Enjoyed my experience here for a test drive. The location was easy to find near the airport. I had talked to an agent prior to the test drive so they were ready for me when I walked in. We went over what I was looking for and what I wanted to drive and then went for the ride. The inside is small and dated - which is also true for the outside area. I wish it was more inviting and less run down. The agents are friendly and able to answer questions well. They are definitely trying to get the sale so just have to stay your ground to make sure you tell them exactly what you're expectations are - which for me was to test drive the car. The experience was good with the drive. We were able to go for a nice drive. Helps to get a handle of the car as it moves through local roads and highways. Overall - satisfied with my experience and glad I was able to stop in and accomplish what I went there to complete.
Great low pressure experience with an amazing set of people! Chris and his team took the time to answer all our questions and look at all our options. Steve (the bowtie) and AC were great guys and helped me and my husband drive off the lot with a perfect car for our growing family. I just purchased my 4th car from Pacifico and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Lamont is one of the best people I have worked with in buying a car. I told him everything I wanted in the car and what I needed payment wise, etc. he got me out of my 2016 and into a 2019 at a lower payment and in my own name instead of with a co-signer while multiple other dealers said it couldn’t be done. All of the staff at Pacifico are great I wouldn’t recommend any other dealer!

You know, a lot of people say, "Oh the dealer is more expensive and their service is just the same as Joe's gas station". That has not been my experience with Pacifico Hyundai. I have found out they stand behind their work and they work with their customers. I have made them my premier service partner.

Their technical work is good. I was frustrated with unresponsiveness of the staff. We were in contact via text. I requested an estimate of when my car would be done. Heard nothing back. Tried to call but it took 4 calls and nearly 30 minutes before I could talk to someone. Even then, I had to leave a voicemail. The lack of communication frustrates me.
After Pacifico changed the battery, my remote key pad still doesn't operate. The staff was courteous.
At first they had a little trouble getting the replacement handle on the trunk of my Santa Fe to work, but ultimately they got it fixed (and at a fair price). Very nice people, too!

My vehicle was fixed, my account service manager Holly McCaffrey was extra professional the reason I couldn't give 5 stars is because she was absent I was firce to deal with a grumpy service manager who wouldn't allow me to talk to the mechanic that fixed my car? So I asked for his supervisor who explained my diagnostic report. Also the phones were constantly busy so I came without knowing my car was ready.
Simple buying process with no real issues
Horrible service dept who doesn't standby the quality of Hyundai vehicle. This make Hyundai as whole look very bad and corporate action has been made. Took my car in for a recall issue (4/8/19 12pm appt Confirmation X01BE9DNXY) & the service manager refuse to take responsibility came up with an excuse the issue is totally separate trying to charge me for diagnostic. The car is only 70K miles range and that dealer just lost a sale from me since I'm also looking to buy a new car as well. This make me question if I should even stay loyal to Hyundai.

Dennis Golden in Hyundai Service is very polite and professional. I was there for my inspection, an oil change, and two service recalls. Everything was completed promptly, and the wait was pleasant.
The only good thing about my service visit was the free Uber ride. Poor communication on repair status, their text function is not answered. Told a 60,000 check up would take 3 hours, took over 7. And good luck finding your car after 6PM. Service desk was closed when I got there at 6 even though they're supposed to be open until 7and my car was in the poorly lit back lot.

Lots of smiles and greetings from everyone, whether they were dealing directly with me or not-------which represents to me a great overall vibe on the entire Pacifico campus---------and again to me thats very impressive! Good experience overall. I dropped the car off in the morning and they got me an Uber back to my work location. They called me later that day with an estimate and after I authorized the work the car was ready a few hours later. They sent me a text asking if they could send an Uber to pick me up at my work location which was very nice. My car is an older model and it was not performing well, but after their work it seems to be driving a lot smoother.
Arrived this morning to have a tire serviced. All the staff were very friendly and helpful customer service was EXCELLENT.
My husband and I just leased a 2020 Hyundai Elantra from Pacifico Hyundai. Our sales rep Mike was incredibly helpful and patient as we test drove a couple cars and weighed our options. He was not pushy in the slightest and made our car buying experience very pleasant. We found all of the staff to be friendly and helpful (and they hooked us up with some free Labor Day hotdogs after we got all of our paperwork signed). :) Would 100% recommend doing business with them!

I bought my Sonata at Pacifico 7 years ago and I take it back to them for all inspections and maintenance issues. The salesman that sold us the car was extremely knowledgeable and got us the best deal possible. The service dept is top notch. Dennis and Holly work hard to get you the appt you need to not disrupt your entire day. Great place to buy and maintain a car!

Reason for one star is we waited outside an hour for someone to assist us but no one came. They dont have any place for customers to sit. The person on the counter is super rude and wasnt talking nicly. We were wanting to buy a car yesterday but we decided not to. We had go across to Kia and they are the best in every single thing. The five stars is 100% for the salesman Mike. He truly did his best! We received the best deal In town for the trade in and the car we bought. The process however gets a 1 star. It took too long, Too many people involved, and if it wasn’t for Mike I would have left. They need to simplify the purchase and not prolong it soooooo much.

