Was recommended by Franklin Ford. It took over two weeks to get an appointment for Bed Liner and Bed Cover. Dropped truck off and was told it would be ready by 3:00 p.m. Called me at 2:00 p.m. saying they were running behind and hadn't started it so I would need to reschedule. Their technician is a sloppy old grumpy guy who runs the show at the shop. His attitude is terrible and I would not want him working on my truck.

Andy, Ann Marie and the team are fantastic. Had my truck bed sprayed with premium and installed a rolling, hard tonneau cover last week. The work was top notch quality and the customer service was just as good if not better. I highly recommend their services and products. Their employees willingness to go the extra step in all they do separate them from other providers. I rolled in the shop with a flat and they kept air in my tire while doing the work and they also called a local shop to see if they could lend a hand in getting it fixed. Who does that? They do!

A sure sign of a good business is their customer service. Nothing in life is perfect. But excellent customer service will win back customers and keep them coming back. When an owner and manager are willing to drive 30 miles out of there way to come to a customer's home to address any issues then you know you are dealing with a good business. Did a great gob and and only complaint would be the bright yellow sticker on the back window and on the bed of the truck. I get promoting themselves but I will do that by word of mouth. Don't stick that bright yellow all over my Black and chrome truck. Other than that it was fantastic.

I had my truck bed sprayed by Line-X of Franklin. Andy was great to deal with. Very friendly and spent enough time with me to make sure I was getting the correct product for my needs. I was able to book my appointment in advance and when I got there they were ready to get me in and get the job done. Andy's team did a great job of coating the bed and the results were flawless. They have a nice waiting area with a big couch and TV as well as a table you can work at and complimentary drinks in the fridge. They also have other truck and car accessories such as backup cameras, covers, and lights which I enquired about and Andy took the time to share his expertise and suggestions on each product. The only negative is that they stuck a Line-X sticker to my back window. I wish they would have asked instead of assuming that it would be ok but this is minor in the grand scheme of things. I would definitely do business with them again in the future.

In a day and age when customer service is disappearing fast, and online shopping is the new norm, this place reminds me why I will choose to deal with people and local shops.
