Ok. Don’t get me wrong but this car wash does an excellent job but I give it one star for stealing. I had a lot of change inside my coin holder. The next day when I need it. There was only 3 pennies inside. Take your change cause these employees will steal it. I don’t care if it’s one cent. Stealing is stealing!

This place is not so great! Took my car to get cleaned this morning. They did not vacuum the car completely. There is grass and dirt all over. I could have vacuumed the car better then they did. This place is only about speed and volume. I upgraded to a more expensive package and they still did a poor job. Do not waste your time if you want a clean car. Go down the road in Taylors or go to a self cleaning car wash. The car wash in Taylors is still about speed and volume but they will pay more attention to cleanliness as well as details. This was my mistake for not wanting to drive 5 minutes down the road.

They have always done great in regards to cleaning the car inside and out, that part is worth the money, but every single time I come here cars that are 5-10 cars behind me are finished first. The wait time for your car to be finished is ridiculous. They have no system in place to get cars out anywhere near the order they come in. I'm typing this as I wait. Line was out to the road, got pulled in within 5 minutes. Someone just started drying my car and I pulled in line 45 minutes ago.

Way over rated. Had a few sticks under my toolbox in the bed of the truck. After waiting 30 minutes in the line I was turned away. Put a sign up at the entrance where the line forms stating no loose debris in the truck. No excuse for waiting that long to be turned away. This may help someone else because I promise you I won’t be back. Way too many other car cleaning options out there to use instead of this self righteous bunch.

I had a great experience at GCW today. I took my XL Denali in for the $20 wash and it looks awesome inside and out. The 15 mins it took them normally takes me over an 1 hr. Everyone was very nice so I feel the $20 was well spent. Thanks everyone!!!

BUYER BEWARE THEFT ALERT They clean cars just fine but obviously don’t leave anything valuable or it will be gone too. $80 missing from daughters cleaned car but that’s on her for leaving it accessible. This is why I do the drive thru most times.

Not happy at all with this place,not friendly at the register,when i was watching the 2 working on my vehicle they swiped the towels around never did any real drying & never touched the top. I had to ask him to wipe it down! It had no shine to it as normal, got the full service job & even my windows were all streaked, not worth what i paid at all! My second time there & I wont be going back!

I take my car here a lot and I don't know if it was because they were busy, everyone trying to get their car washed before the Thanksgiving holiday, but they did not do a good job on my car. I saw a couple of spots that was missed on the trunk and back bumper.

Quality has gone downhill. Cashier is rude and is usually too busy playing on her phone to take money. Any compartments that do not lock are opened and rifled through. Interior cleaning is not complete - something is always missed. Scratches are always left behind from gritty rags. Owner is also rude, derogatory and insulting when asked for assistance.

You have to get there early if you can otherwise it gets busy. I believe Wednesdays they have specials. Friendly and fast staff, I've used this place twice and both times the car could've been cleaned better. They missed some places.

We have used Main Street for awhile now. Never had problems up til recently. Three weeks ago took my car. When I got ready to leave the windows hadn't been cleaned. The back floor wasn't even touched. They were dirty. The back passenger side tire was dirty. I gave them a second chance today because they're human. We all make mistakes. Today my two old rode home in a water filled carseat. They took my car through the wash with a window down. We rode home with soaked seats. The pictures below are what I found in my car today, along with the water in the carseat. Look at the long black mark across the door? What is that?? The manger act like it was my fault and walked away from me. He didn't even try to make it right. Threw his hands up at me, and walked away. They'll never get our business again. That manger was absolutely so rude that I dont see how he is a manger. This people would have no stars if it allowed me to.

There are definitely better car washes in Greenville. They do an okay job and for $20 it’s expected. Go right when they open or before lunch because they get crowded.

Waited for 35 minutes for a car wash. Paid for the most expensive one they offered. Had to ask them to wash the front Matt's in my truck. I then ask a person who spoke no English to remove my back mat and wash it. She walked away, I found a guy in a green shirt, he said give him a minute. I watched him visit several other vehicles. Then the same Spanish lady comes over and vacuums the mat, couldn't tell she did anything and didn't vacuum under it. I finally decided 45 minutes for a wash was long enough. I simply posted the attached images of the wash your about to pay to much for and wait to long for, left and went to a coin wash and finished myself. I did call up there to talk to someone who wasn't to busy to care. They told me if I would come back they would look at it, totally not worth it.

