It is a little on the more expensive side but it is also on of the best in the south hills. Car always comes out clean and dry everytime. Great for getting alot of that winter salt out from the underbody of huh our car.

I got the $16 wash with some clay or something that I could not get off my weindsheild for the life of me. Not all of it came off the first try so they rehashed it for free and before I went in the made sure they pressure washed it as well as possible. My care came out super clean. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVISE!!

Even though the price has gone up a bit over the last few years, it's still a great deal and an efficient way to keep the car clean. I really do miss the manually applied tire shine. The new spray on system in the tunnel is not nearly as effective. The old way was worth the $3 plus tip.

Excellent experience. My car looks great. Even though there were four cars in front of me I only waited 2-3 minutes. Cars move super fast. Definitely recommend for a good car wash!

I've been going to Mr. Magic Car Wash ever since I moved to the area. I think it is the best around. No matter how dirty my car is it always comes out looking brand new. I buy an Fast Pass on line loaded with ten washes so I can skip the usually long line. Plus, you don't have to get out of your vehicle. Great car wash and a real time saver.

My car left clean looked brand new like it did when it left the factory.great equipment it cleaned my wheels and the bottom of my doors where other car wash people miss.everyone was polite and helpful as this was my first visit.the manager was nice to me as he had to ok my coupon .I love this place.the prices are reasonable this place gets a 10.customer service excellence. Great experience.

I personally think it's disgraceful to drive a classy vehicle and not keep it clean. I've tried most of the area car washes. This one is pricey but worth it. If you're not into hopping out into a bay and doing it yourself, this is the best choice around. Pay the extra three bucks for the wheel cleaner. I'm not sure what they use to spray on the wheels but they get almost as clean as when I polish them by hand.

Do not fall for the so-called "fast pass." I pulled into it with my prepaid card, and just sat there. Once I started counting, 28 people paying cash on the other side were let through, but the gate was still down in front of the guy in front of me in the so-called "fast" lane. No employee came out, nothing, We just sat there. I eventually just gave up and backed out without getting my car wash. Total rip-off that I paid for this. Apparently if you've prepaid you are the *least* important customer when its busy. This is completely inexcusable. "Fast Pass" is completely deceptive advertising.

Best car wash I know of, but not perfect. Then again, I've never been to a wash anywhere that didn't leave water dripping from the mirrors and other places. Maybe a few more blowers would dry everything and rate a fifth star. (This was the Castle Shannon main location. The other shops are not nearly as good.)

We recently relocated to the Pittsburgh area so this was our first visit to Mr. Magic Car Wash (Mt. Lebanon Blvd.). The service advisor was very pleasant and she thoroughly explained the wash procedure. Upon exit, our car was clean and we had been met by smiling personnel. It was a good experience.
