The slots in the wheels pick up brake dust and get nasty quickly. Typically it requires a rag and a lot of scrubbing after going through the car wash. My wheels are clean without any additional work. They have towels for that last bit of drying and the staff is very good and friendly.

They are absolutely horrible as can be. The car wash messed up my front plate and bent the heck out of it and we got the manager and he said well we can’t do nothin you should of got them to tape it down like how was we suppose to know like really!! Isn’t that there job.

Did not get the lava foam like I paid for, I had to pull out the carwash just to pull in to the vacuums, the auctions on the vacuum cleaners were weak barely pulled anything out my carpet.

Excellent car wash. Cars are conveyed through on a wide belt, meaning that your nice wheels are not going to touch anything. Very safe method of moving a vehicle. I took my Porsche through, and I'm honestly not going to take it through any other wash that I am familiar with other than a hand wash. Nice people. Great facility. The vacuums are super. There are damp towels available. Super clean.

Being 38 weeks pregnant and locking your keys in your car at the carwash is definitely not an ideal scenario on a Sunday afternoon. Brett, Ian and Sam were so nice in letting me sit inside, use the phone and even took care of my car wash. They are friendly, polite good people and was very thankful for their kindness while I waited for my husband/AAA to get there. Thank you for all your help on a situation that really was my own fault! My family appreciates you!

Try & find somewhere else. The wash itself doesn’t clean the vehicle. Biggest thing is it leaves one hell of a soap residue all OVER the vehicle. They do have free vac. And rags that you will definitely need. Because you will need to wipe all the dried soap residue off. And for ALL RAM 2500-3500 owners the brushes folded my mirrors (both sides) from a totally folded in position to a complete backwards position. I thought it ha broken both of them. And I ask if it was safe before paying the attendant. So I guess I’ll be washing myself from now on... hope this helps all.

The car wash exterior was a 50% job. The lower half of the car was not clean. I had to spend 2 hours detailing the car myself to get it right. The free vacuum and clean rags are nice BUT I did not come here so I could do the cleaning. I was very disappointed and would not recommend it.

Best car wash around. When we had a part on our Jeep break while going through the wash the owner took care of it right away, even though it had been cheaply repaired from the dealership we got it from (we were unaware of the damage) so he actually wasn't obligated to fix it at all.

SUPERCALIFRAGILISTIC!!! Brilliant concept and awesome Greenville location, right next to QT gas station and other shopping. I was hooked after my first visit and am now a monthly Premium Member. Easy sign-up on the WASH CLUB App, just pull up and go, superb wash quality, vacuum (love the vacuum accessibility on each side of the car) and towel availability. Car looks sparkling brand new! I do not need to do anything but vacuum, wipe a few drops away with the provided towels (remember to check your side view mirrors in case they are retracted and remove the plastic cover the staff puts on your rear windshield wiper). There is also a convenient vending machine with very affordable wash amenities (like Tire Shine - which is not needed with the Ultimate Package - and Armor All for the interior). You can also enjoy the free automatic wash/dry machine for your floor mats. Friendly and very attentive personnel staffed during operating hours as well.

My first visit was a disappointment, leaving orange streaks of soap alongside both sides of my vehicle after my $25 membership wash. After my 2 star review, Brett called me to find out what happened that I was unhappy and then let me know the company wanted another chance to make it right. I agreed to give them another chance. The following week I took my son by there to wash his truck. After letting the young lady that was working there know what Brett said, she comped his $9 car wash and took my name. The entire experience exceeded my expectations! No streaks or disappointment! Today my husband and I took both of our vehicles and had the same great experience. Thank you Brett, for the follow up call that day. Waves now has 3 new customers! That phone call made the difference.

I would give 5 stars if it were more consistent. When it actually does the Ultimate it's terrific. Other times it barely dries or the applied wax is clumpy. Would be great if they offered a family plan... For instance 2 cars for $35 a month instead of $50.
