Wow, where do I begin! I wasn’t really even in the market to buy a new vehicle, but the sales department found me my perfect dream car I never thought I could own! The facility is magnificent! Truly a beautiful place to go to, there is always the best concessions available also. It was my first new car after 10 years so I wasn’t really too familiar with the process, but mike, my finance manager helped me through the documents and financing in a very professional and honest way. I remember my first car purchase took all day long waiting around, but this time I was amazed how quickly the paperwork was done! I even got my new plate within the week! Thank you Lexus of Memphis for helping me get my dream car!

Visit for an oil change didn't have an appointment. The wait time was less than an hour with a courtesy car wash and tire check. Had gourmet coffee and pastry. Grabbed a diet coke while leaving. They don't have you fixing what you don't need.
While I did not purchase my Lexus from this dealership, I have had the pleasure of speaking to a couple of sales representatives while my car was being serviced and they are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. If not for some of the other things I have experienced, I would buy a from them without hesitation. The mechanics in service department have always done a great job whenever I have brought my car in for any type of maintenance, and I have had the pleasure of driving one of the nice loaner cars as well. Most times that I have brought my car in even for a routine oil change I was given a free tank of gas which was awesome. My problem is this, there have been times when Lexus' service departments lack of Saturday hours has been an inconvenience so I opted to use the Toyota dealership which was less than 2 miles from my home-very convenient. Upon returning to Lexus I noticed that the level of customer service, professionalism, and courtesy severely declined. If you are loyal to Lexus and Lexus only, they are very courteous and willing to do whatever it takes to make you happy, even some things as a courtesy, however if you take your car anywhere else to be serviced, those same options that were given as a courtesy are now charged a premium and often times ridiculous price. And management supports their decision to do so, despite me telling them that it was done before at no cost. This severely undercuts all of the stellar work performed on behalf of the sales people and mechanics. Consistent quality customer service pays off in a magnitude of ways. My car is a bit older and I would love to upgrade it within the next year or so. Suffice to say that I will probably go to another brand and if I stick with Lexus, would likely go to Nashville or Little Rock to purchase. I am just that type of consumer who refuses to reward this type of foolishness taking place on behalf of the service advisors at Lexus of Memphis.

It's a classy place. Take your wallet. If you can't afford a Lexus, don't drive one. The LS500 was $100,000. Nicest waiting room lounge at a car dealership I've ever seen. Free snacks, coffee, tea, water.

I had the best experience yesterday with a service person that I have ever had. I had a flat tire and called Lexus. They sent out Adam Freeman to change my tire and take it to Lexus to put a new tire on the wheel. He worked with me to have my car back operational this morning as I need it badly to take care of some medical problems. He was the most personable, caring and knowledgeable service person I have dealt with ever. He should be commended for his excellent service.

The most valuable attribute of an organization is their willing to be truly attentative to their customer's needs. Lexus simply just don't hear what's said but they listen. They aren't just attempting to make a quick buck but to earn your respect. And in my humble opinion that is not often the case with many companies... that's what causes Lexus to stand out in a crowded market.
I came in to get my car serviced on a Wednesday. As I’m waiting I walk out to look at some newer models. Nobody comes to greet me until almost a half hour later. I’m a younger male and I wore normal attire but I’m looking to trade in for a new car and they lost out on that sale. I will be taking my money some place else.

I have been a Lexus of Memphis customer for many years. The Lexus vehicles are superior in design and performance. However, I do not plan to buy another Lexus vehicle because of my experiences with their service department. I agree with other reviewers that their service department's customer service has significantly declined. It is quite sub par. The service specialists have become very slothful in appearance and attitude. They do not review a customer's previous service records in order to provide proper and accurate advice. They do not maintain communication with the service technicians to ensure that un-requested services are not performed on the customer's vehicle. They do not provide follow-up and feedback on the progress of the customer's vehicle. And, their knowledge lacks in the realm of maintenance or repair needs of the various Lexus models. I must again concur with other reviewers--. Customers should be very careful about the costing of services at this dealership because some service technicians will perform services that were not originally requested in order to inflate their labor fees. From the varied reviews, it does make one wonder if the diminished service quality is a result of subjectivity on the part of Lexus of Memphis. Further, it is HIGHLY recommended customers check their vehicles in order to ensure they perform properly BEFORE leaving this service department.

You have made a wise choice considering Lexus as your next purchase these cars a truly remarkable. Now take a deep breathe and remember this is a Toyota, the same makers of the Yaris, (Toyota's least expensive car). Unless your one of our country's 1%, you might be considering financing your car. If your one of the elite whom qualify for the prestigious " Lexus Financial Group" they are nothing more than Toyota Motor Credit (TMC). I recommend pre qualifying with your lender before relying on the financial team at this dealership. They shot-gunned my credit with 4 different lenders only to get me a terrible interest rate (4.99%) with one of my current lenders. I have purchased 2 cars with TMC both @ 0% no interest. IT IS MY FAULT FOR NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO THE DISCLOSURES IN THE FINANCE OFFICE. I did not realize LEXUS FINANCIAL GROUP is owned by TMC. If my stupidity saves one of you from making the same mistakes I have, then this rant was worth the effort.

We always have purchased Lexus for service. Unfortunately, the service has gone down tremendously as it has with many businesses. Took half a day to get me a car to drive while mine was being serviced which I scheduled far in advance. Finally around lunchtime I left with my own car that had not been serviced.

I'm writing this only because "previous google user" gave a one star review and I'm going to reverse it. He/She didn't consider that the dealer is without power due to a major unexpected issue. He/She also likes to visit google reviews to give one star reviews quite often. I also was disappointed when I went to the dealer on the same day and read the sign they put up. It states they have no power and is not due to the construction. There was a crew of electricians repairing a downed pole in front of the dealer. How do you expect them to pull up your appointment, your information and call you without power. All their data systems are down. Anyway, I visit this location frequently and is by far the best. The entire staff deserves 5 stars. Their complimentary services are far better than other high end dealers in the area. Thanks Lexus of Memphis, I know you are going to be overwhelmed by the amount of work pouring in once you open those doors again. Keep up the great work!

I came at 1130 pm after traveling to pick up my car. My keys were to be in a safe place discussed with service. NO KEYS. I waited until almost 2 am. I live 2 hours away. We had to leave after calling Lamar Bowen 45 times and leaving 10 to 20 text and messaging him on Facebook. I have no vehicle to go to work for the next 2 days and my stethoscope and everything I need for work in the car! I was given his cell number in case anything happened with my service or keys and no one cared when this happened. Poor excuse for customer service!
07-08-19 Made an appointment online for service and took off work. Drove all the way to dealership to find out it was closed due to construction. Never received a courtesy call or text. Very unprofessional.

Stephen Channell is one of the most honest, down to earth car salesmen I have ever met. I had a bad first experience at Lexus (with someone who is no longer there) and was recommended to Stephen. I am so glad I came back and purchased from Lexus! Everyone in the service department is honest, helpful and friendly! I have primarily dealt with Terry Cade and Lamar but all of them are great! Two years later and we just bought our second Lexus for my husband. They are great cars!
