Paid for one of the "super" touchless high pressure washes. Didn't even remove road dust from the car. After the wash, you could still visibly see the dirt, and hand prints that were present before the wash. The vacuum did a terrible job, and emitted a horrible odor. Save your money, and wash your car at home in your driveway, or pay a neighborhood kid to do it.

Staff is awesome Today we used the pet wash for the first time and loved it. Wish I would have tried this a long time ago. The only thing was ideas looking for after pet wash was like a smell good spray. But it was great.

Undercarriage wash stopped before I could even put my window up and drive into the bay after paying. Probably not going back. I'll just drive up to Sundance or Aqua Premier

Went through automatic car wash, which I've used for years, but this time the chain on the machine broke while my vehicle was going through. It broke the lights and bars off my roof!! Management refused to pay for repairs!!! This was clearly an issue with their equipment and I was treated rudely and then altogether ignored! Even the attendant that works there saw what happened and reported as being the fault of the chain breaking, but that didn't change anything. He's very nice, friendly and helpful. He was not the problem just to be clear.

This place use to be good when it comes to the attendantless automatic wash, but has fallen into disrepair like many car washes do after a few years. The credit card readers are hanging by a wire and rarely work. Over one period last summer, I went through 3 times in the course of a month, and the one dryer motor was not working...so I got half a dry truck. I called and informed them after the first time...and they just left it that way for the month instead of shutting the bay down until it is fixed. Very frustrating when you pay for the highest level of wash, and get half a premium wash. Gave another chance 3/16 and the Machine ate my money without giving a wash.

Took my daughter's flight car to clean inside and out. First vaccum had very little suction. Then went to second vacuum which had great suction in red hose but none in black. Then went to third vacuum for the black hose. $ 10. 00 DOLLARS LATER. Went to get blue towel , took money and no product. Tried to get armour towel and money jammed in machine. Had to wait on attendant who was filling 7 propane tanks. Then went for air freshener and money dropped back out. Went to second freshener machine and money jammed in it. Went to get a wet towel and money once again came back. I left without even washing my car. I went to Sheets for wash. What a poor business. Mike McKonnley should be ashamed of how he has left this business deteriorate. Lots of my time wasted.
