I'm giving this a 1 star because my brand new 2017 black Volkswagen Passat now has "spider web" scratches from the wash! I now have to go to my dealer and have it wet sanded and hope they come out! The wet sand should be paid for by this owner of the car wash! It's horrible. And I want to add, my car wasn't That dirty inside to begin with, but the handles we're and the bottoms if the door, which I had to clean myself when I got home, but, paid them to do.

The most thorough car wash and extra service you will find anywhere. The price is higher that your typical car wash because when the automated wash is over the manual service begins. They vacuum, dry, do windows and shine the tires. Please give them a generous tip.

Spent 1 hour waiting on my car to be washed and upon completion found my passenger side mirror broken. Reported the mirror to the manager and they claim it was already broken. I had bought my car brand new 3 months prior and it was in perfect shape. DO NOT let these people touch your car. They will not accept any responsibility for their mistakes.

Currently in an incident dispute with the management over a spoiler on the back of my 2002 toyota sequoia. The pressure from the car wash ripped it off and the management refuses to replace it. Less impressive than it happening is how they have handled it. I filled out an incident report and when I came back to check on it's status the manager said it took me too long to check on it that he threw it away and didn't have a copy. Then I filled out another one and never got a call back. He said he did, but didn't leave a message. The answer to the second incident report from corporate was that the car was too old to replace the spoiler. They have intentionally stalled the process and avoided paying for any repairs. When I asked the manager what the next step was since they denied the incident he said to take it to summary court. I will be taking this to the better business bureau as well as social media. He said he couldn't give me corporates number but would give my number to them. This is not likely based on previous experience. I run a small business, I get it, it stinks when things don't work right. But if you don't own up to it when you've done something wrong or your equipment takes parts off customers vehicles, it means you care about money more than people and that is the worst business strategy possible.

They take their time and do it right. If your looking for a quick half hearted job don't come here. You will have to wait about 45 minutes to an hour if you get a full package but it's well worth the time to have a car that looks like it just rolled off the line.

I was very skeptical because of the rating but really didn't want to go to Greenville for the whole day to get my carpets cleaned. The car was cleaned pretty good but the employees were TERRIBLE !! I was looking at the pictures on the wall of the opening ceremony and noticed that the guy I was waiting to talk to was the owner. When I asked him my question he lied and said he was a maintenance guy. So I see where the crappy service comes from!

I didn't like my visit here as keys get locked in car and having to wait an extra hour for a locksmith to come ,people are not friendly prices are to high your better off going to a spinx carwash where you don't get ripped off and is much cheaper and safer i highly do not recoMend this place it's horrible☹️☹️☹️

I went to Premier Carwash and Lube today 12/18/15. The service was TERRIBLE. I waited 45 min my car it set in front after it finally came out of the wash because it keep breaking down. And it didn't get touched. I went to the VERY RUDE cashier and ask why the finisher were only working on the cars in the other side. I left with out my car being finished. I called back and it was the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen. I will NEVER ! NEVER ! NEVER ! GO BACK. COULD NOT EVEN GET A REFUND. They were all rude the finishers told me they had a hour to get my car finished. There were people there that had been there a lot longer than an hour.

