Nice and relaxing. Had little issues with no ine assisting me at the check in it was my first time. I had to back my SUV up to read the board which realistically that was my error from the beginning. Going on ramp tendant was nice. Had difficulty with vacuum as well.

I went here about a week ago and I loved it. The prices seemed pretty affordable, but when I was trying to pay, it said I was a "Lucky duck"! First time going there and I was a random winner. So I enjoyed a free $20 wash. You get to vacuum out your car and use window cleaners for free. I also think it is a neat idea for people having the option to become a member for unlimited washes if they do go that often. If you just go once a month, you'll be better to just pay the $20. But over that, I think the membership would be a good investment. I'll be going back when I can!!!

Seems like this business just keeps getting worse and worse. Price keeps going up, parking lot isn't well thought out and rude customer service. Also half the vacuum cleaners do not work. Save your time and go somewhere else.

I'm here about 4 times a week . I love this car wash but they loose a star for 2 reasons 1. My truck was hit when a car ran off track and i didn't feel like they cared. 2. I've been a few times and it was closed and I had to pay elsewhere for a wash when I pay a membership with them

You can usually almost get hit by a driver leaving the vacuum area as you are leaving the wash. Last wash the moving portions of the wash started moving after 1/4 of my vehicle passed by the sensor. Would have been better if followed another car but I was early on a Friday morning. I will continue to go there.

I go there twice a week to wash my truck automatic go through it. I pay by the month so I don't have to stop and wait in that line. Every month you get a free car in Scent. After your car wash they have window cleaner Rags vacuum that you can use free. Before Car Wash could wash the bugs off your car and your tires. Friendly people, always have a smile on their face, always willing to help, and always doing Above & Beyond of their expectations. I recommend this car wash to everybody.

Great for the price. They provide towels after your wash n a free vacuum n Window cleaner spray. Depending on day the staff is very nice. Others aren't rude just not very talkative. Signed up for monthly unlimited 4 months ago. Twice in the last 4 months, I have pulled up and it said my membership had expired. The 1st time it happened was towards the end of the month, so I let that go, not knowing any better. Today (the 17th of the month & 2nd time it happened) didn't set too well. So, for the 2nd time in 4 months, I paid for an individual wash even though I had also paid for the monthly unlimited. I didn't want to hold traffic up so I paid, ran it through wash and then pulled around to go in and inquire what the issue was. A super sweet little gal tried to help me but had trouble pulling me up. Said it showed 2 4Runners (I only have one) then kept asking if there was another phone number it could be under. After numerous attempts to find my acct, she had to go get her manager. Well let me tell you what, if that's the best manager they can get, then they are doomed. I realize there may not be many issues at a car wash, but any business that deals with people needs a mangaer who can deal with people. He was so rude and acted so inconvenienced by me. I wish I had gotten his name but whoever the manager on duty was on 5/17/19 around 2:45 pm. Tall skinny white blonde-headed guy. Anyways, he is insanely rude and lacks any customer service skills and should definitely not be ANY type of manager. He told me best explanation was that my card had expired. I told him it hadn't and that the charge had been coming out of my account just fine. I guess he didn't believe me so he asked if I had proof. Of course! Guess what, I pulled up my bank acct app and showed him each charge for the last 4 months. It very clearly stated Sudsys and the amount. There was NO mistaking it. He still looked at me like I had two heads and said maybe my card was declined. That's when he suddenly grew two heads and I looked at him like HE was the idiot. (like he had acted towards me) I said, "Did you not see what I just showed you?" He said that I'd have to take it up with my bank. Ugh. There's nothing to take up with my bank! The amount is coming out but I am not getting a full month of unlimited washes! This month I don't know how many days I got but today is the 17th and it was expired after pulling the monthly unlimited punt on the 1st! That's about half a month! I asked if I could just cancel my membership. I mean, who in their right mind would be willing to pay for a monthly unlimited and then pay for individual washes as well? He had me fill out a post card to cancel. To be honest, I don't have much faith that it will. But I guess I'll just have to wait to see. I am just unimpressed with that "managers" attitude. I wasn't even asking for a refund for the individual wash I paid for. Or theborevious one. I just wanted to resolve the monthly unlimited issue. Anyways, another customer was waiting for her free air freshener and he was even rude to her telling her that she WAS INDEED given a punch card for it. He talked to her like she was an idiot. She and I walked out together and she said she hated dealing with that manager because he was so rude. I honestly don't recall having met him before but after today, I hope to not ever deal with him again. I'm not sure I'm willing to ever do business there again period because with his attitude and the other customer saying what she did, there's no way they have never received any complaints on him. Top that with the fact that you pay for monthly unlimited and don't even get it! I wish I could give negative stars!

