We had an excellent experience dealing with Pacifico when purchasing our new vehicle. Salesman was very pleasant and not pushy like other dealerships were. They even delivered the vehicle to our home and allowed us to test drive for a few days to make sure we were satisfied with the car. After lots of research and having been to at least 4 different dealerships (Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Chrysler) looking for a compact SUV, I can easily say that Pacifo Ford was the best in customer service and deals. The sales people are not aggressive or too hype which I find annoying and definitely encountered in other dealers. They’re very clear and straightforward with the numbers, answered all my questions clearly and worked with me to meet my family’s needs and my budget. I highly recommend this place as well as the sales rep that worked with me, Chris Watson.

I scheduled the works oil change on my brand new Focus RS at 2PM. 2 hours goes by and I ask what’s going on and they tell me sorry they didn’t have my oil I stock... but they went out to grab some. At 5:30 they tell me it’s done. They give me a $40 discount for the 3 1/2 hrs I had to wait for a scheduled oil change. I open my hood and the oil cap isn’t on and theirs oil all over the engine bay. The manager tries to call the tech but he left for the day! He cleans my engine bay and then I drive off and my car pulls hard to the right.. not sure what they did but my car steers horribly now. Will take to maple shade ford to get fixed. Do not go to Pacifico. This is the third time their incompetence has proven to me they have no idea what they’re doing. 1st time they took 3 hours for an inspection and the 2nd time they did not inflate my tires to the proper inflation even though it says it right on the sidewall and door panel. Never again!
I enjoy how easy it is to work with Pacifico Ford. I live in New Castle, DE but I choose to continue working with Pacifico. I made an appointment, dropped off my car, and got a rental. I received a call the same day with info about the repairs needed. The best part is learning that they worked late to do the job so I was able to pick up my car the next day. That’s what I call providing good service, thank you Pacifico Ford! ❤️
I was nervous when my husband and I walked in, because we had a bad experience at the Value Kia Dealership. However, we were greeted by Alex Saraullo who made us feel at ease. If anyone is reading these reviews, you'll notice most of the 5 stars are with the sales department and the 1 star reviews are with the service department. I don't know about the sales dept but I have to completely agree the car maintenance here is terrible. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE!!! Not unless you want to waste thousands of $ and weeks of your time not having a car. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership and/or a car mechanic. I dropped my car off for a second opinion on an issue with the differential and it's basically a simple 1 hour diagnosis that involves removing the differential cover, checking for metal shavings and/or worn gears, and then putting it back together and adding oil, then running it while it's on the stand to listen for weird noises. All in all, it took them 7 COMPLETE DAYS, $300, and multiple phone calls back and forth before they gave me my truck back. You're also basically invisible to them, it took an hour to just pick up my car, they don't tell you anything about your car's condition just for you to pay up, and they don't even bother to tell you where your car is parked (it was in the back gated/ security lot) and they even lost my keys while they were at it. Turns out they are also COMPLETELY DISHONEST as they said everything's fine and they didn't even run the car and listen for noises, I did this myself after getting the car back and there's very obvious clicking noises that shouldn't be there coming from the back of the car. I'm not even sure how they make money if they took 7 days to do a $300 diagnosis but my guess is they make their bread and butter in sales and their service department they don't really care about and it's probably even better for business if they destroy your car so you come back and try to buy their new cars.
I recommended going to Pacifico Ford because I was there on Saturday looking to buy my first car and had the best experience. Stan who was my sales rep was such a great guy. He was so helpful and went over and beyond for me. I wound up leasing a 2019 Ford Eco Sport and couldn’t be happier. I couldn’t thank Stand and Pacifico Ford enough. Best experience ever. I recommend all first time car buyers to come here.

