One of the best if not the best experiences I've had buying a car. Eric was polite, efficient, very knowledgeable about the car and whatsmore, was not the least bit overbearing. I can't stand trying to make a deal on a car when someone is patronizing, arrogant, or just rude. That's not how people want to be treated when budgeting a car. Both parties have to be satisfied, and more times than not, one party is frustrated by the terms. Eric made sure he didn't force his position, and I am aware they are not going to make a living just swapping vehicles back and forth. Ken Salem permits his salespeople to sell. Of course they don't have the final say in a deal, but let me say this, they don't make a person feel like they need a shower after they've negotiated said deal. Thank you all in the process, it was beneficial to us both and certainly not the least bit stressful.

This place is absolutely great if you're buying a car in Johnstown. I actually came from Pittsburgh just to check out this dealership. Everyone there is wonderful! From the sales team helping you choose the best car, the women who do the paperwork, and the service guys who get the car ready for you. I don't have any complaints! They even call after you buy the car just to make sure everything is good. The service department gives you 3 free oil changes and also state inspections for life. I couldn't be any happier with my decision!

I bought a 2009 Certified Pre-Owned Civic from this dealership on June 21st and I'm sorry to say that while the Sales Team was great, the rest of the dealership is seriously lacking good customer service. I was buying the car from out of state (Virginia) and it took them about 2.5 weeks for them to send me my paperwork to title and register my car in VA. This is where the nightmare begins- I had to go to the DMV 4 times (with average wait times of about 2 hours each) to try to get my car switched over from PA. The reasons why it took so long- the dealership messed up the signatures on not only the title of the car, but on the Power of Attorney for the title. After overnighting the paperwork back and forth, the Power of Attorney was still incorrect and the dealership ended up having to call the DMV to figure out how to get me what I needed. Overall, it took over a month from the day I bought the car to get it titled and registered. When I asked for some compensation for my time and for the immense stress, they said "they were sorry that the situation was mishandled but they are unable to give me any sort of compensation." Nevermind that it was complete negligence on their part that caused all of the headaches! So save yourself the headache and buy your Honda from somewhere in Altoona, Bedford, or Monroeville. It's not worth it to go to Thomas in Johnstown.

Went in for a oil change and labor to put back brakes and rotors on. (Had my own parts) Showed emailed coupon code to the associate helping me for my $30 oil change. Told the guy that if the rotors didnt need replacing, I would take them back to the store I bought from. Took about an hour and 50 mins. Back brakes were done, rotors weren't necessary, oil changed and with every oil change you get a complementary car wash n scrub. Lovin' it. Paid 100 out the door for labor and I was on my way. Everyone very nice and respectful. Seamless transaction. I recommend!

Be sure to look over the vehicle very well before making a purchase. I did not. They were not up front with a "Carfax" which showed a minor rear end hit. The damage I found after the purchase makes me think it was never repaired. Ben and the team were not at all up front with me. Be very careful at this dealership.

The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because they owed us a check back for our trade in, and we had to make multiple trips back to the dealership to pick it up as they never had it ready.
