Terrible service. We went in to buy a car. Did our research and wasted to buy from a local dealer. Asked for driver licence and that was fine. After 30 mins came back and wanted car insurance with a not friendly tone. We said it is in the car parked out. Told us to get it. We left and now making a deal in Atlanta.

Having found it necessary in the past to purchase a Lexus out of town, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the culture change of our local dealership. Our sales specialist Ralph Paty, finance specialist Leigh Ann Morgan, sales manager Philip Foster and general manager Eddie Triplett went above and beyond in making Lexus of Chattanooga our go-to dealership. Each was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. It was a pleasure doing business with this organization and this group of people. Walked around the lot for 10-15 minutes on 12/26/18 intending to look at certified LS's and potentially trade in my RX. Nobody ever came out to help me. I walked right past one salesman-looking employee who was lounging outside on a truck tailgate. He looked me over, didn't even say hello, and continued to sit. I was wearing torn jeans and an old sweatshirt. I can only assume the service level I received was based on judgement for my appearance. I wonder what happens (or doesn't happen) when a minority customer steps foot on the lot.

Two years ago the dealership did not process my lease return properly, despite my leasing a new Lexus at the exact same time. Because of their error, TF has been trying to charge me for all kinds of fees that I do not owe; yes, on and off for the past two years! This dealership has not stood by me, and does not seem interested in clearing this up. I know, and they know, that I turned my car in on the very same day I leased a new one, yet the dealership held my car for 2 more months. This is supposed to be a luxury line of cars, but I honestly feel like I am dealing with a pay here/buy here car lot (or what I imagine that would be like). I wish you would do the right thing, admit your errors, and stand up for your customer.

Quoted a price of 28,000 for a 2011 LX 570 we were driving our 2002 LX 470 and they said they would take our Lexus for trade in for 7900.00 , when the paperwork was finished they added the trade in value to the quoted price and then the 2011 was worth 35550.00, my husband has called and always get some crazy excuse , guess we are hiring a lawyer since they are Determined not to fix what they did to us , thought Lexus was better than the average car dealership on the side of the road, guess we were wrong
