Disappointed, I took my husband's truck today and paid for the $20 wash which includes a tire shine and it didn't happen. Last time we ran it through it looked great. This time it didn't get all the bugs off the front of the car or windshield and the tires were not shined at all. The truck was not that dirty so there is no reason it shouldn't have worked. The vacuum was nice. Towels were out though. Either way, it's an ok wash.

Worst ever! I paid $18 and there's dirt on my door. I ask the guy before will it get dust off my rims from brakes. He said he'll ya no problem. I went thru there was no change in dust. I ask the kid at front desk if he thinks the wash should have worked. He said I should go thru about 3 times. I said that would cost my $54? He said ya. I said I ask the guy up front. He said I was being rude. I laughed and said I guess I'll never come back he said o well.... Lol I'm sure he was not the owner. But I will never give them another dime. You do what u think is best for u.... wish I could post pic.....

Decent automated wash with a well balanced series of package offerings. Complimentary vacuums, drying towels, window cleaner and all purpose cleaner are an added bonus. The vacuums also don't lack for power!

This place is terrible paid 18.00 dollars for the wash it didn't even clean the wheels and tires. Didn't get the dirt off the car we complain to the attendant and he said that's why you have to use some elbow grease. Well according to the sign there should have been no elbow grease needed.

Love this car wash! they have all the tools you need right there to clean your car, so I have a clean car inside and out in just about the same amount of time it would take me to get everything set up at-home. Another wonderful convenience for this fast-paced life.( I just don't know why I am still so busy, with so many conveniences!)

I think they are over priced. $$ for a wash & rained. It didn't really get all the dirt off my car & its a self doing vacuuming job. They do supply cleaning spray & rags to wash the inside of your car & windows. They post you should only stay 15 mins to vacuum & clean inside. It took me longer & I assume since it wasn't busy they didn't enforce the 15 min rule. Or perhaps that is just a request

It was alright. The attendant only sprayed off my truck with a power sprayer. He only sprayed off the driver side. They don’t do any scrubbing on the front for bugs. The fans at the end mine as well not even be there, they hardly blow off any water. If I were grading it i might give it a C- at best.

Basic car wash is $6 and is good. Any car wash gets you unlimited vacuums and free towels to borrow and interior cleaner and window cleaner. Best car wash are around!

I chose the cheapest option ($8) and it was pretty okay. I liked the free vacuum, towels and spray cleaner. This car wash reminds me of Detrick’s car wash but they have cheaper prices. Overall, a good experience.

The wash chipped some paint on my SUV as well as knocking off a chrome insert on my side mirror. Filled out a report and was told the gm would be in touch with me. Never heard from him even after going back to see if he was there. Edit for reply: I was told to come by and speak with the general manager because he would be in the next day. I came by and was told he was not in and I left my phone number for him to get in touch with me. I never heard from him about the problem. I guess you don't care about your customers since you never found time to contact me about the issue. Needless to say I will not be using your wash again.

A series of unfortunate events lead to me locking myself out of my car, but two very helpful, polite and hardworking employees made it easier to bear! Not only did they let me use the business phone and help assist me in getting my road side assistance numbers to call, they made me feel better about what I was going thru as well! I cannot say ENOUGH about how professional these two gentlemen were, these guys are a definite asset to your business as well! They even came out running to hand me back the cleaning products I had in my hands when I hit the lock button on my car as well! The only regret I have is that I didn't get their names when I shook their hands, but just so you know these two awesome guys were working on October 11th 2016 at 6pm! Again please tell them how much I appreciate what they did to make this unfortunate event so much easier to get thru!

Sign up for the Wash Club on 02/10 and tried to cancel on the 11th because the tire shines the applying is too much or bad quality, after the wash on the drive home the car got all dirty, was told that cannot get a refund on my money. That is unacceptable, the service is not as promised.

This was one of the best car washes I've ever been to. It's an automatic car wash. There is an attendant there he sprays your car off before you go into the automatic wash. It's so awesome it's reasonably priced if you buy a car wash they give you free vacuuming they also give you free towels and glass cleaner also all purpose cleaner to clean the inside of your car

Our vehicles come out sparkling clean. At other car washes the backend of my SUV is still dirty. The vacuum smells fresh instead of like a dirty ashtray as we usually find at other places. We’ve been here more than once and will continue to come back.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! June 18,2017. This morning i went to get my car washed off after leaving the beach here. I pulled up to the first machine and it kept saying terminal not inservice. I backed up and the young fellow came out and said, "pull back up it should work now." Well, i pulled back to the same spot and it said terminal not working again and while this happened another car pulled in the slot beside me and went on thru...the fellow working there apologizes and asked me to pull to the other one and he would give me a free car wash..outstanding customer service!! Wish i would have got his name...thank you sir!!!

Enjoyed getting my car washed here. There are a lot of nice vacuum stations. This isn't a self wash station, the wash is a drive thru style. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars was the attitude of the front desk guy when I went buy to confirm the hours and address, was quite rude. That being said, I do still recommend the place.