Erich is two faced. He called me crazy for detailing cars properly. He told me to just keep it simple because people only get what they pay for, yet when someone pays over $30 to have there car cleaned right he decides to talk amongst his employees like I’m stupid and I don’t realize what’s going on. And I see them laughing and smile, but when I asked him if there was a problem he starts spinning around telling me I’m talking crazy. And can’t even talk to me. I saw the appreciation from guests sending their children to hand me a huge tip because they appreciate me cleaning their car properly. Then he proceeds to not look me in the eye and tell me to just leave and he will see me on a pay day. So, I call on that pay day because I think I’m fired. But, instead he’s all nice and telling me the business is slow. So, I knew my pay wasn’t due until the next pay day, and I thought i was just going to receive severance pay early, but instead he strings me along when I come to collect my pay the following Thursday. Which he shorted me several hours for and I have to wait around for an hour for him to cut me a check to make up for it. He must think people, employees, guests in general are stupid and don’t realize what’s going on. So, he proceeds to tell me I can stay on pay roll and come in whenever I can or when he needs me there. In the mean time he’s shrinking his labor by doing this, never calling me, and every time I come by or call he tells me he doesn’t need me and business is slow. Then he fires my neighbor and tells him he can still work weekends and my neighbor called out this past Friday from my phone and I didn’t know that was why he needed to use my phone until I heard what he was saying when he used it. And, I couldn’t believe it. So, in good faith I called Erich immediately to tell him I could work and he said he didn’t want me there and hung up on me. So, I went over there and asked him if he was firing me. And, he said you can’t just come in when you please, you have to work full time and be there every day or not at all. So, I asked him if you’re firing me can I get my termination in writing. And he walked out of the building and left me standing at the desk after relaying what just happened to the female employees he had in his office using his computer and I’m waiting for a reply for definite termination and I see the females staring at me from the office laughing as he walks out of the building and leaves me standing there. So, I let that go and walk outside, and I tell him I can work full time, and he tells me he has a full team and doesn’t need me at all. Excuse me Erich for giving 100 & 10 % on my first day and being treated like a joke is not ok with me since day one. And you can’t even face me when I come to you with concern. My experience was a completely negative work atmosphere with the exception of a few good people with integrity other than Erich and his little friend zone. Oh, and by the way. Don’t make a mistake because Erich will threaten to fire you and tell you to go home without teaching you properly instead. Bottom line is. They don’t deserve my skills and they can run that car wash into a hole for all I care. And, I would like to speak with the owner, because I’m hoping they have more integrity than Erich does. Still waiting...

The wait time, was the worse because online and the sign at location says hours are at 8am......turns out it's 8:30am.....therefore I had to wait 45 minutes for it to open vs. the 15 minutes early I intended to come to be 1st to get in and out. Not happy hours posted incorrectly. Hope they make up for it with the service of cleaning out the vehicle. Only because our co has a fleet account I decided to continue waiting.......ugh!!!

This is the best car wash I've been to! I was very pleased and happily surprised that they did as good a wash and detail job on my car as I could have done by hand on my own. Went to have my Jeep Grand Cherokee washed and they left the front passenger door open. Saw a few workers huddled around my car and walked over to investigate. I was told my car had a roof leak. Really???? That's the best you can come with??? They finally acknowledged that the door had been left ajar. So not only are they incompetent they are also liars. If they had been upfront about it, I may have been a little more sympathetic. Accidents do happen but don't lie to me to cover your behind. I won't be back!

It took a half hour to get to my car after it same out of the wash. I then watch 2 people wipe off my car with the same two rags for what seemed like forever. The were wiping the same spot over and over. In the end, car still not that clean $ 35 down the toilet.

I went for a full detailing, wash and oil change. The detailing was less than half assed, the windows were very streaky, the cup holders were still a little sticky, my dash had streaks that were not previously on it, the car wash and hand drying was fine. Afterwards I get my oil changed, for one, it took well over an hour to change the oil and I'm timing it after they had already put it on the lift. The oil cap was never put back on so oil sprayed all over my engine bay and my "heat shield" that was connected to the roof of my hood was no longer attached by any of its clips. The front service staff, I'm assuming I was being helped by the owner or the wife of the owner and she was constantly talking to someone else during our transaction. I spent nearly $100 for the visit above, save your money, this place is beyond awful.

I paid 34 dollars for a car wash and full detail, waited an hour for my car to be "washed", wiped with a rag, and vacuumed. When i left, there was polish on the hood, tree sap left on my windsheild and hood, and dirt still in my floorboard. I will NEVER. EVER. be back again and i will tell everyone i know about my terrible car wash.

Susanne Buchsteiner is a crook and sleeps with every man at this place and hits on every man (including me) that comes through for a wash. I've overheard her talking so bad about other employees, including the owner Markus. (Far worse about owner) So sad! What happen to Rochelle?? Best of all of them? Rating didn't get so bad until this... Manley looking woman started here! Disrespectful to everyone! I've heard some crazy stuff about this place! If you ask the right employees they will tell you everything about her and why the car wash went down hill. I will never come back to this place and neither will alot of my friends who use to until Markus gets rid of the reason of why the customers feel so much discomfort. Get rid of that she man!