The service e department was great. They explained everything to us, and even told us about a recall we went aware of. They were prompt and friendly. Just got a car from here, and the sales folks were great. They actually got us a brand new car for less per month than a used one. With a great warranty too (everything is covered for 10 years or 100,000 miles). Plus, we don't have the greatest credit but the guy in the credit department got us a decent APR.
I could not be happier with the courtesy of every person I’ve been in contact with in the service department. I stopped in to make an appointment for an oil change and Dennis accommodated with an appointment the very next morning while considering my work schedule.

They do good work, are reliable, and communicate well. If you need a place to get car work done this is a reasonable place to do it. It is a bit on the busy side so don’t expect same day stuff unless you call ahead. It can be a little expensive, but at least you know they are doing a good job.

Rarely is buying a new car a pleasant and stress free experience. This is not the case at Pacifico Hyundai. Our sales associate, Mike Della Polla was knowledgeable, competent and extremely diligent. At no time did we feel pressured and he made sure we were comfortable throughout the transaction, offering beverages and snacks. He really seems to enjoy his work and takes pride in a job well done. Dahlia processed our final transaction and was equally delightful; explaining all the additional services offered without pressuring us to accept ones we did not want. We would not hesitate to recommend Pacifico Hyundai.
They charge 120 for scanner which is bit expensive for me as i have an old car but am loyal to hyundai and which if i can have the right amount i would upgrad to a newer one but hmmmm

Don't trust this possibly manipulated review scores by Pacifico. I really can't believe why l cannot find any unpleasant experiences like l had. Pacifico might delete or manipulate bad reviews. I will post my review again and again until Pacifico gives me a crystal-clear explanation about my unpleasant experiences. I have all evidences to support my comments. Worst experience l've ever had in my life I had a flat tire so submitted my request to make a reservation through a chat function on Pacifico online twice and no one reached me out. So l wasted one week waiting for Pacifico to call me back. I left a voice message instead the following week and as you expected, no one got me back either. So l made a reservation through Pacifico's online site using their own system designed to submit a request for a reservation, and finally succeeded to make a reservation and got a confirmation number as well. This is not the end of story. Given their previous unprofessional actions that l had, l called on Friday and tried to confirm my reservation for Saturday. They told me that l am NOT booked even l went through their own online site system. Instead of annoying them, l wanted my tire to get changed and asked them to solve this problem. They repeated empty "l understand, but there is nothing we can do", because they have no idea whether they have a stock for tires that fit to my car or not. I asked them "a favor" instead of a fair service that l deserve to have as a customer, and they offered me to come early if possible because they close at 2pm Saturdays.

I worked with an amazing sales associate, Juan Pablo who is not only very personable, he’s resourceful and sincerely wanted to make my car buying experience positive and showed it in every aspect of our interaction. JP listened to my concerns and did everything he could to remedy any issues to make sure my buying experience was as positive as possible. Along with Sales manager Reggie Johnson, they made the trip in from central Jersey, thru construction, at rush hr., three times, worth the travel! Kudos, too, to Chris from the finance department who expedited the paperwork to get me in an out in on that final visit in under an hr!

What an amazing experience! I bought my very first car this past Saturday and after dealing with another dealership and becoming very frustrated and discouraged I walked down to Mazda(Pacifico) hoping to find a Madza CX-9 . I got there around 8pm and was immediately greated by a sales associate. He was extremely helpful even though it was late. The lot was closed so i could not test drive the car but he made an appointment for me to see him the very next day. My husband and i could not agree on a vehicle and almost left empty handed but he insisted he had what he thought was a great compromise for what we both thought was need. Long story short. I am beyond happy with my Ford Explorer and pleased at the service i received here. I highly recommend and only wish i knew it was ok to leave the sales associate name on here as well. He was amazing!
I returned a Ford Focus at the end of lease to Pacifico Ford and picked up a Hyundai Elantra from Pacifico Hyundai. Working with Mike Conahan was a pleasure. My recent visit to Pacifico for regular maintenance on my leased vehicle went very smoothly. I showed up about 20 minutes early but my vehicle was taken right away. The maintenance, an oil change, and a fix for the gasket around the driver’s side window work completed within about 90 minutes. Staff were courteous. Charges were very reasonable. I very much appreciate the “car wash“ coupon. That is a nice touch. One thing I am curious about is whether the dealership has a “frequently asked questions“ handout regarding management or suggestions around mileage on leased vehicles. I am using up miles at a rate that would put me a few thousand miles over at the end of my lease. I am making a concerted effort to control use of the vehicle to limit miles but I’m just wondering if others have been successful, especially in the “back end” of the leasing term.