I have to get a car wash to use the vacuum? All I wanted to do was use the vacuum cleaner and had a rude employee tell me to leave. If you guys are going to charge just to vacuum I will take my business elsewhere. First car wash I've been to that does. Unbelievable.

This is the worst car wash ever. And they are serious about they will give you the dirt back. So believe there sign if it’s not clean you’ll get your dirt back. Because sudsys did a horrible job on cleaning my vehicle. And they would not let me go back through there car wash. Employee was very disrespectful and even kicked a traffic cone over. I even use to pay every month out of my account to get my vehicle washed. Not anymore I’ll be going to a competitor

I will NEVER go here EVER AGAIN. Went to pull in today and use vacuum before I washed my truck and was stopped by an employee and was told I have to wash my vehicle first before I use the vacuum. Are you kidding me really. I will make sure and tell every single person I know not to go to this specific place because of something this petty. Last time I checked it says free vacuum on the building NOT free with wash otherwise u need to get ur employee in check. U have lost my business and hopefully many others

I paid $20 for a good wash on my Ram, wouldn't one expect that they'd have a pressure washer to clean off the front of a vehicle of bugs before it goes thru the wash? Nope!!! Was told by employee in the office that I had to scrub my own bugs off!!! If I wanted to wash my own truck by hand, I would've gone to a manual car wash. I don't recommend coming here!!!!

This was a really fun experience. I don't understand all of the people whining about not being able to use the free vacuums without purchasing anything...lol... of course you have to buy a car wash, otherwise use your own vacuum at home. That's just like saying hotels that advertise "free continental breakfast" are false advertising because it doesn't say on the sign "with purchase of room" because any moron would assume that you would have to buy something. Anyway. Aside from the complimentary vacuums and air for PAYING customers, they also have carts loaded up with microfiber towels and spray cleaners to get any areas the car wash may have missed. Yes, every car was misses a few spots, it can't get into every nook and crannie. If you take it through once a week you probably won't have to do anything extra. I run mine through about once a month and it gets it clean, but while I'm vacuuming I'll run around with a cleaner and towel and do some finishing touches. It isn't that big of a deal. Oh and they have music playing and there are other people out there just cleaning their cars and complimenting each others vehicles, it really is a good time if you'll let it be. And as far as the employees go, they aren't rude, they just spend all day lining up tires onto a track and pointing at a sign, give them a break. They don't want to hear all of your sob stories about your dirty car and not being able to get a free one or steal their vacuums. I've gone there for years and haven't talked to anyone once. Just drive up, follow the directions, and carry on with your day :) Good job Sudy's!

Very unprofessional people. Came in for A wash and vacuum. The car wash was down for maintenance, which I'm ok with and don't care about that. So I drove down the street to get a car wash at another location, and took care of a few things on that side of town. I decided to return back to this location for a vacuum only. Well the woman conducting traffic at the exit told me I needed to get a car wash before I get a vacuum. I told her I didn't need a wash because it's already good. Just a vacuum. I told her I would pay her for the vaccum. All this clueless woman had to do was take the money I had in my hand and simply step to the side and let me thru. She could of made a tip.

Did some of y'all actually get on here to complain about a mechanical car wash? I've used this location since 2011 with multiple cars and work vehicles. Always does a good job and never had a problem other than other customers being too stupid to follow directions. Don't be stupid, just follow directions.

