Best place I know for a quick detailed car wash. The staff has always been quite but respectful and good at what they do. I like the little things like cleaning the inside door jams, cleaning the glass without streaking and speed the get the job done. Price varies according to the package you select and the place is always busy. If you can go on a weekday it's best. Weekends could present quite a wait as lines are regularly long. If you work for BMW present your badge for a discount.

My wife loves this place. I took my truck for the first time to this car wash. One of the attendants spilled coffee on the front quarter panel and never cleaned it off. I had a hitch plug in the back with a Pittsburgh penguins emblem on it and it was completely ripped off. I am not impressed with this place at all.

I've been going here every six weeks or so for years. For the most part, they do an awesome job. Basic wash and complete clean of the inside for about $20. Every so often, I get back in and see where they missed a spot of grime here or there on the inside. But I have two young kids and three big dogs, so there's a whole lot of grime to begin with. They also always leave me a little pile of found things (coins, chargers, a stray piece of mail). If they're finding that stuff when I couldn't, they must be doing a pretty thorough job.

If you are looking for a full service car wash - there is nowhere else to go. For the price, this is truly as good as it gets. They leave my car spotless inside and out and their specials on Wednesdays make it an even better deal. They keep my car looking like new every time I go - I don't bother to go anywhere else. Please note - I am not one who complains often! I have been a consistent customer of Greenville Car Wash on Woodruff, specifically, for 3+ years. I usually get for "The Mega" (~$30), and the last few times I brought my car in, I have been truly disappointed in the poor cleaning results! The vacuuming job has been so poor, with LOTS of dirt and crumbs (I have 2 young kids) left on the seats and in many visible/obvious spots. The vinyl protectant is left on so thick and wet...not being followed up with a dry cloth, so everything is slippery and gross. There are plenty of spots overlooked in the cup holders and not wiped away. If you have a third row, you must specifically request that they lift the seats to clean it...and, even then, you should check before you leave because it may not have gotten done. If you have rubber mats to protect your floors, they will be returned to your floor wet! Finally, this morning the car wash broke, as my car was going through it and dumped oil all over my car, which they could not get off. I am totally done with Greenville Car Wash. They are certainly not doing the job like they used to! P.S. The cashier and employees should not be chit chatting while customers are present...and if they do, it should be in English. Management/Ownership has a lot of work to do!!!

This car wash has really lost it. They’ve been my favorite for years but every time I go they get worse and worse. Entire center console of the car was untouched. I don’t go cheap, I pay for the guardian every time, but why when I can pay $20 more and get a full detail on my car from elsewhere. Extremely disappointed. I most likely won’t return considering I drive all the way out from Honea path anyways.

Staff here are shady. I left a previously spent $100 gift card in my middle counsel and it was stolen. Wasn’t surprised. Car wash was okay but stealing isn’t.

Don't take your car here unless you're ready to pay for repairs. They put a huge scratch down the length of my SUV, from bumper to bumper, all the way through to the primer. It's so bad, it almost looks like it got keyed. Of course, Greenville Car Wash refused to take responsibility, or do anything about it, and wouldn't even give me my money back. They didn't even get my car very clean. They offered to run it through the wash again, but I refused. They put a huge scratch in my car - I'm not letting them anywhere near it ever again! The cost of repairs will be well over my $500 deductible. So if you're tempted to stop in for a quick, "affordable" car wash - think again! Run! It could cost you.

This place does quality work. I usually go here about every 6 weeks with a quick rinse off at the gas station drive through washes in between. I have a big Chevy Avalanche with a lot of that plastic cladding that tends to fade and look dull. They always put a swarm of people on it to make show room ready. The plastic looks new when I leave and the shine lasts. I even have had friends ask me if I got new wheels since they were shining so much! I always get the all inclusive package, but they offer a range of services from roughly around $15-$30. Plus they always mail out coupons. Everyone is always nice and they do everything inside and out in about 20 min that would easily take me alone 3 hours since I'm so OCD.

Every time I go it's a sloppy job for the price. Too many people on the same car. They should each have their own thing to clean on the car. I have always had the windows missed when we went. this place isn't for the customer it's for volume.

We paid for the mega wash ($31). Plus the extra $3 for rainex. They were fast and friendly but missed simple spots on the interior. Mainly dusting the dash screens and gauges. On the exterior both running boards still had mud and all the wheel wells. Disappointed for the price.

I am on woodruff rd 3 hours each week so I have been going here consistently since December 2016. Overall I am happy with the job. A few times the vacuum job has missed a few things like under the seats in the middle row of my van but mostly they get the job done. I have found that when they are busiest it seems I get the best wash and vacuum (which you would think it would be opposite). For the price though I am happy and they do great work.

I normally pay for the more expensive service when I take the car here but I get sporadic levels of service on the Detail Service after going through the wash. After the recent price increase they just added it makes it hard to justify going here. Two out of three times I have to ask them to touch the wheels up to get all the brake dust off.

Have taken my car semi regularly to GCW and have had a excellent experience. All the staff work consistently and have inspected almost every detail of my car and others to ensure a quality clean. As of November, GCW seems to be enhancing their service bay to provide cleaner and more effeicent washes for customers.

Greenville car wash is the only car wash I go to whenever I’m in a rush and need a good cleaning inside and out. They pay attention to detail and have a supervisor who is checking on the cars as they are being cleaned to ensure quality. Usually you are in and out within 20-30 minutes depending on how busy they are. The guardian package which is 28 bucks is worth every penny, and includes a exterior wash, vacuum, and a good wipe down on the interior. The staff is always kind and the quality is superb. Please note that on busy days, the line can be wrapped around the building and almost into woodruff rd, but it doesn’t take very long for you to get in and out!

Horrible customer service, the man taking the orders was rude and rushing me. Didn't give me any explanation as to what the packages included. When it came to my car they washed it okay. My tires were not shining. My second car had better shine on the tires than I did and when I pointed it out the people acted like they didn't know what I was saying cause they didn't speak English. Will start back going to the dealership to get my details don't... The oil they put inside my car is sticky and not evenly dispersed... Could have paid less for better service

Quality was alright but if you have 40 minutes you might as well do it yourself for a cleaner job and to save the 29$. Had quite a bit of bugs on the front bumper. With the amount of time and people they had working on the car, someone could have used the spray to wipe or scrub it off. Didnt bother to wipe the mufflers on the back knowing that it is chrome and now black, only needs a quick wipe to make a difference, Just the small detail like that. It was my first and will be my last time there.

Brought my car to get cleaned here the other day, they did a good job on the car... The problem came today when I went to put gas in the tank and discovered that my gas cap went missing. The gas cap was definitely there before I brought the car to get washed as I filled the gas tank the night before the wash. But the real issue is that when I went to call today, no one picked up on my multiple attempts and they don't have a voicemails that is setup.

Had cash for a coworker (work in service industry and share tips) locked in my dash. The next day after getting my car cleaned when I went to give the cash to my coworker I found the dash unlocked and the cash taken out. They are the only other people who had access to my key. Also the car was poorly cleaned, missed a lot of areas, not thorough at all. Don't trust this place with your business.
