I came across this place on Instagram. Made an appointment to get my windows tinted while I wait. I had a good 1st experience, everyone was friendly and the price was good. My next experience came when one of my uber passengers vomited in my car. I was able to bring the car in the next day to have it cleaned. Still a good experience. I got my car back and it was clean and it smelled good, the seats looked great. Fast forward to a few days later and the smell of vomit came back. I ended up having to use carpet powder to keep the csr a lottle fresh sincr the smell was terrible. So I reached out to the company and I believe the owners direct contact so that I could bring the car back in. That was to no success, even though normal response time is quick. So the next day I just showed up. When I got there I was able to speak to someone who eventually helped me up, but here is where my "I'm never coming here again" comes in at.. the company owner refused to acknowledge my concern or even acknowledge me all together. He made someone else help me, who by the was was very kind and understanding. And then I was charged again to get my seats cleaned, and was told i was given a courtesy wash.. So I ended up paying well over $200 which initially included a tip. I'm disappointed because the owner of the company should have been more willing to help me out, and not just stand there with his face balled up because I came back for quality assurance. Too, I really did like this place and was telling my friends about it. I only hope that if this review is read, the company owner will be more understanding to his cusomers and be willing to help them out when the job isn't done correctly without charging the customer again. As an uber driver I had made up my mind to visit once a week for a car wash, and I know losing 1 customer may not be a big deal, but i called my friends that i initially recommended this company to and told them my experience and not to go. I think that this is something that can be changed and take care of because it's about keeping customers happy and wanting to come back, not just the initial visit.... and this is what my issue was.