This is a really good car wash, they work really hard, harder than you think. They are outside in 90° weather and work 7:30 am -6:00pm , 10 1/2 hours a day they dont have 1 st and second shift , they are the same ones all day and have a 30 min lunch. So everyone who is upset with the long wait give them a break , the longest it has ever taking with my car was 45 min. And if you inspect you car before you leave , they will fix anything you feel needs a little more attention. The people who just drive off find something later and its not fair to the workers to review them , simply because they weren't perfect especially when they get about 300 cars a day.

The people doing my car were not friendly at all. I was a first time customer and didn't know how things worked and two of the people working on my car just laughed at me. Very poor customer service. Also I had paid for an air freshner which was included in the service I bought and didn't get it plus the inside of my car was not all that clean. Total waste of my money.

I am very disappointed. They didn't clean or armoral the interior. I had to stand there and point it out. I had to call the phone number from the parking lot to get assistance. The people cleaning looked at me like I was crazy. What a waste of $34 plus tip. Never again.

Paid $31 for th "mega" car wash that's supposed to cover everything. Waited 30 minutes, got to my car and they hadn't done my trunk as I asked, no fragrance, steering wheel and dash hadn't been wiped off even, they used vinyl protection on my leather seats, then in the front just below window it was still full of pollen, dirt. Spoke to a manager who said run it again. My gf and I went next door to the excellent restaurant there and waited another 30 mins. Still no fragrance and it wasn't all that much better, mentioned it to VP of all 4 of these and he said as I got in the car that "this is a car wash, not a detailer." Well I'll tell everyone: go to Miller's on Arlington Rd and for $20 you get every sq inch cleaned and then owner inspects to make sure they got it all. Screw this place. Plus they aren't even on Main st anymore, nice name.

I am disappointed with their inside cleaning of my vehicle. This is the second time except I got the more expensive service than the deluxe that I usually opt for thinking that the interior would be wiped clean. The cup holders were not clean and the passenger side one was broke yet nothing was said when I claimed it. This time I took pictures to show it was not cleaned properly. Not worth paying $23.00.

DO NOT GO HERE. The employees will steal your stuff. They took my phone out of the car and when I told management they said they couldn’t do anything. My friend also had his aux chord stolen from his car. Long story short don’t go here unless you want your belongings to get taken.

Fair cleaning job at best, they missed a significant number of spots cleaning the interior. Cashier / propieter could be friendlier. Also if you are reading this, probably not best to count stacks of money in the front during business time, I'm sure you're well protected, but its just inviting trouble and it's not very professional looking unless you are a bank.

Very Disappointed!! The reused water they use is so old it makes the vehicle smell awful after it's been cleaned. I puchased the Mega Wash for the works; the undercarriage was not clean, vinyl only partially complete and they didn't even spray my air freshner. Spoke with the manager Ed who was kind enough to offer a redo but I was so unsatisfied with their work, that I denied the offer.

Haven't even seen what my car looks like and already pissed. Long wait, no where to sit, RUDE cashier who is obviously the owner. Stared me down because I was looking at the key chains. Then I only have 100 bills I figured that was fine given the cheapest wash os 24 bucks. She doesn't say I can't take it SHE POINTS AND TAPS HER FINGER on a poorly spelled sticky note on the counter that says they don't accept "100s bills" am now waiting on the side of the building in the hear with no where to sit. Go to canopy.

I used to come here because it was convenient they never did as good of a wash as I would get at canopy, but for convenience sake it was worth it. Today they refused to wash my truck because they said it was too dirty. As you can see from the picture it is within reason. If the manager is reading this, you should have an extra charge for an extra dirty vehicle I would have gladly paid it. Turn me around after I sit in line and worked my schedule out to be able to get over there. You just lost a customer I will not be back.

For a $21 "Deluxe" wash I expected much better, all I got was a basic wash and quick interior cleaning. They did not vacuum the trunk, and they didnt even touch the rear dash (I still had a dead bug hanging out back there). One of their workers even left their half empty bottle of Lipton Green Tea in my back seat. Very disappointed. Crazy thing is, this place is always packed and the wait is at least 30 minutes. How could they be so terrible and so popular at the same time?

Great place to get a fast wash an detail, for the price an how far they are, there isn't anywhere else that is on there level, for a hand wash and better detail there are other places, but this is my go to for a good all around cleaning, never go at lunch or on the weekends or plan to wait a while, during the week is best!.
