Very Poor Service! This company comes monthly to our building and I thought I would try them. Considering my busy schedule, I don't often have time to get to a car wash. Booking online was easy and a morning appointment works great since I'm busy all day. On the day of the appointment, it was changed to afternoon... okay, I can figure that out. Then I received a voicemail at 3:24 that they were on-site. I finished my meeting and headed to the drop off spot at 4:10. NO ONE THERE! I called the number thinking I was in the wrong spot. NOPE! I was told "We left" I asked why they left and was told "because you didn't show up or call us back". I explained that as a busy professional, it's hard to just drop everything to fit their schedule, to be told "I have a life too and you weren't there". STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE.

I love every aspect of Waterless Works; whether it is the eco-friendly solution, the ingenuity from the founder or even the charitable aspect of donating clean drinking water to children in improvised countries. Hell they do more regarding the environment and community than anything the Federal Government and United Nation. In regards to my experience of getting my car serviced by this wonderful company....I loved it!!!! I chose The Bala Package. When I turned in my car, it was dusty, dirty, and there were scratch marks from traditional car washes. WW fixed that in one appointment. My car looked as if it came out of the show room, it was clean, the paint wad fixed and I was happier than before. Thank You Waterless.

Most reviews and experiences for this company are pretty high, so I had high hopes as well. Unfortunately, it didn't quite pan out that way. I ordered a package with interior and exterior cleaning. The interior look pretty decent; however, the outside was a real miss. The windows were streaked, and the paint had streaks as well (package had waxing so I assume it's leftover wax). On top of that, visible bird droppings remained. I guess that they just waxed over that? I was contacted by a customer service rep after I left a negative feedback via Square. I provided essentially what I noted above, but a week later and I've not heard anymore back. It's pretty disappointing. I don't anticipate using this service again. I spent over an hour removing swirls/streaks with a solution that a dealership provided me. Update as of 5/24: The company has reached back out to me and offered to fully refund the service. The company is definitely committed to providing customer service. I think in general that this is a solid service, and that in this case they employees may have just had an off day.

It's a pretty rad place. They really make sure the customer is happy. You couldn't ask for much more out of a service like this.

First time using this service at work, booked an appointment, came in early so I can 'check in' early with their early check in service, and I have not heard from anyone. Went out to check on car, it was still exactly where I left it, dirty, not attended to, and no help in sight. Called the service office, called the sales office, no response. This service is a joke and I am very displeased after they wasted my time and energy on this hot, muggy day. I do not recommend wasting your time with this service.

Mike, Chris and the rest of the Waterless Works team absolutely crushed it. The first interior detail job I've gotten with this car and it looks brand new again. (And trust me - they EARNED their money with this one.) Chis was so timely, he actually beat me getting to my office, (..sorry man!) Chris was more than patient with me and was super understanding about any direction I had for dropping it off later in the day. I'm beyond pumped about how well everything came out - thank you!

I bought their products at the philly car show about 2 years ago. I tried to get more of their product online but always sold out. I don't think they make the products anymore. I contacted them by email. I got one response and never heard from anyone again. yet their website is up and running but it doesn't look like the company is. Not good business.
