are a bonus. I pay for the monthly Fast Pass and love it.

I am from out of town and stopped here to get a wash. For 10 dollars the wash I got cleaned the entire car and left it pretty dry at the end which is nice. The real bonus here is the vacuums. I felt like I need to were hearing protection those things were sucking so hard. Got all the dog hair out of my cargo area and were great to get into those tight spots on the sides of your seats!

This place is horrible! Went there had to dry my own car as the employees watched, LITERALLY! Talked to the manager he tried making excuses pretty much by saying maybe this happened or maybe that happened. He did apologize though I'd give him that. When I asked the employee why he was just watching me was my car he said cause you drying it already n***a. I told him I pay for him to do it and I'm helping him do his job. There's much more too much to type that should be enough. I love the one off McNeil they move fast and I always deserve a tip.

The hands off car wash looks like it did a good job but the rinse cycle needs to be longer because i still had soap on my car after i exited the car wash.

Got the RainX/ArmorAll $18 wash and was left less than impressed. Dryers did not do a very good job, and the hand drying. The vehicle infront of me was filthy after their wash, and the staff used the same microfibers on my vehicle. Staff applied tire shine with a a brush, but did not wipe it off causing tire sling on the drive back

This car was used to be the best in Wichita Falls but suddenly they set their wash so it doesn't scrub your hood or the roof or the back of your car if you have a car rack on because they're afraid they're brushes or going to get caught and they don't want to deal with it I'm going to change my club membership to another car wash

Had to go back because there was dirt streaked down my back windshield. Second go round (let me go through for free) and it wasn't as noticeable, but was still dirty. Definitely disappointed in the wash but other than that the workers were courteous and understanding.

Had to get my own mirrors and ask them to dry my truck. Paid for the highest priced wash. Workers are lazy and want a tip for slow and poor quality work.

Excellent wash compared to Kell location. Downfall is the entrance and exit as it's tightly packed w/ Maplewood traffic blocking the entrance and cars exiting the wash can't leave if traffic is heavy. Other than traffic location and size of the entrance, excellent car wash. Would be 5 stars if rated on the wash only.

Already posted it is a great place to go do the monthly car wash special where they put a sticker on your window. You can wash your car twice a day if you want and they have different packages.

3rd time in a month that the person working o the entrance gives me the cheap wash when I am pay for the most expensive one!! My time is valuable and its ridiculous that some incompetent person can do their job right. They should pay attention to what they do.

Gotten very expensive with less service after the wash. Must spend over $14 to get a wipe down with a hit and miss attitude. The wash itself was good. Just left one dried bird splat.

Your experiance can be good but it can be bad also. I have taken my car there and they did a fabulous job. I have also taken it there and it looked very bad. Check you car and make sure you are getting the work do e you pay for.

New technology cleans the car better than other carwashes in town. Also their vacuums totally suck!