One of the best car washes around Middle Tennessee. I like the added touch of the oldies music playing on the speakers, making for an upbeat environment in the vacuum area. Also, there is a place to pull off & do any prep work to your car or truck before you go through the gate and into the wash. Equipment looks to be in great shape, as well.

Go to Sudsy’s and get the $10 deal. My truck looked fantastic afterwards. They also have scrub brushes to scrub off the bugs before you go in and they have towels over at the vacuum area. I went there after a more than disappointing car wash at another establishment.

This is a good car wash it does a great job. They are busy often and there is a wait if you go at a popular time. My only complaint is when I went it was extremely busy a very long line and a truck had soooo much stuff in the truck bed and instead of asking the truck to pull to the side the worked took the stuff out of the bed of the truck. It’s a nice thing to do however it would be better to do it when it’s not busy. The line was backed up to the street and it took them 9 minutes to take all of the item of of the truck. A lot of people were upset or would honk. They should have asked the people to pull to the side and remove the items. Others were waiting with their car running waiting for them to finish when people could have been going trough. It was a nice thing to do but done in the wrong way they should have held up the line. Other than that it’s a great car wash it did an amazing job. I can’t say I would go back though because the wait was kinda ridiculous and it was made longer by another car not having removed their items. I think it’s one of the better car washes in Murfreesboro but I would personally go to the one on Rutherford. Les did a wait they have more lines and the job is just as good. They even have free car washes frequently this place isn’t bad but I probably won’t go back.

Have been a loyal customer for several years, purchasing the monthly pass. I am older and don't hear all that well. Went into get the car washed but was denied entry by the automatic sensor. The manager came out and without any review, indicated that my card payment was denied. I couldn't hear the manager and asked him to repeat himself, but loud and clear enough to be heard. Was very unimpressed with the response and the patronizing treatment received after years of being a loyal customer. Turns out, money was taken from the checking account, on time and with no denial. Very poor customer service. There are other car washes.

I always have a pleasant experience when I visit this place. The staff is young but very respectful. I just wished they would designate one lane for Fast Pass members only. This way the members don't have to sit in long lines and wait for other customers to put their money in the machine, and ponder for 5 minutes on their wash options. It may also encourage others to sign up for the monthly plans. Just a thought!!

Monthly unlimited washes is a great deal. Unless you like to wash your own car and save a couple of dollars. They have recently updated their equipment, which makes it a better value for what they charge. There is a line sometimes, but you wait in the comfort of your car.

As a new resident of Murfreesboro I received a coupon for a free manager's special wash. I did not realize the entrance to the car wash only had a machine and not a human, and no way to get out of line. The pre-wash gentleman finally saw me waving at him to assist. The wash itself was good for the main body of my CRV. The lower portion of course did not get as clean. There were no dry drying towels and many of the vacuums did not work.

I like the wash cloths and sprays and vacuum are all free to use, but our car never comes out of wash clean, so it's a waste of our money because my husband comes home and rewashes it anyways, the last time we went we still had dead bugs stuck to car in the front and still had bird poop on back window

I used to come here all the time just for the basic $6 wash and to vacuum out my car. Now the cheapest wash they have is $10. That's way too much for a basic wash. Now I go to Wash n' Roll on south rutherford. They have a $7 wash which gets the job done great and their vacuums work great since the place is practically brand new.

Canceled my membership..... I was told I had to go through the car wash before I could use vacuums. I stated to the employee that I had children with me who were afraid to go in the car was and he refused to let me vacuum my car...... Charging me nearly $40 a month for almost 2 years and this is how you treat your customers..... my wife will also cancel hers as soon as i tell her the story.... there are plenty of other car washes...

For a self serve car wash, this one is great! I can't say my car was super clean, but only in the front. Really liked that they supplied vacuums, window cleaner and towels. Although, the vacuum we used didn't have a lot of suction, I had to vacuum twice.
