If you want to ruin your car, take it to the Airport Car Wash. They ruined a very expensive wheel on my car. I had asked the attendants whether the car wash could handle the wide wheels. They said yes. I showed the damage to the proprietor who at first denied that he was responsible. When I showed him that the damage to the wheel lined up perfectly with his rails, he said see the sign that says "not responsible for damage". DO NOT GO TO THE AIRPORT CAR WASH

Something in there damaged my truck hood and side panel, Its a brand new 4runner and was flawless before that. I'm going there today to talk to them. If you care about your trucks or nice cars especially custom offset wheels DO NOT GO HERE... Go to a touch less then then touch it up yourself when home. I'm sure there going to tell me there not responsible.. if that's the case we will just spread the word.

Slipping, definitely slipping. Went for a royal wash $24. Watched the car in front of mine go through with a regular wash $14 and then my car. Did not see any difference in the wash. Got to the front paid for wash and an additional $3 for tires and watched the $14 regular wash no tires get “her” rims wiped clean. My car $3 extra for tires no attention to rims. Cleaned the rims myself and then noticed side mirrors still wet. Had to do them myself. Performing that much work myself it’s gonna be worth the savings when Personal Touch opens on Warwick Avenue. You might think they would step up there game with 2 new car washes opening in a 2 mile radius. Slipping Slipping Slipping.

In need of updating but the staff was friendly and efficient. Car was markedly cleaner but not perfect (acceptable for an automated car wash). I only had the exterior washed but their menu of options allows for multiple tiers of car cleanliness. Reasonably priced and they accept CCs. Will be back.

If you don't want to sweat on a hot summer day. I think they do 80% of it. I come home and touch up everything they missed on the wipe down. The vac is usually oaky. "If your car needs a light Vacuum" If you let it side a little and needs a medium to heavy vacuum it's awful. And don't take there word on anything as far as if your ”RIMS” are to wide or if a car is to low. They have no "CLUE" I won't even run 20s threw that wash!! There help is paid minimum-wage or less. They have a big tip bucket I see when I go. Whether they put the money in: "There Trying to get people to tip" They never done a good enough job for me to tip. They actually empitied it out on the counter in front of me. More than a few times. And I have seen 20s drop out of there tens ones never any change . So what's up with that. 20 dollars for a tip? "FISHING" And I would tip in a second. But they just don't care what so ever! Not no 20 dollars. Lol go get it washed an waxed for another 40$

Went for 8 because the web site states that it opens at that time, inform the clerk and no help there. Interior windows with spots ,inform the guy and he tell me it won't come off so I take a cloth and viola,pay EXTRA for tires and guess what,filthy and clerk asks me if they were dirty when I brought them in,duh! THE WORST!!!!!

The quality of the wash is incredibly inconsistent. Today I brought our Odyssey for a cleaning and when we got back home, I noticed under the center row of seats was not vaccumed, the center row cup holders were not washed out and there was still a lot of trash around. I understand that our car was a mess with a family of 5 using it daily but when you purchase the most expensive wash and provide an excessive tip, I think it is fair to expect better service.