Went there today and definitely didnt get my money's worth. I paid 46.00 to wash the outside, vacuum and wipe down dash and vacuum out the trunk and 15.00 to shampoo the floor mats, which this was their recommendation because of dog hair. The wash was decent on the outside. The inside looked as if they didnt even vacuum my back floorboard or my back seat. I told the guy that and he said they did and it wouldn't come out. I usually take my car to a place in Greer, where I live, who does the same wash and clean for 21.99 and they ALWAYS get all the dog hair out without needing to shampoo my mats. Also, in the front I still had small stains around the cup holder that after leaving I took a napkin and wiped clean and the blue tape they put on the inside of your window to let the ones up front what type of clean to do was still there. They disnt pull it off and clean it so I had a long dirty streak on my window. Needless to say this was a terrible waste of money as I will be going home shortly and using my handheld vacuum cleaner to finish cleaning my floors and window cleaner to remove the long dirty streak. Oh, and also forgot to mention I have dirty hand prints on my drivers seat from the guys leaning in my car. I had to ask them to wipe it clean which they did but didnt get all of it. I'll be cleaning that myself too.

We drive between Anderson and Greenville frequently, and no kidding - we've actually started taking a slightly longer route sometimes just to take our cars through this carwash because they always do such an amazing and thorough job. I took my Mustang through after seeing how good a job they did with my daughter's Honda and I was not disappointed. They even went as far as to completely dry off the mats after cleaning them so they wouldn't be put back in the car wet! Definitely 5 stars!

This car wash does an amazing job! I have several pictures and short videos of how they do a great job at detailing! The manager Eric here is ever so knowledgeable and works with his crew at the auto wash and the hand wash, wax and detail areas! Says a lot when you have a manager on duty working with his crew in the blistering sun. This is my first time here and I love it that I'm recommending it all reading to give them a try! The bad reviews below don't understand that these people are human which human error can happen any time and any where. They are not slaves nor are they robots to make it perfect but this crew will help all they can and even the owner will do what he can plus the wait is worth it! I've been waiting for 45 minutes to an hour and it is excellent wait time in the amount of work they put into these cars getting cleaned up nicely in beautiful clean detail! Don't come here if you are short on time or in a hurry if you want a team working on your car and then leave a bad review. They do have express packages where it's a quick minor clean and go if you're that much in a hurry. Keep up the great job y'all and see you next time! o/

At first they recognized that the damage was done to the vehicle and I filled out paperwork on the spot to get the damage repaired. After three weeks of stalling on their part, today they told me that they could not have caused the damage -- Total BS! My wife and I were regular customers easily washing our vehicles at premier more than twenty times per year despite mediocre results. In short, Terrible Customer Service and Terrible customer retention. NO MORE BUSINESS FOR PREMNIER -- GO ELSEWHERE!

I stopped by today while running errands. I have never been before. After my truck came out of the wash I noticed the attendant look into the backseat and then pull someone else over to look inside the truck. The attendant then pulled my truck to the back without speaking to me. I asked the counter clerk of there was an issue. She said no just probably needed to re vacuum. I became a little Leary of this. I headed to the back to find a different attendant spray my back seat with an air hose. No one has still spoken to me about any incident. It turns out as I went up to ask what was happening that my entire back seat and floor board were completely soaked! They told me they left the rear door ajar as they drovebit through the carwash. Apparently I was lucky as my door was not ripped off. I paid $22 for the Superwash so I asked for a refund as I do not live anywhere near this area. They refused to refund me and would only offer another carwash at a later date. I asked why I would ever come here again if they were so completely clueless with caring for my vehicle. I strongly suggest to drive past and do not give your hard earned money.