The worst car buying experience I have ever taken part of! Just days after signing paperwork the car has two major issues. I went to the dealership to have one of the two issues fixed, and after almost TEN visits and about a month later, the car is still not fixed. The used car sales manager refuses to help with mistakes on their end. Once you sign the paperwork they no longer care about the customer. Buyer beware! They don’t think twice about selling defective lemons. In addition to the issues the car, the car was filthy when I brought it home. Crumbs, dust and dirt everywhere. Not to mention old sticky fruit snacks, candy, food wrappers and coffee stirrers under the back seat. If I could give them zero stars I would, but to review, you have to leave at least one star. Do NOT go to this dealership; it will be a complete nightmare!

They are awesome! They get my work done quickly, and don't try to charge for things that are not on the service orders. I only wish I had known they provide courtesy rides when you have to leave your car. Overall a really good dealership!

DISHONEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I've used Pacifico for remote airport parking before and have been very happy with the service. On this trip, I decided to have my oil changed as a convenience. The oil change was fine. However, while on my trip, I received the attached text informing me that my brakes should be replaced. I completely understand that the measurement was an estimate because they did not remove the calipers but there is no way any qualified mechanic could have been that far off. As you can see from the attached photo, the pads have 1/4 inch (maybe a hair less) left and are not in need of replacement. Won't ask for service again at Pacifico!

I came into Philadelphia for a seminar and noticed an issue with my front wheels. The shop manage to squeeze me in on an emergency visit so I could drive back to Columbus the following day despite a waiting list. Their customer service and speed of service was impressive!
Only 1 star because they actually did the work but that’s NOT the issue. I’ve used this establishment TWICE! Both times it’s the same results. No one is rude or disrespectful nor I to them BUT their communication is HORRIBLE!!! NOT INFORMATIVE AT ALL! You have to call them for any form of update and don’t get it. The ladies who answers robotic response “I’m going to check with the specialist hold on real quick”. Gets back on the phone says false hope, takes your number AGAIN to give you a call later. NEVER calls! First experience: insurance had to call them to tell them they’d be paying for my rental after today since they’re not releasing my car. Which is how I finally got it back after it sitting in their garage completed for TWO WEEKS!! (They showed me because I went there since I wasn’t getting no answers over the phone.) They had my car for a total of 36 days and 2 weeks of that time it was just sitting. Anything to get their monies worth. Second time: got an estimate and told me a side mirror is about 40 minutes fix. Almost like once they knew I had a rental; had my car for THREE days. Where I had to call the third day to find out what was going on at 930a/10a AND stated “I was trying to see if I can get it now because I have to go to work.” Took my number AGAIN I’ll call you back. Called at 3:45p said to come pick it up and we close at 5p

One of my tires kept slowly losing air. The guys at Pacifico Ford repaired It and I got out for under $20! My appointment was at 9am. They were done and I was driving away after 2 hours. I think that was a reasonable wait. There was a constant line of cars.

With all the cars we have purchased over our lifetime (about 17 cars), never have we been treated better. The comfort level and feeling that “we mattered” was astounding. Our sales rep Albert was professional, informative yet casual. Every other employee would say hello and smile. When it was time to sign the papers and review the details of the sale Gina carried on with the easy to talk to and pleasant approach that started when we met Albert. We now have a new dealership. The service team is good.. Maybe its me being spoiled.. i like my car back the next day like always.. But by me being in a wheelchair there may be some issues arise.. My control on my control is broken.. And the team here at ford agree to support me in anyway vs doing a quick fix.. My handcontrols are personal fix by an legit licensed installer.. The problem is its in VA and i live in philly now.. Lets see how this work out

Made an appointment to test drive a car. They didn't have any record of my appointment upon arrival. Drove all the way out there to just walk around the lot with a sales rep looking for said car. Was told to wait inside while they find it only to be told 10 minutes later it had been sold the day before. What a waste of my time. They didn't even offer any thing else to look at or test drive. Unless you know exactly what you want AND that it exists on their lot, don't bother. They won't have anything prepared or to offer. Also, the manager was on his cell phone at the front desk. Didn't care at all. Business must be good...
