I've taken my vehicle to several Car Wash USA locations and this is the only one I choose to patronize. Site manager Chris Jackson is professional and courteous. When I had a problem with the wash cycle it was addressed and handled quickly. Location is further from my home but it's worth the drive.

Pay to get a car wash. Drove through, got all soaped up, no wipe and no water to rinse. Machine was broke. No sign to let you know I'm guessing because it just happened. Vacuum don't have any suction to get the dust, dirt and grass out of your carpet. Called to send a complaint and hoping to get a refund of just $10 no reply yet. It's been over 3 weeks. I was afraid to leave the soap on my car so I felt I had to go to zips to get my car rinsed off. That was another $13. I would like the $10. Refund or a credit to go back once it's fixed.

The wash is okay, but the car vacuums are not working in some of the vacuum stations most if the time. The equipment is going down and the owners do not seem to be in a hurry to correct the problems.

Nothing good to say about this business. Those brushes will damage your car. The people that work here are lazy. They only spray like wash on the left side of vehicle.