Took my Nissan Murano to get cleaned today. Because it was so dirty, I didn't have high expectations that it would look spotless. Boy, was I wrong. I took my brand new car with less than 4k miles on it to this car wash yesterday around 11am. As soon as I pulled up and wasnt greeted by anyone I should have left. Now I have had to clean my interior again. They left a wet rag on my passenger seat soaking it and leaving a big stain. They removed my custom fit floor mats drug them over to the hose soaked them front and back and reinstalled them now my carpet it wet under the mats not to mention those mats cost me $150.00 a week ago...total disrespect to my vehicle. The car still has bugs on the front and mirrors. My rims are dirty still what did I spend 22.00 bucks for it's going to cost me more to fix there screw ups. 2 extra bucks for a small suv and 20 for a super wash dont waste your money...

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT take your car to either the Seneca or Easely store- They have a new manager at the Seneca store that is so rude to customers and very rude to employees. And to add issues I saw her ankle bracelet where she is clearly on house arrest. But my biggest complaint is how she talks to the employee- She told one of the girls in shorts today that when she bends over she can see the girls vagina , and those where the exact words I heard come out of her mouth. She did it in front of me and other customers, as well as emplyees one of which she drug into the convo as a witness! Really!?! That is so illegal, unprofessional and down right uncalled her.. These people will ROB YOU BLIND!! My daughter, who was 9 months pregnant at the time, and I took our vehicles there to be cleaned before the baby arrived. These losers STOLE her wallet from the console of her car...it contained $20 and her social security card. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! We aren't sure whether the meth-addicts in the back who vacuum the inside or the thugs in the front who clean the interior stole it, but it was gone when we left. Management is a part of this scam and will do NOTHING to prevent nor punish their employees.

I will not be returning. I arrived at 1:24 needing a quick car wash before I went back to my office. I left at 2:47. At least 4 cars who arrived after me left before I did. The staff kept referring to each other by the N word, and were very unprofessional, constantly flirting with the female employees. When I finally got into my car my pocket New Testament and CD's were scattered across the back floor boards. We will not be returning.

I'd give less stars of the option was available. I got a gift certificate for an ultra wash, I didn't have an hour to wait on my car to be washed. I came here because I had a certificate, and it's supposed to be an "express" car wash. Not even close. I also had to wait to even tell the attendant which wash I wanted, because she was dividing up tips between her and other employees. Very unprofessional. When it was Nicks car wash, I never had an issue, and I got my car washed every few weeks. Font waste your money here.

The front counter staff were not friendly with the customers. The detailing left a lot to be desired. The windows, headlights, and interior were half way done. As I was pulling out of the car wash I noticed that my radio was turned all the way down. I turned it up and it was all static. I looked for the antennna and it was MISSING. I pulled over on the side of the road to look around my car and found the antenna had been tucked under the windshield wiper blades! At some point during the car wash, the antenna had come loose. None of the workers outside told me about it. Instead they tucked it under the windshield wiper blades! I will never be back!

Spend 1 HOUR today getting my car washed. It should never take ONE HOUR to get your car washed unless you go here. I did not believe the previous posts and I should have. They did a decent job but it took ONE HOUR. I am not exaggerating, I got there at 12:40pm, paid at 12:55pm and sat and waited until 1:45pm.

Paid $24+ rather than the basic $15 so the inside of the car would be wiped down really well and vacuumed very well. When I got into the car, it didn't look like anything had been wiped own except maybe the dash. And the hatch cover had definitely NOT been vacuumed, although I discussed it with them beforehand. Very disappointed - not good even for a $15 car wash. The store in Seneca does a much better job.

It's not a detail shop. It's a car wash, people! I've always had amazing service here. They've even spent extra effort and time to get gum off the side of my car. I definitely recommend stopping here!

Amazing customer service, outside and inside cleaning was phenomenal. I recommend the interior detail package. I have 3 young kids and they make a mess daily and when Premier gets done with it my vehicle looks just like it did when I bought it brand new.

I had my wife's car washed yesterday and went back today to have mine washed, which was a big mistake. I will not make that mistake again, as I don't have to pay $22.00 to drive a dirty car. Had to call an attendant for both cars to clean bugs off the front of both cars. The windshield was absolutely left nasty. Will not be back.
