Ive been going here for years and they are the best in my area. However I would have rated it a 5 however you rush through vacuuming and cleaning. I was recently standing outside waiting and 2 people I spoke complained to me their cars were not getting quality cleaning like they used to. It's too rushed. We would rather have quality and wait than a half butt job done too fast. Slow done and do it right!

I went here to rent a Uhaul. We walked in and the guy running the register was extremely rude to everyone. Not like he needed a coffee rude either. Like stunningly and and embarrassingly rude. It was mind blowing. I was waiting for a camera crew to come out like I was on some prank TV show or something. I have never met someone more condescending ever in my life. It was almost entertaining. Go here if you need someone to flip out on someone and not feel bad about it. He was rude to and old woman, a navy vet, my fiance and I and his staff. All the negative reviews on here are completely real and accurate. 1 star is an overstatement. The place is way overpriced anyway.

One star is too much for this place. I see other comments and agree. Maria is wonderful pleasant and friendly. Ronnie is perhaps the rudest person I have met in my life! Zero customer appreciation, he acts like he is doing you a favor to charge you top prices for very inconsistent quality work.Today he yelled at me (not asked politely) because I pulled into the lot next to the last person in line. He wanted me to get in line behind them with the tail end of my truck sticking halfway out in the street. There are other car washes out there, bring your vehicle to a place that appreciates your business!!

Rented a U-Haul truck from this location, I was wrongly charged for a dolley, which I did not use. I was also told the truck was full of gas and return it that way. I went a total of 4 miles and had to put 12 dollars of gas in the truck when I went to top off the tank. I was not reimbursed for either. So I am out $20....stick to the car washes I guess.

This is the second week in a row that I have paid extra for wheelbrite and have entire sections that were as dirty as they were before washing. The last time they must have used a dirty rag to wash the windows as they were streaking so bad I had to stop and clean them myself. This last visit when they removed the mats they dumped sand all over the eats and never cleaned it. I drove back around and the owner said it must of came from the guys washing the windows and just vacuumed the seats and made off like it was nothing. Well I have gone to this car wash every week for the past two years and the quality has dropped to unacceptable and I will no longer use their services. Company's wonder why they lose business after being in business for years well this is the reason.

If I could give no stars I would. If I could post pics, I'd love to!!!! Paid extra for them to vacuum my trunk. Not done. Paid extra for wiping the interior of my car only to find out that the extra I paid for was basically different spots in my vehicle and not just wiping the whole thing out like I'd asked to have happen. So I paid $24 total including the extra stuff and found out that the extra stuff was additional to the interior cleaning of the car which was another $17. That interior cleaning would have had the extra stuff I paid for included but they would have done the cupholders and used armoral as well. It was so hot and the guy had such little patience that I didn't even think about it at the time I was trying to figure out what the he k I just paid for to have happen. I pay the $17 and they finish and I left because I am in a little bit of a rush. Go a couple blo ks down and realize how dirty everything still was. The passenger seat, cup holders, cubby, dash & more. I turn around to go in and ask if the interior cleaning included my cup holders and he said yes and had someone come over and "fix it". He half ass wiped it down and said he was done. I asked for the rag and did it myself. It was 90°. I have muscular dystrophy. It's not easy for me to do these things or I would have done it myself. I cleaned the passenger seat, my cup holders, dash, cubby and the part around my gear shift. He said he wiped out the back cup holder. I was too exhausted from the whole day already to do anymore myself. I get home to exchange car seats and find the center piece with the cupholders in the rear is still dirty. The back seat is still dirty. The backs of my front seats are still dirty, realized the inside of my window was still dirty. They would have charged extra to rinse off my floor mats && didn't realize that wasn't included so now I have to do that myself...I'm extremely disappointed. I guess you get what you pay for?? Or in this instance, I didn't even get that!! If I wasn't leaving town, I'd drive the 40 mins it takes to get there and ask for partial refund...however I'm sure the dude at the counter would be a jerk about the whole thing. An FYI I have two boys that are well behaved but kids are kids and things get places. I have light grey interior so it's easy to see what was missed. A lot of times, places that use cleaners with armoral in it make everything look shiny but don't actually clean so when you get in you think it's done but the reality is they just put a bandaid on it and left you a mess. I have an extremely busy schedule, my husband is deployed and I'm doing everything myself so yes, my car was in great need of TLC that apparently this place doesn't offer. If you want cheap, half assed and rude, go here.

Just read previous reviews from a while ago which mentioned the aggressive and nastiness of the 'owner'. Here is an experience from current times. If that is Joe Jr let me simply say that he challenged me with such a belligerent attitude that I was actually frightened for my safety. As a 73 woman who was looking at her car that was improperly place on the track he charged at me with rage yelling "Do you have a problem". There really is a need for anger management training here. Left phone number for Joe Sr to call me but guess he couldn't be bothered.

I had the best experience at this car wash when I went there for my very first time they do an excellent job meticulously cleaning the carpets dashboard and windows disabled person and can't get to do in my car anymore so I appreciate this place so I can keep my caddy looking pristine love you guys keep up the great job I will be going there until the day I die or you close I prefer when I die first LOL

Brought two cars in for the supreme wash and wheel brite... my car was cleaned and vacuumed well. Wife's car was mostly vacuumed. Paid for the trunk which was not done at all. It was on me that I didn't check it until the next day but it speaks to the thoroughness and quality of service. Get what you inspect not what you expect.

The bald tiny man who works there is the most ride, unhelpful, miserable individual I’ve ever encountered in my life. From the moment I walked in, he rudely told me to sit down and wait because he had more important car wash customers to deal with before storming out and muttering under his breath what I’d assume to be derogatory remarks. He proceeded to take in and cash out customers that entered after I did for at least 30 minutes, all the while sneering and shaking his head. I have never been more disrespected and made to feel a burden by a place of business in my entire life and highly suggest that anyone considering coming here seek out a different place to take their business, because I know I will be. I will continue to make sure I tell anyone and everyone to do the same.

First of all, they do not do that great of a job, even if you get the top of the line package. The owner's son always tries to up-sell you on things you do not need or that end up not getting done at all. A few times I have paid for armorall and it did not get done. He is also rude and rather arrogant. The cashier is wonderful and very helpful. That is the only thing nice I can say. I am waiting for the new car wash on Park Ave to open up.

Car wash was fine. However, the problem was that they opened my center console, for what reason I do not know, and broke it so that it will not close. Brought it to the attention of the tall man, manager?, who was so rude and intimidating to me it was horrible. Told me it was probably brought in that way and it's and older vehicle and was broken already and slammed the lid down and said that's the way it works. Well, yes, it is a well cared for older vehicle and it was not broken! He yelled at me and basically called me a liar a couple of times. Told me to talk to the vacuum guy and walked off. Will never, ever go there again or ever recommend to anyone! My husband did not take the carin this morning, I did and this guy treats a woman like this and a customer!
