Stupidest thing. The station has propane but employees are too lazy to fill RV rank. Young woman was in back smoking a cigarette. I asked if she worked there.. yes, you need to go inside and pay in advance. I go inside...no one was there. She comes through the back door and tells me the propane is out of service. IWhen we call around to find propane, two suppliers laughed and asked if we were at the Shell station.

The machine at Big Corner Car Wash ripped off the bumper and right, back wheel well of my 2011 Toyota Highlander - the damage is severe enough that friends driving by our house ask if we are okay after the accident. Their employees, who are quite nice, alerted me to the damage as I pulled out of the wash on April 18th. One employee, Austin, was especially apologetic and urged me to fill out an incident report. He confirmed that the car was not damaged before entering the car wash. Yet, the owner, Mark, refused to accept responsibility saying the bumper must have been "loose" - even though the car is two years old and has never been in accident. He told me to get the hell out and said "sue me".

Poor car detail and even worse customer service! I paid for the platinum car detail that was supposed to include doorjambs, carpet shampooing, and obvious things like interior windows, etc. They didn't shampoo my carpet at all, nor did they touch the inside of my rear SUV door and windshield, which was still covered in doggy paw and nose prints. They didn't clean the inside of my windows, either, until I noticed it and asked them to. I had to ask them to clean the doorjambs as well, and even then, they only cleaned the driver side. When I asked them to do these things that were included in the platinum service, they just barked orders at each other, mainly to one older guy--I almost felt like he was being bullied, and it made me uncomfortable and want to just be done and leave. All the while, one of the guys was swearing, dropping the f-bomb, and carrying on inappropriate conversation. Less than 2 days later, I called to speak to a manager: I spoke to Amanda, who told me that I should've told them all the things that they should've done (the very things that are LISTED as included with the service, that I pointed out repeatedly), and that I should've asked for a manager then and there (I was uncomfortable, frazzled, and didn't have time, nor did I fully realize the extent of all they HADN'T done). She told me she had some new guys who were still learning, and that it's my problem for not being able to understand that. She argued with me quite a bit, and finally offered to let me speak to the owner. Amanda took down my number, which is an out-of-state number (even though I've lived in Alaska for years) and rudely replied, "Oh, you're an out-of-stater!?" I guess out-of-staters get even worse treatment??

$4.47 for premium 92 vs $3.30-3.50 every where else. Not a mistake - deliberate price gouge. When asked if it was a mistake was told to go elsewhere if I didn't like it. So I did - across the street.

Car wash review - The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was yelled at, called a liar and told to never come back. The attendants have no personal communication or customer service skills and are actually very aggressive and unkind. I don't feel safe there so I will not return to the carwash or get gas there ever again.

I never write reviews, but the poor customer service of the Big Corner Shell and Car Wash is deserving of a first time! I purchased a platinum car detail and wash for $69. Business places an arbitrary 30 day limit on redeeming wash that the sales clerk admits is stupid and has asked the manager to change. Employees refused to honor wash 40 days after purchase. This is terrible customer service and short sighted as I have stopped there for gas or a car wash once or twice a month for the past four years. I will never go back to this business and will tell everyone of my experience.

Total rip off. They know if you're in hurry to airport, you might pay noatter what. Gas sign rate is similar to nearby gas stations but it is only for cash! And 20¢ more for credit!!! Never had seen like that ever! Pumps are old and customer service was terrible too.

Worst car wash ever! Paid $69 for the interior/exterior wash and I could have spent $2 and pulled into a car wash and vacummed more stuff out of the vehicle then they did. Car goes through the wash and no one there to wipe it down, sat there for a couple minutes waiting, guess i was supposed to get out and dry it myself.

I purchased gas here on 9/14/18 and after filling my tank I was given the option(at the pump) to purchase a car wash which I did. After spending three days camping in Moose Wy, I returned to redeem my car wash. After waiting in line for nearly half an hour it was finally my turn. I entered the code on my receipt and waited for the light to turn green. After several seconds the wash began(light never did turn green) so I entered, for I had many cars behind me. Upon entering the wash the cycle abruptly stopped. I had to pull out of the other end with a filthy, unwashed car that I had waited over half an hour to clean. When I informed the personnel inside, I was told to get back in line and wait for the light to turn green. I’ve been to many, many car washes like this one over the course of 25 years and never had a problem. The worst part about it is that I was told that it was my fault. Great customer service and hospitality. Not. 11/29/18: Tried the wash again and discovered directly after my wash that the brush that was provided to pre-wash vehicle before entering the wash had something in it that uniformly scratched my entire paint job. Looks like I rubbed my brand new car all over with sandpaper. I reported it and showed staff. Was told to leave name and number which I did and that Vitali or Vitali would get in touch. He never did. How disgusted I am with myself for giving this place a second chance. 12/25/18 It still makes me sick to my stomach everytime I walk to my new car and see my completely ruined paint job because of this awful awful place. Makes me sick no one followed through with my concerns. 4/10/19 If someone vandalized your home you would become upset every single time you went home. This is how I feel about my car every time I see my ruined paint job from this horrible shell gas station and their horrible owner.

My favorite gas station in the area by far. Sign up for their gold card, it’s very useful. There has been times I have saved $0.35-$0.40 a gallon with it which is a lot! Always clean and workers are friendly! Definitely recommend!

What's the point of a $6 car wash that doesn't get your car clean! When the car windows were still dirty I asked about getting the car rewashed and was told that "the basic $6 wash doesn't get your car clean, you need to buy the $8 Super wash if you actually want it to get clean" Seems like you shouldn''t even offer a CAR WASH at a CAR WASH that doesn't clean your car! I guess the best bet is to go to the Maverick down the street!

We came back down from Yellowstone with a dirty car. When we came here to get our car washed, we expected the car to look clean, but it was the complete opposite. Our car was still COVERED with dirt. There were circle marks all along the side of our car. The top, bottom, sides, tires, front, and back of our car are still dirty. Even the self wash would be better than this crappy machine. Would NOT recommend at all.

I give them no stars my son just got gas here filled his tank up he drove 5 miles and his card died had it towed to shop they found bad gas in the tank and lines had to do complete clean out cost $280 dollars Manager at the store Shawn said not their problem just a heads up don't go here or you will be paying, I was talking with another friend she said her mother gets gas here and has problems with her car all the time in and out of shop new car guess what she is having done complete clean out and never going there again.
