Poor car detail and even worse customer service! I paid for the platinum car detail that was supposed to include doorjambs, carpet shampooing, and obvious things like interior windows, etc. They didn't shampoo my carpet at all, nor did they touch the inside of my rear SUV door and windshield, which was still covered in doggy paw and nose prints. They didn't clean the inside of my windows, either, until I noticed it and asked them to. I had to ask them to clean the doorjambs as well, and even then, they only cleaned the driver side. When I asked them to do these things that were included in the platinum service, they just barked orders at each other, mainly to one older guy--I almost felt like he was being bullied, and it made me uncomfortable and want to just be done and leave. All the while, one of the guys was swearing, dropping the f-bomb, and carrying on inappropriate conversation. Less than 2 days later, I called to speak to a manager: I spoke to Amanda, who told me that I should've told them all the things that they should've done (the very things that are LISTED as included with the service, that I pointed out repeatedly), and that I should've asked for a manager then and there (I was uncomfortable, frazzled, and didn't have time, nor did I fully realize the extent of all they HADN'T done). She told me she had some new guys who were still learning, and that it's my problem for not being able to understand that. She argued with me quite a bit, and finally offered to let me speak to the owner. Amanda took down my number, which is an out-of-state number (even though I've lived in Alaska for years) and rudely replied, "Oh, you're an out-of-stater!?" I guess out-of-staters get even worse treatment??
